Well, my fitness is awful. I hardly did 30 (10x3) push-ups. Hopefully, by the time BTC hits $100k, I will be doing a lot better than this.


Breaking it into 10's is definitely the way to go, TBH I cant see myself ever being able
to do 100 push ups straight.

I am currently stuck on 30 myself and I havent done any since Thursday after slipping
on ice, I now have a dead arm which is very slow to heal. It will get better but I fear I will
be starting lower than 30 now and I hope I am able to do 10 x 10 by the time Bitcoin hits $100k

I have been watching this thread for long and I haven't try the challenge but I gave it a trial today, I have not been myself all through the day. My hands where even shaking when I was typing with my keyboard. It has really been along time. I just got motivated by many people here expecially Bitcoin price. The more you guys are participating on this challenge the more bitcoin price is pushing up quickly. I said let me follow the ministry a little for the growth of bitcoin. even though I may not last long in the challenge because I am just tired. Don't even know if I can even do this for a whole week. OgeNasty want to break my arms with his challenge 😂

What might be beneficial is to do some stretching excersizes before you "workout"
and again after you finish, this will minimise pain and injury and allow you to continue
for a few days, but also remember to rest in between sessions too to give the body
a chance to rebuild the muscle you burned!

100 is not that much. Just divide it up and do 20 five times a day. Although at this rate, I think Bitcoin will reach 100k before we see any muscle gain results. At the end of this challenge, (if enough time has passed), we are going to have chad bods.

Either way, I am in and still going!

100 is quite a bit to do on a daily basis. I’m on day 16 and just now feeling like I could be doing more than 100 per day without hurting myself and I’ve been regularly lifting weights for years. A lot could depend on your body weight too I guess. I’m over 200lbs so it’s definitely not light work doing things like push-ups and pull-ups.
200 pounds is the same as 90.7185 kilograms and in my opinion it is quite heavy to do 100 push ups, but if you are used to lifting weights or fitness then it will feel light to do a lot of push ups. It looks like your arm muscles are very strong and big, because doing push ups requires strong arms, especially if you have a big body, and that's cool because the result is that your body will be strong and your weight will be reduced.
And I worked hard to be able to do 100 push ups a day. And now I have only been able to do it 37 times in 13 days and there are already results, my body is a little lighter, because before I did this my weight was 233 pounds and now it is 229 pounds. And I will continue to do it until I reach 100 a day because I am also fed up with my fat body and want to get my body back to how it used to be when I still liked exercising and also liked lifting weights.
Previously I used the wrong strategy in doing push ups, namely only doing 37 times a day, even with continuous rest for several minutes, and was only able to lose 4 pounds from 233 pounds to 229 pounds in 13 days.
And now I have a strategy to do 120 push ups a day, I divide it into 4 sets, 30 push ups a day and I do it when I wake up before showering and having breakfast, 30 push ups. And during the day during office breaks after lunch, 30 push ups, and 30 push ups after coming home from work and resting, the remaining 30 push ups before going to bed. And sometimes when I can't do 30 push ups I just do half and rest for a few minutes and continue the rest, but for the most part I do the full 30 push ups.
And even though I have been doing that strategy for 15 days, I am now much lighter and also hard in the arms, chest, neck, stomach and thighs, and from 229 pounds to 210 pounds. Maybe if you help with the right diet and eating healthy food, I think the results will be more than that and this thread motivates me to be able to lose excess weight. and I could do it because when I was young and not married, and at that time I liked exercising, playing ball, push ups and also the gym. And my weight at that time was stable, only 80 kilograms. However, everything changed drastically when I got married.

And I want to achieve my goal of returning my weight to 80 kg or around 180 pounds, and I think this will be achieved soon if I consistently do it.

Wow I am going to start mine tomorrow because right I have eaten and cannot enroll on any push up challenge so definitely tomorrow morning am going to start counting my push ups but wait ooo are mine not  going to do the push up 100 a straight because from the looks of things it is very possible to do them at once.....

I just remembered that we have a target not just to engage in a push up challenge but our aim is for the growth of bitcoin to reach $100k but are we sure that it is going to be possible at all with wither I am going to fellow the trend let's see what comes out of it.....

With my little thoughts I think it is not possible for a person who have eaten too much to start bush ups and do it up till 100 count. That's not possible because you have eaten alot, also you are not body fitted, you can do 5 for a start and increase the counts each day you try again. Bitcoin to reach $100k is easy, looking at the beginning of this year Bitcoin was more than half the amount it is right now but just within few weeks (2) it increases to $62k. It is very possible that Bitcoin will reach 100k but according to you if you can do the complete 100k pushups at ones Bitcoin will also get to 100k at ones without no stop. But if you can't do the 100 pushups ones Bitcoin might also be going gradually gradually.

