Good for you, others might not be as strong as you are, that's why they need like 10x10 and then gradually increase it by the day before they can hit that magical numbers. Your body will be shocked even by just 10 push-ups.

Maybe you are still young and that's why you are in your prime, but for us who are a bit older, we really need to take specially care as not to shock our bodies because it's not going to be good for us to have that pain throughout the week specially if you have a regular job.

So for me, just start slow but keep motivated to reach that 100 pushup regardless if that could be 10x10 or 20x5 or 25x5
Considering that I haven't exercised for a long time and am currently fasting during Ramadan, of course I didn't immediately take 50X at once. I still divided the 50X into 2 more. so 25 in the morning, and 25 again in the afternoon. so it fits 50X a day.
Since the first one has been completed, tomorrow I will increase my target again to 60X to 100X a day.

A person's body condition is different, I am around 31 years old, of course I am still in top condition. It all depends on the intention and consistency in doing these push ups. In fact, I read above that some people have added other combinations.

Honestly, I don't have a problem whenever Bitcoin reaches $100K. The important thing is to stay healthy and be motivated to exercise again.

Sometimes most of the sickness we sick is lack of exercise, ever since I engaged my self in this 100 push-up challenge my recent medical report has shown that my sugar level has reduced to be normal. I noticed that when we are not getting enough physical activity it can lead to some unnessery illness some times weakness of the body high blood pressure and so on. Sometimes even if we don't feel like exercing the body there are also some house chores one can involved his or self to keep the body active like cutting of grasses in the compound is also a way of a healthy life style, the sweat that comes out of the body also help in reducing sugar level which can also help to reduce quick ejaculation for men.

Exercise is always good for our bodies, and it helps us to be fit and healthy if we are consistent with it. Exercises like push-ups will help you do your housework easily because of the strength and muscle you will gain while doing push-up. Since I started doing 100 push-ups a day until bitcoin's $100k challenge, I have gained the stamina that allows me to do 40 push-ups at a time every day.

Labor is generally of two types one is mental labor and the other is physical labor. We mainly give priority to one labor which is mental labour, but we forget that physical labor is the most beneficial for the body. I feel much healthier since taking on this challenge. When I used to exercise normally in the past my body was not as strong as it has been since taking up these push ups. Generally, people consume a lot of nutritious foods, these foods store energy and if they are not used, the number of pathogens in the body increases. As much as possible we have to spend this energy through physical exercise then people will be healthy.

Smile, sometimes it is good to go for medical cheek up once a while, because there are situation where a doctor will tell you to eat things more of sugar that is when the sugar level is very low and when it is very high the doctor will also instruct you not to eat things that contains sugar and also engage your self in exercises which will help faster to reduce the high sugar level.
Life is two sided.

Yeah , in that regards it's very vital to be on regular routine medical check ups which is better than living in personal assumptions, exercise contributes about 10% of our healthy living. Negligence and ignorant are actually what has made so many being too lazy about it even those that knows much about it's importance as regards to healthy living, and that is one the reason why am always grateful partaken in this challenge because it was more like a reminder to me after I stopped doing much of exercise for some time now and I believe am not the only one this Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes and all thanks @OgNasty, when I first saw this thread without a second thought I just said yes am going to do it.

In a day I do 60 push ups regularly, dividing them into 3 sets and 1 set consists of 20 push ups which I did when I first commented on this thread and now my weight is stable and according to what I want. And my current weight is 80kg, that's what I want and even though my height is 172 and my weight is 80kg, you could say it's not ideal. But I'm comfortable with a body weight of 80kg, because I also don't like being skinny.
And what happens when I do push ups is that I have more money, because I reduce or even eliminate my habit of buying fatty fast food and drinks and also all foods that can increase weight. And I switched to increasing the number of Bitcoin purchases I make every few weeks and regularly every month, and I really enjoy 2 amazing benefits. I've lost weight, I'm healthy and muscular, and I've also been able to increase my Bitcoin purchases and I've experienced incredible benefits from both.

Me, nah, I'm already old and so I just have to take care of myself, although as I have said before, I attempted this kind of challenges years ago and I still have my training logs. But it is different now, and I do agree, even if we reach $100k we can still do and continue for our health and that's why I started this challenge.

Change my diet, drink a lot of milk and combination of sleep.

So yeah, take advantage while you are still in top shape and push your body, but for those who are old or at least under some maintenance medication, just do it in moderation.

Understand me correctly, I didn't mean that it's only for those that has bought Bitcoin alone I was trying to emphasize that it is good to buy Bitcoin and hodl before taking part in the challenge so that it will give more energy to continue because you actually know that you have a target.

