I have gotten through 25 days of pushups, and personally, I would suggest trying to spread them out through the whole day, especially if you are not in good push up shape... because it hurts a lot for some of us and we can get very tired or injure ourselves if not careful.  But yeah, if you are in good enough shape, or young enough, you may be able to adapt to doing all your pushups in 2-3 hours.

Yeah you're right. I just went through one set of 20 and I already feel knackered. I guess I'll schedule the next one in 20/30 mins.

Edit: Oof! My body totally gave way after the 3rd set. My wrists are too sore to do any more sets for now. I guess 60 will have to do for now.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Since accepting the challenge I managed to give total 106 in 4 days. I'm glad I can keep myself physically fit as much as possible before pushing up 100K. It's quite expensive for me though. But when I dream 100k of Bitcoin, that hard work convert into happiness for me. Days go by and slowly add 1 to my scheduled 25 push ups which now stands at 28 ‍and tomorrow it will be replaced by 29. I'm confident and will do my best and try to keep it up even if it's for a few breaks during the day.

It won't really be very easy, I think I will give it a shot.
Though I can still remember those days I always make sure to keep my self fit every morning and night, some day I hit almost 100 push-up  giving it a try now I know it won't really be easy considering in pain in it, I may not close 50 push-up because is been a long time I exercise my body so I will need more time to do exercise but this now I have been motivated to accept the the challenge it will also be  a added advantage for me to always keep my self fit even if I may not hit it 100 push-up I will give it a trial meanwhile there is no harm in trying.

You can always break it into 10s if you need to. There’s no rules you have to follow. I also tend to get sore wrists from doing push-ups so I’ve adapted to doing them on my knuckles. I don’t see them as any more difficult and it takes a lot of the stress off your wrists. Maybe you could give that a try tomorrow.

Come on, don't give up, sir, you can definitely do it and the pain you feel is just a test of whether we will keep trying or give up. And get used to warming up by bending your right hand towards the left and helping your left hand to press it and vice versa 10 times, and rotating both hands back and forth 10 times too and do all that before doing it, and don't forget to stretch your legs too.
And you can do this warm-up after one set is finished so that in the second set and so on you don't feel too much pain by doing the same thing.
I think 20 push ups in 1 set and rest 20 minutes and start again 20 push ups in the second set and rest again 20 minutes and set 3 and do the same, that's a great achievement and for 1 hour you get 60 push ups. And if you can do it 3 times a day, namely morning, afternoon and evening or night, I think the results will be felt and changes will occur in your body if you do it consistently. However, you should also be able to increase the number of push ups you do gradually according to your ability.

Keep the spirit... Cheesy

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"

[edited out]
Actually I understand the point you are trying to make, but I believe that the purpose of this pushups is to get fit and healthy, so to me, I don't bye the idea of spreading it throughout the day, because you can't get the desired result of the pushups doing it that way, because in exercise, their is a saying that say; No pain, no gain.

I would not assume that spreading it out the whole day is not causing pain.  I have been doing pushups for 26 days, and I have had pain every day, and I have been spreading them out through the day and even sometimes trying to consider a few hours between sets, but usually I will have between 1.5 hours and 3.5 hours between sets, but then sometimes if I am busy, I might have some sets that linger and 6-8 hours between sets.

I personally believe that it is better to try to keep doing at least some pushups every day rather than taking days off, and if some guys over do it, then they are going to need to take days off... so it would be better to avoid that, if possible.

There might be some  guys that are very vulnerable in terms of their joints and/or their lack of muscle tone (or maybe their level of obesity), and with these guys it might be better to do modified push-ups rather than regular full pushups.

They are still likely to be going to feel a lot of pain, even if they are doing the moderated forms of pushups and even if they spread out their pushups through the whole day, until they build up to it, which could take 6 months or more for some guys. and they are more likely to make progress if they don't over do it and end up either getting physically or psychologically injured.

So the more you do it, the more pains you will feel and the more fitter you will become, so if you really want to get fit doing it till Bitcoin rise to 100k, then i suggest you try your possible best if you can be doing it till you get to your limit, it must not necessarily be 100, buy let it get to a reasonable figure that takes you to your limit, so 70 is quite ok if that's your limit.

This part sounds right.

Yeah.. they can be hard.  Every once in a while I can do a couple of sets in short periods of time, but after so many sets and so many days of doing them, I find it better to spread them out a bit.

Now if I was in my 20s, I might have been able to push myself more.

Many guys likely know that one of the additional problem of aging can be that recovery time is a lot longer, and some of the recovery time reduction does get supplemented by testosterone treatments and/or steroids, but some of us do not want to take those kinds of drugs .. or at least to avoid them or to put them off until later in life.  Exercise can naturally build up testosterone levels and improve recovery times, but it still can seem like a very slow progress to see the improvements.. and yeah, if some guys get too whimpy on their pushups and maybe skip days, then that could be problematic if they engage in the skipping too much or if they don't try to push themselves enoug, but maybe if they skip one day a week that might be acceptable and even improve their performance and recovery time...especialy for older guys or more out of shape guys.