Yeah if you read my responses very well you will observe that I said it is not actually possible for me to hit 100 push ups a day and if truly that our push ups are the ones controlling the growth of bitcoin so be it that means I might even make up  a team that do a collective Push up in order to get bitcoin to $100k

I have been watching this thread for long and I haven't try the challenge but I gave it a trial today, I have not been myself all through the day. The pains usually become more severe at initial stage but maybe is your first time or probably you been doing it before and later stop by one reason or the other however the pain tend to reduce as days goes by, moreso it is also advisable some time to take a break in other to regain energy and strength which will enable you to do more better than the initial stage. Is  a win win challenge building up your body and at same time Bitcoin hitting $100k and above. Isn't that so Sweet?

From what you are describing, you might need to lighten up the level of your physical exertion in some kind of way.

From this kind of physical exercise it seems that if we are doing the exercise vigorous enough to cause physical effects (and improvement on our bodies) we will experience some pain and discomfort, but not so much pain and discomfort that we are not able to continue to function in our usual ways.

You can lighten up your level of exertion by doing fewer pushups per set, by doing fewer sets, by spacing out your sets with a bit more time between them and/or maybe by modifying your pushups to do easier push-ups in order to build up to the more difficult forms.

I think it would be better if you can keep up some kind of daily routine that involves some kind of push-up or push-up substitute, rather than giving up..

I understand that it can be very painful to do pushups, and it has continue to be painful for me too, even though I keep improving.. but even I am sometimes making some modifications in order to account for the level of my tiredness, soreness and/or if I believe that my pushups are interfering with my abilities to do other things in my daily routine... Overall we should be becoming more physically powerful through our doing these pushups (which should also help our power in other ways, too - whether physical or even our appetite or our psychological well-being), even if during some of the short-term periods, we might be experiencing some pains and inconveniences.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Lol surely the first stage ain't friendly, when I did this challenge for the first time getting up from bed was an issue, any slight movement would cause me pains all over my body . Which lead me to mind the way I move my body around, but when I hit it again it the pain was not like my first. Was like my body as started adopting to the pushups and the pain. Well honestly being fun lately seeing my body changing and getting fit , and bitcoin recent performance is just truly exciting.

Just joined you and did 100 pushups! Agree that you have to break it up into something like 10's! I did 10+10+10+20+20+20+10! Felt great! Onwards to 100k!

Yesterday I hit my 3,000 since starting the challenge and I did it with sets of 33/33/34. I started today off with a set of 34 but have fallen behind due to some unforeseen plumbing emergency work which is now behind me. We’ll see if I’ll be able to keep this up or not, but so far so good. If so, I think two sets of 50 by the halving is a possibility. Who knows, maybe I’ll be able to get a single set in of 100 the day we hit $100K.

From what you are describing, you might need to lighten up the level of your physical exertion in some kind of way.

Overall we should be becoming more physically powerful through our doing these pushups (which should also help our power in other ways, too - whether physical or even our appetite or our psychological well-being), even if during some of the short-term periods, we might be experiencing some pains and inconveniences.
Yes, it seems difficult and very painful if we haven't done push ups for a long time. I found this thread and saw a variety of users taking part in this challenge,. I think this challenge is quite good because apart from being healthy for us, on the one hand, we also have a goal of $100k. Maybe someone who succeeds in doing push ups to reach $100k will certainly be a very meaningful pleasure for them. I probably won't be able to do as many push ups as you have done because I had an accident while I was working which caused a muscle fracture in my left hand and that really bothered me in all my work in the real world.

But we will try to do other routines that can make us healthy from psychology and will also support friends here for those who take part in this challenge.

Yesterday I hit my 3,000 since starting the challenge and I did it with sets of 33/33/34. I started today off with a set of 34 but have fallen behind due to some unforeseen plumbing emergency work which is now behind me. We’ll see if I’ll be able to keep this up or not, but so far so good. If so, I think two sets of 50 by the halving is a possibility. Who knows, maybe I’ll be able to get a single set in of 100 the day we hit $100K.

I'm sure you will be the first to achieve it because the level of consistency you do increases your confidence in doing push ups every day.