I know it is also a form of exercising our body while doing it but just take for instance you have some good amount of Bitcoin and the price of Bitcoin is pumping wouldn't you be so excited and even you can decide to go above the stipulated 100 push ups for the challenge because of over excitement lol
In my opinion, the example you gave is quite wise because of what I personally felt when I saw the increase in Bitcoin prices that has occurred so far. Indeed, there is more enthusiasm to continue holding it until a certain time by continuing to have the desire to increase the amount too, because people who have Bitcoin will certainly be happier when they see that happen than people who are just spectators and talking but don't have Bitcoin in their wallets. So this is the spirit that comes from the minds of Bitcoin holders who have believed in Bitcoin so much that they will continue to push themselves to be able to own more Bitcoin.

In as much as life is concerned we learn new things every day and most time it comes through reading, assuming I said to me self that I won't read any post here since I don't accumulate any Bitcoin I wouldn't have had the idea and knowledge I have now concerning Bitcoin and also investing into it and some other technies in push-up exercises which I have also learned here through reading.
For am here to learn and also know more about BTC which I did through reading. This forum and thread has been wonderful and helpful to me which also come through reading and understanding.

Sure it is good to read and to find out things..

Yet with something like bitcoin it is also very good to act and to put systems in place and to learn more about it, especially since it is likely facilitating the largest wealth transfer known to mankind and it is still early days of adoption.. so in that regard, the sooner that you get started in bitcoin the better, even if you are ONLY able to accomplish $10 per week or some other modest amount that is within your capabilities while you are learning more about it. 

In other words the sooner the better, and don't be fucking around with shitcoins and./or diluting your bitcoin investment until, at least, you have some good ideas about bitcoin first, and even if you end up getting sucked into shitcoins because you cannot resist gambling and/or you cannot resist their convincing talking points, don't do any more than 10% investment into shitcoins as compared to the size of your bitcoin investment.

There has been a lot of improvement in my push-ups. Yesterday morning, I was able to do 40 push-ups at a time, and it was my best for now. When I did up to 36 push-ups, I was struggling to hit the 40 push-ups because my bones were weak. I wanted to stop, but I had to suspend myself in the air to get some rest before I did the remaining 4 push-ups, and I completed the 40 push-ups at a time.

Mine has been the same.  There are certain failure limits, so over the 53 days that I have been doing pushups, in the beginning I was failing at 20, 25, and 30, and then after a week or two I started failing at 35 and 40, and lately I have been able to get up to 50 or 55, but then I slowed my pushups down a bit and I am back to failing at 40 and 45, which is o.k... especially since for the last month i have continued to achieve 5 sets per day.

There might be some day that I might be able to do a fast 60 .. or maybe a slow 55.. yet keeping track of them really does seem to be helpful, including that in the last couple of days, I started to time my pushup sets (and to write down the time for each one of the sets)... which is currently gravitating towards 1 second per pushup.
That's actually nice, also try out variations of push ups to help hit that fitness, most people may think that push ups are chest exercises,  which is not wrong, but then do not forget the other areas that are tensed during push ups, there's a lot of back in it, as it's almost comparable to planks as it's a similar pose, and  doing variations hit other target areas that the regular push ups do not do just enough justice to, there's doing variations, and then there's still doing it right. Here's what I mean, What you will find with many people that can perform a lot of push-ups is that they can press 50 reps, but only the first 20–30 will be performed with the glutes, quads and abs actively keeping the pelvis in neutral position, while the remainder are done with sagging or flexed hips.
Usually the first few reps may just be fine, but then further into the reps there's this flaccid touch to it, struggling with the last few reps is natural, but then while you're at it struggling, you may notice that you may not be going as low as you went at the start, your abs and other regions may not even be engaged anymore,and you may find that you do half circle of a rep. Push ups have variations that you can explore. Sticking to a singular variant may become boring. Indulge yourself with other variants, you'll enjoy it. For example, instead of doing your 50 straight, of one method, you can try 10 reps of 5 variations. You'll be literally burning. Bottom, bottom line: Do your push-ups, This is especially true if you have shoulder issues that preclude you from other heavier pressing alternatives.

I have been exercising regularly since taking this challenge, this challenge will keep my body healthy. I did not exercise regularly before taking this challenge, now I exercise regularly. I used to be able to do 12 push ups in one go. But after taking this challenge I have now improved, I can do 16 push ups in a row. I do push ups more in the morning and less in the afternoon. 32 in the morning and 16 in the afternoon can do 48 push ups throughout the day, I will try to increase more. However, I must be able to do 100 push ups a day before Bitcoin hits $100k.