You might find some days where you are able to add in more, but probably the main thing is that you have a baseline that you are building upon.. and one of the things that I have found helpful is to do some heavy breathing** and even stretching out before and after the push ups... oh and the heavy breathing during the pushups sometimes can help to make them seem easier and maybe some loud grunting or release of noises as long as you aren't annoying the neighbors or the other members of the household too much.

**
By heavy breathing I mean deep breaths and intentionally trying to get a lot of oxygen flowing into your system

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

It hasn't really been easy for me to keep up with the 100  push ups everyday. The first day I started, I woke up in the morning with several aches all over my body. I was having pains on my muscles all over. I suffered this because for long I haven't been exercising my body. My body is reacting to the new activities, I couldn't complete 100 push up since my first trial. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing same thing.

This is exactly what I am talking about, and sometimes we might not have had realized that we over did it.

We might have to do modified pushups or do fewer or spread them out throughout the day and build up to 100 in a day, or whatever might be our goal.

We should not even feel bad if we might have to reduce our quantity or the way that we do them, since we should be careful not to injure ourselves or to psychologically lose the battle.

Yeah I love the idea of spreading it out through out the day for anyone that can't do it at once, besides it's meant to be a fun excerise than to get ourselves overly worked out or injured in the process of doing more than we can.

Modifying it is the best idea, I'm currently mixing it up with sit ups and I'm just relaxing on doing 70 push ups until I have build the muscle for more pushups.

If you got my idea then you would understand that I was only referring to those that can't meet up with doing it at once, not everyone here is at his youth and some might be ladies that are not well used to doing push ups and over exerting themselves might lead to injuries or break down which do not want for them, so instead of backing out, sir jay brought the idea of spreading out the excerise within the day to avoid any casualties for any weak person.

If you are strong enough you can continue with your excerise the way it should be and no need to spread it out , besides I've said before 'pain is the builder,' if you really want the best out of the push ups then you should go for a plan that suits the results you want to have.

Yeah you right not everyone can keep up with the 100 pushups per day or doing the 100 pushups ones. So breaking it into set is just the wise thing to do, beside is better than you not even doing the pushups at all. Because even when you breaking into set the effect of you doing the pushups would still show, as long you being frequent with  . To be honest I normally visit this thread most time to see others users are hitting their pushups and the way that doing it so that I can use it to improve mine  . Like now I just saw what JJG said concerning  breathing techniques and stressing when doing or after doing yah pushups that would help to relieve the pain . Same with OgNasty something about using your knuckles. And those are  things i would like to add to mine now so that would able to make my pushups more effective.

Since I am quite new to this forum I hope to participate and I have started. It will be a bit difficult to continue till 100k first day.Trying at first is very difficult -first day 15 push-up can't pay more than that and body hurts. I will update to all in regular basis. The time of push-up the breathing is a important subject. Before start of Push-up oxygen put up into the lungs through the nose and release the air through your mouth, It's will running at-least 2 minuets after Push-up also will done. This will increase your work efficiency and ASAP 100k possible just into1 month. As a result of effort, people can achieve incredible things and I can do it too, and as similarly it won't take long for the BTC price to go up to 100k.

Well, my fitness is awful. I hardly did 30 (10x3) push-ups. Hopefully, by the time BTC hits $100k, I will be doing a lot better than this.

Money and greatness motivate one to be more into something i understand. If it were possible for me to not stop until bitcoin hits $500k, that is what am ready to participate in. Bitcoin is the present and future. 500 pushups for 500k coming soon!

Well, my fitness is awful. I hardly did 30 (10x3) push-ups. Hopefully, by the time BTC hits $100k, I will be doing a lot better than this.

That's the goal!  Stick with it and you'll see improvement quickly.

Today I'll be hitting 3,000 push ups since I started doing this challenge and besides a few aches and pains here and there I feel pretty great.  I can feel a difference already and it's only been a month.  I'm very glad I saw this challenge and decided to join in.  I can only imagine how great it will feel to actually keep this up until $100K.  I'll admit I have my doubts, but I'm putting in the work to try and make it happen.

I actually broke down after two days of doing this challenge. I took a break from it and treated myself, but am back to it and am doing pretty good now, even though am not hitting 100 push ups daily. Am doing between 60 and progressing gradually. I touched 80 push already today, I think I will maintain it within this region for the time being. I am glad am doing this, I never knew I was killing my body due to lack of exercise. I feel more lighter now and it looks like a big weight left my body. I even notice that am walking faster now and my chest that was looking very flat is now shouting out. Am already seeing results from this challenge.

Sticking with the goal is the only way to reap the fruit of the workout, many people are already making progress and becoming better at it since the beginning just like me, I started on a very poor form and lacked motivation, I even had to join my friends to do the work out but now I am on a better form an the idea has well gotten into my head, and more over bitcoin is doing really well so I derive my motivation from there and I think with time I would get the hang of it. I'm still hanging around 60- 70 push ups presently, I guess Im consolidation within those range who knows maybe my bones are building just like bitcoin.