We may experience a positive changes in Bitcoin in this year based on a massive adoption of Bitcoin and high speculation or Bitcoin this year but that does not necessarily mean that the price of Bitcoin may hit 100,000 this year I want to just let us understand that is not only this year bitcoin has rise to this level it has happened in some other time but it could not meet up to reach 100,000 so let us understand that the market is not being controlled by anybody and there anything strange can happen at any point in time neither increases or it decreases in the market

Just joined you and did 100 pushups! Agree that you have to break it up into something like 10's! I did 10+10+10+20+20+20+10! Felt great! Onwards to 100k!

That sounds like a lot for the first time, especially if you are not used to pushups.  You might be feeling sore for a few days, but hopefully you are able to keep doing it, and maybe keep a journal so that "we" (at least those of us participating in this supposed "fun") might reach $100k with confidence and strength.

I probably could not have done 30 or 40 in a row when we started, yet I am regularly doing between 25 and 35 - and once in a while 40, so my 40s are still feeling a lot of pain, and yeah it will be interesting if I am going to be able to get more than 40 in a set, which most likely will be stages of 45 and 50 and 55 etc etc.. I am not sure if I am going to be able to add more than 5 at a time, absent some kind of sudden spurt in strength and endurance... one more set for today, and that will be 28 days... oh my... still hurting.

It would be cool if some member were to put together a chart to keep track of everyone willing to report our number of pushups or whatever other activities we might want to use as a substitute and maybe update the chart weekly or in whatever frequency is convenient.  That might cause some peer pressures... hahahahaha.. even though I am doubting if there would be a category for qualty of pushups rather than self-reports of quantity.  #justsaying.

damn this epic!! I haven't even gotten that close and am not sure if I could hit such numbers of pushups, truly worth admiring but still let me focus on my small pushups  Cheesy am doing with the use of different set , so that won't endup over pushing myself. To avoid breaking down  too early in this challenge. now bitcoin is up by $63k I'm going to break it into 25/25/13 sets my pushups, so that I would be able to hit it without over pushing myself.

I'm back! Some days ago I have seen this topic and tried to push up and done 30 push-up because I have an experience to physical exercise and have yellow belt in Marshall art . My spine and masul was so hurt, and I have taken pain killer that time, now I'm properly fit to take challenge. Past several days taken a breakdown from this challenge. Today I have done 25 push-up and I will be continuing every day for the challenge of $100k, thinking per day 2 session it's will be incrrease and share update into the forum. I must be go forward until the price get to $100k Bitcoin.

It's not too late.  Start slow and anyone can make a difference.  You have to believe that first. 
This statement is true, starting slow and not trying to compete with others or trying to achieve what others have achieved is not ideal, we have different body system and we are stronger than each other so sticking to what will cause you pain all in the name of imitating others is not ideal.

My first day of joining this challenge I thought it was how i used to do push ups back then bug my inconsistency and and laziness has made the push up to have effect on me, the first day i was able to manage 100 push ups which was spread out in 3 (40, 30, 30). Little did i know that it will have effect on my body because it has been long i did push up. When i woke up the next morning i woke up with body pains, my hands were hurting and heavy that i could barely lift them. With all the pains i didn’t want to give up on my challenge so i since i couldn’t meet up my 100 push up goal i reduced to 60 push ups a day (20,20,20) i feel much better now and i am already on the verge of increasing gradually with a pace my body can handle.

I now understand that it is not a competition and we are not obligated to do 100 pushups but rather it’s a challenge to keep fit while anticipating the rise of bitcoin so understanding your body and not overworking it is important.

I started my Push up this morning I was watching bitcoin green chart 📉 from $61k rose to $65k  as I continue I was actually expecting the rise to continue but it was quite unfortunate for my thought that the value of bitcoin became static there was no increment at that time I start having fatigue I now remember my strength...

Day-3 for me, I have given only 6 push-up in 1st session, oh ...no, 2nd session only 13 push up, that's very painful in my whole body. No problem it will be continuing until 100 push-up. I'm taking extra egg's and milk for extra energy. Now I'm not using lift to step up, and taking extra deep breath. when I started my 1st session early morning it's hard but the 2nd session in evening is very suitable for me. I might be believe that the price of Bitcoin will be reach $100k ASAP, before the reaching I must be completed my challenge and gradually increase the push -up set.

No one should give up on this challenge because the significancy of this 100 push ups a day until Bitcoin is $100k can not be overemphasize it is already happening as I am typing Bitcoin is 66k we need to fight to finish it is not over until is over, if hitting up 100 at a spot is being difficult for you you can spread it out in sets 10, 10, or 15, 15 just as you are able to hit, is a win win,  your fitness and Bitcoin hitting $100k. Am already excited as am not only watching this happened but also going to be a beneficiary part of it, i don't know about you.
