That seems to be the real deal and a whole new shift to the entire push-ups exercise. This style does not only build the muscles of the leg and hand, it is a serious exercise for the waist for better flexibility and the entire body system is stretched. I will adjust my push-ups exercise and give this a try from tomorrow. Merely looking at it, I can my usual number of push-ups per time in the previous style I was using, this might just mean extending the number of sessions I engage in this exercise per day to achieve the 100 push-ups daily target. I am so loving the entire thing already.

I think it is not possible to do 100 push-ups per day, but for me, I can do maybe 10 to 15 push-ups per day. If I do 100 push-ups a day, I may put too much stress on my muscles and my physical condition may suffer. So I think until Bitcoin touches $100k, I might push up body weight. Although this challenge is very big but very difficult for me, but I can definitely push up to 100k if I can give more than 15 per day, but before my push-up is fulfilled the price of Bitcoin will reach this level. Although I am not in the habit of doing push-ups every day so it will be quite painful in the beginning as this is my initial condition, so I have to start small. Although it will be possible for me to give 15 on the first day, if I can increase it by 5/7 every day, then surely I will succeed in doing 100 push-ups at some point.

Why don't you do 10 push ups a in 10 different times a day. That would be 100 push ups a day. Hahaha.

I believe everyone who's doing the 100 push ups a day challenge will be disappointed because they will not be doing it for more than one year. Bitcoin will be having a six digit price valuation after the halving BUT before December. It will be a good Christmas for Bitcoin HODLers.

OR they will be relieved?

Bitcoin price has been very impressive and I'd say I really like the way it went from $60-69k and it has been giving us that signal of hitting $70k+ in no time. Since the positive movement of Bitcoin price I believe or should I say maybe before the end of this month we might be seeing a new price, let's say $75-85k, which means it's possible for Bitcoin to reach $100k.
100 push up is easy but how many are ready to follow it up till Bitcoin price hit $100k?😁 The way some of us lack that patience in hodling that's how many would give up the push up before it gets to $100k because the market price is not that fast as we expect to get to that amount, it takes time so I believe starting the push up is cool but non can get to the finish line.

That's a very good point and those who have not done push ups in past few months won't be able to do 100 push ups straight away. Best is to start with what your body is comfortable with. I gave it a try after reading this post and was able to do 10 push ups. I will do 10 Push-Ups for next two days also and will increase number of Push-Ups after that.  

10 March 2024 (Day 1) - 10 Push-Ups (Done)

11 March 2024 (Day 2) - 10 Push-Ups (Planned)
12 March 2024 (Day 3) - 10 Push-Ups (Planned)

I will come tomorrow and will update about the Push-Ups activity. Wish me luck.

I don't mean to be overly judgmental, but that quantity seems pretty low absent some reason that it needs to be that  low. .

In other words, you might want to consider doing three sets of push ups per day (or at least working up to being able to do 3 sets).., because one session per day seems to be pretty whimpy (especially with that quantity of pushups). and you might not experience improvements from that low of a level of pushups and if you are doing them all in one session and that scattered out of your sessions (which for you seems to be ONLY 1 session per day). ..

Of course, in the end, you can engage in this challenge in whatever way that you like...; or whatever fits your lifestyle and/or abilities.

You are very right in saying that quantity of push-ups are very low. The reason is, consider me as a guy who hasn't done push-ups or HIIT workouts for many years and for this reason my muscles are sleeping in comfort zone. I am giving three days time to my muscles to wake up and move out of comfort zone. I am happy that I have done 10 push-ups yesterday and today. From day after tomorrow I will increase my push-up quantity, perhaps 2 sets of 10 push-ups for first two days followed by 3 sets of 10 push-ups. Once my muscles are activated, I am sure I will increase that rate further.

Everyone of us is in different Hypo w.r.t push-ups. I consider myself at very early stage and need to activate my muscles first to gather push-ups on daily basis.   

Thanks JJG for this valuable suggestion of executing push-ups in sets. One set followed by another with some gap will help in getting to target of 100 push-ups per day.