You would really be having that muscle ache or spasms on the 1st day that you would really be starting this work out but eventually after a several days when those aching do goes away then you would really be able to notice that you would be able to take those push ups easily. The key on here is consistency and patience of course. You cant really be able to get that 100 push ups in a day directly.
Dont rush up yourself on getting that 100's because you could really be able to do it on incremental basis as long you do able to make it, then you would really be having a basis on where you should stop and
when you would really be needing to add up.

It is really just that we do have still plenty of time because $100k isnt something a price that we could be able to hit up for this year i guess. So we do have several months
and this isnt really just that trying to kill that impatience within you but also it does make our body fit and well of course.

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to"Non-custodial"

Yes.. Day 27 for me, and it still hurts.  It hurts less than it did in the beginning, and I have increased my daily quantity of push ups, the quality of my pushups and also the frequency.. I am regularly doing 5 sessions per day, and in the beginning I was ONLY able to do 2-3 sessions per day with way fewer pushups.  So it is getting better, even though it still hurts and maybe the last 7 days (week), I have been kind of stuck at a very similar number of push ups per day and mostly doing either 4 or 5
sessions of pushups per day, and they are currently tending to be between  25-35 pushups for each session.

I am thinking that if you can only do 15 pushups, then are you doing them 5 at a time? or are you doing 15 all at once?

if you are able to do 15 push-ups all at once, then you could increase your daily pushups by doing 2, 3 or 4 sets of 10 at various points through the day.. but yeah, don't over do it.. and it might take a while to build up.. but you have to measure your own level of increases or ways to increase the quantity of push ups that you are able to do each day.

Well, my fitness is awful. I hardly did 30 (10x3) push-ups. Hopefully, by the time BTC hits $100k, I will be doing a lot better than this.

It is still something.  so if you are feeling pain and tired, then maybe you are not ready to move up to more.. but splitting into 3 sessions seems pretty reasonable, especially if you spread it through the whole day.. and maybe at some point you can increase the number of pushups per session or increase the number of sessions.

It is really just that we do have still plenty of time because $100k isnt something a price that we could be able to hit up for this year i guess. So we do have several months

Gosh.  How do we know?  It could be this month that we reach $100k, or it could take several months or even it could take more than a year to reach $100k.  I am not going to proclaim to know, but I can feel both a lot of BTC price momentum and UPPity price pressures... as well as the seemingly ongoing pressures on the supply of bitcoin that gets gobbled up by the ETFs, and so it can be questionable regarding from where are they getting their coins.. because even though some guys are willing to sell their coins as the BTC price goes up, some guys are less willing to sell their coins without a bit more price appreciation... so it could be possible that we get to $100k a lot more quickly than we would under more regular and normal circumstances, but we don't seem to be living in regular and normal times right now.

@ogNasty that is the spirit your performance for sure is more like an encouragement and motivation to as many that has chosen to enback on this journey, thou my number count is a little bit far from yours but am on my way coming gradually.

and besides a few aches and pains here and there I feel pretty great.

There is this popular slagan where I always get my driving force, it say no pain no gain and I got to that idea pretty well, the pains is the significance of work done,  it make me to hit on more harder, on that  note prioritizing the quality of  push ups is also important in as much as we are trying to meet up a certain figure, those that are really in to this we understand my point. It is best we improve the quality of our push ups along side with the  number.

I can feel a difference already and it's only been a month.  I'm very glad I saw this challenge and decided to join in.  I can only imagine how great it will feel to actually keep this up until $100K.  I'll admit I have my doubts, but I'm putting in the work to try and make it happen.

Any one who started this earlier on and have been keeping up to it will definitely feel different too, thanks for bringing up this challenge up here and is a welcome development, it has called back many who has left exercise for quite some time. I am convinced it is a win win building up our body and at same time Bitcoin hitting up $100k Sooner than we expected.

I woke up with pain in my shoulders yesterday, probably from the sets of 20s. It's almost gone now so maybe tomorrow or something I'm going to try it out with 10s and also take JJG advice to space out the sets over a long time. that should stop it from happening again I suppose.

Day 2nd to me, and the hurts limit is high. First day I have been taken my challange and first session in the morning 6 push-up and secoundly evening 15 push-up complited. The Frequency of push-up will be increase day by day. I've taken a single break.Today hurts in my hand and in the spine, I continue in deep brathing excercise it will help to increase my push-up performance. As a beginner now I'm doing 2 session per day, but in future I will do session 3 or 4. Yes It will take some time to increase the push-up quantity.  But it should be continued regularly.Either way I have to Push-up100k no matter how many days it takes.

I have been watching this thread for long and I haven't try the challenge but I gave it a trial today, I have not been myself all through the day. My hands where even shaking when I was typing with my keyboard. It has really been along time. I just got motivated by many people here expecially Bitcoin price. The more you guys are participating on this challenge the more bitcoin price is pushing up quickly. I said let me follow the ministry a little for the growth of bitcoin. even though I may not last long in the challenge because I am just tired. Don't even know if I can even do this for a whole week. OgeNasty want to break my arms with his challenge 😂