I think there is really something special about this challenge. Every since we started this challenge I have observed bitcoin very well and it has been an upward trends the price keep soaring higher. I just say bitcoin at $71k. Could it be that bitcoin has been waiting for this challenge to finally hit the $100k? I am so happy being part of this challenge, it's giving me this feeling that I'm being part of something positive and the result is reflecting on bitcoin price. I really want to appreciate everyone who has been engaging actively. Our collective efforts is driving bitcoin price forward and we getting closer to our target!! I am so happy let's keep doing this, somehow bitcoin is seeing our efforts and it's responding with a positive response 😊😊😊

If you say it's not possible to do 100 push-up I won't agree with you because there are people hiting more than 100 push-up per day though it won't be easy if you are not conversant with the push-up exercise the pattern you are going with it will also help you gain more strength and energy to hit 100 push-up or more for slow and steady wins the race. We are on this together we will continue doing it till Bitcoin hit $100.

If you have a spinal injury, then don't you still have to do exercises?  Maybe you could substitute body squats or some other exercise that might be suitable to your condition.. .unless you are paralyzed... and of course, it would not be good to do some exercise to make you vulnerable to injury or re-injury.

Yeah I have found a new way of doing this challenge since my spinal injury couldn't allow me to do pushups. What I do is that I swing myself through a pendulum, when I swing forward and return backwards i count it as one till i get to 100 then I stop, it looks so easy though but what i observed is that as i swing continuously my eyes becomes blurry and begins to twist but I had so much fun doing it.

I have been fat for the past 10 years. I was referred to an experienced dietician last 2 months to reduce my fat. He gave me a list of exercises. That list says to do 10 pushups twice in the morning and afternoon. And it is said to increase the number of pushups day by day. I am doing 30 pushups per day by following his advice. And after reading this thread I did 60 pushups in the last 2 days. In this way slowly I can do 100 pushups a day.

Similarly according to today's market bitcoin price is 71K which we think will be 100k very soon. I think if you hold bitcoin at the moment, you will see a good profit in the future.

Have you checked now. Bitcoin has surpass 72k  Shocked. I have done my ups this afternoon and am willing to continue tomorrow because i am expecting it to reach 74k before tomorrow. I now feel like we are closer to 100k than we expected. The halving has not yet come bitcoin is already doing the most. Goodluck to everyone has believed in bitcoin and this challenge, lets continue and dont stop buying.

This is actually funny thinking about the price of bitcoin moving with the push up, from my observation the push up is so real and I'm convinced with the price of bitcoin right now, in as much as the push up is helpful for good health I totally belivie our push up has helped with the price, lol, very funny.
I have seen several reports about the push up and one of the major report I can relate with is being smart after the push up, carrying out daily activities looks so easy ever since I started, tiredness should not be a barrier when it comes to the push up.

That's looks like what I posted.   But no, I'm not doing those unless they count double! Cheesy  I've having enough trouble with the regular version.  A few more days til you hit 4000! 
This new version of push-ups is less stressful than the regular version. You can even do 50 push-ups in a go because it doesn't require a lot of strength like the regular version. If you don't want to practice the new version, that's okay because I did it yesterday and this morning, and I noticed that the new version is a push-up workout that will help build up six packs and also reduce pot belly.

Mike Tyson push-up is completely different for me, I have done push-up in floor, to bed,to window,to wall but to floor this type of push-up is new for me and I learnt. It's an amazing and vibration my whole body. Mike Tyson push-up is more than harder of previous push-up and I'm enjoying because I'm used to.
On the 12th day I completed 50 push-ups. Physically and mentally I am very fit. Every mornings I go to park for walking and push-up. If anyone wake up in the morning and do physical exercises and push-ups, they will feel very energetic throughout the day. I have achieved this experience through this forum.Waking up in the morning was the hardest thing for me and I do it every day.

I think it is not possible to do 100 push-ups per day, but for me, I can do maybe 10 to 15 push-ups per day. If I do 100 push-ups a day, I may put too much stress on my muscles and my physical condition may suffer. So I think until Bitcoin touches $100k, I might push up body weight. Although this challenge is very big but very difficult for me, but I can definitely push up to 100k if I can give more than 15 per day, but before my push-up is fulfilled the price of Bitcoin will reach this level. Although I am not in the habit of doing push-ups every day so it will be quite painful in the beginning as this is my initial condition, so I have to start small. Although it will be possible for me to give 15 on the first day, if I can increase it by 5/7 every day, then surely I will succeed in doing 100 push-ups at some point.

If you are not very used to this kind of exercise (or any exercise), I would suggest starting out with three sets per day, scattered through the day, and you should be able to do that every day as long as you don't do too many and even if you might be sore, just adjust how many you do per set, whether it is 5 per set or 10  or 15 or maybe 30 per set... and then later after several weeks, you might be able to increase to 4 sets per day or even 5 sets per day and that way you can increase your total number of pushups per day.

Bitcoin price has been very impressive and I'd say I really like the way it went from $60-69k and it has been giving us that signal of hitting $70k+ in no time.

As I am typing Bitcoin is already 70k and is even going to do more sooner than we expected, it can be funny ooo      Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes how someone could say that the 100 pushups per day is affecting Bitcoin pushing up  but I think is working   Roll Eyes  Roll Eyes so no one should give up on the challenge until the  goal and objectives of this thread is achieve, I congrats and appreciate everyone that has been participating definitely is going to end in joy and laughter expecially to those that already have Bitcoin in their portfolio.

As of this morning I saw it at $68k (I think) but coming to see it at the current price now only shows we're getting somewhere bigger than the expected $100k. Honestly if the push up is what has been affecting the price of Bitcoin to increase drastically I'll some how summon the other users who haven't heard or seen this thread to begin their push already, maybe the more members knows about this the more higher it gets😁😁.
To be frank with you, I was trying the push up and I couldn't get to 100 but the spirit is high now so let's expect to see Bitcoin price getting towards $75k before the week runs out.

That's right, if you're not used to it or have never done it before, it's best to start small first and do it according to your ability, even in small amounts.
And in small amounts, if you do 3-4 sets then the amount will be large and you can start from 5 push ups to 3-4 sets, meaning in a day you do a total of 15-20 push ups. And if you feel capable of doing the same number and sets and you are used to it and are fine, you can increase the number of push ups you do with the same sets. And with this you will see results if you do it consistently and try to continue to increase the number of push ups in small amounts periodically, even though you feel capable of doing the previous number.
And do good push up techniques slowly, and find the correct breathing pattern that is in harmony with muscle movements so that you can do them well without feeling tired and also without injuring yourself.

This is one of those endurance training. Normally its meant to be challenging just like how challenging it is to hold your bitcoin till the price hits 100k. Some would quit along the way but dont let us dont forget that forget that we wont gain much if we dont meet the goal and target.

The goal here is to hold our bitcoin till it reaches 100k and while waiting we try to achieve 100 pushups everyday. There is no faster way to achieve these things if not steadiness and consistency. Once you can do 20  pushups every two hours you can achieve the 100 push ups.

I am a big fan of this thread so i will be checking here very often.

Every morning I wake up and do 15-20 pushups continuously. I also accepted the challenge, since I can do 15-20 pushups, if I try I will be able to do 100 pushups. Now that bitcoin is 72k plus, I will learn to do 100 pushups a day before bitcoin is 100k.

Yesterday was rough for me.  I replaced the hot water heater for my house along with a car repair and a lot of landscaping work.  I was pretty tired by the end of the day and after getting my push-ups in my arms were pretty sore.  My first 25 this morning were rough, but I'm going to keep the streak alive no matter what as I know this Bitcoin rally depends on it. Grin  If I were a smart man I would probably take a day off and let my arms recover a little bit, but I don't think anyone in this community will accuse me of doing the smart thing anytime soon.  75 more to go today and we end the day at $75K!