Especially the more pushups can be done, the more sexually fresh the body will be. Because exercise usually builds the body structure strongly, so you should exercise regularly and strengthen yourself. Many missed this challenge today I was able to give a lot more push ups than my challenge. Since accepting this challenge I have worked hard and managed to push myself forward with the price of Bitcoin. I managed to 38 I will be able to give more very soon next week of course I will match it to 50.

There are a lot of ways in which we could look at the matter, including that the BTC price is not really correcting greatly, so it could be the case that our pushups are contributing to the Bitcoin price's refusal to correct greatly.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

It is a good thing that this 100 push-ups challenge was initiated because it has helped so many people in one way or another. I used to do push-up before this challenge started, but I was not consistent with it. This 100 push-ups challenge has made me consistent with push-up because anytime I wake up from sleep in the morning, I always remember that there is an ongoing 100 push-ups a day until bitcoin is $100k challenge on the Bitcointalk forum. Also, this push-up challenge has helped some people gain good health conditions, grow a little muscle, and increase their performance in bed.

I don't think that our push-up here is contributing to BTC price refusal to correct greatly, since the price is not been regulated by humans or by central government, I think sometimes the price is primarily affected by it's supply.
So we should still continue with our exercises because refusing to exercise will also affect ones healthy life, and one thing about exercise is if you stop doing it for long the fitness and stamina you have built for long will drop your body system will no longer be active as before, so let's continue on this challenge those that also have Bitcoin in there portfolio should hodl on it for anything can happen we could wake one day to see Bitcoin price reach $70k+ and above.

I think sometimes the price is primarily affected by it's supply.

Sure, supply is likely one of the greatest contributors to price if we are going to get into attempts at figuring out overall  BTC price dynamics, even though in the short term there can be all kinds of dynamics going on to effect BTC price, yet if we want to attempt to become more comprensive in terms of the most important ways of considering price then we can consider using three main frameworks, which is 1) stock to flow, 2) 4-year fractal and 3) exponential s-curve adoption based on metcalfe principles and networking effects (those outlined by Trace Mayer).

Of course, there can be some other less dominant factors, as well, but it is likely that there would be considerations of the more dominant factors rather than getting too caught up into the weeds of either noise and/or shorter term factors that might not be as relevant, including that if many of us might be considering BTC as a long-term rather than a short term investment, then sometimes we may well have to hold and/or continue to accumulate BTC through longer periods in which the BTC price may well be getting pushed around by more minor and short term factors.. .. ..

And, yeah, maybe pushups might get into sentiment, and surely I am not much of an advocate in terms of figuring out what to do in regards to bitcoin holdings based sentiment.. even though surely people get excited about monitoriing sentiment - which personally I consider to be a pretty BIG waste of time in terms of figuring out price direction.. so yeah, maybe I should not be playing along with any fantasies in regards to the extent to which our doing pushups and talking about it affects BTC price sentiment and/or ultimately affects price - which likely there is little to no effect bordering more upon no effect on BTC price.

Sure, no problem.  Doing pushups seems to be a good thing to continue... and I doubt any has proposed that we should stop doing them, even though of course on an individual level, there are frequently assertions that it remains difficult to continue to do the daily pushups.  I am currently on day 61 and I will be going over 10,000 pushups at some point today.  Probably my next set, since my exact number is 9,965 right now, and I have ONLY done my first set for today..  I was thinking about only doing 35 pushups for each set today, but then when I went to do my first set, I ended up doing 50 pushups.... so yeah, sometimes there can be feelings about not wanting to do so many pushups. but at teh same time some difficulties in stopping too.. .. so yeah, it looks like by the end of today, my average quantity of pushups per day is going to be at about 166 pushups per day.. .. and so it works.. but it still can feel a bit physically and psychologically draining to continue to do 5 sets of pushups every day.. at least for the past 40 days..

Since you have already started this challenge, if you are consistent with it, you will be able to hit 100 push-ups one day before bitcoin reaches $100k. Anytime you are doing push-up and you get tired, do not stop the push-up quickly. Try and do 2-3 more push-ups to help you endure and absorb the pain in your body. If you are consistent in doing it, it will give your body the stamina, which could help you achieve a new number of push-ups at a time.

Exercise is fun, especially when you are used to it. If you have not done your exercise, before you know it your muscles will be motivating you to do it. After if you have not done it yet, it will look like you are weak, not until you are done doing your exercise. I don't have a specific amount of push ups that I do everyday, because sometimes my muscles will allow me do more than expected, and sometimes they will be weak, and I would not be able to reach my expected numbers.

One good thing is that, you will always be fit at all time, as long as you continue with your push ups. Burning fat is the most achieved in exercise.

but it still can feel a bit physically and psychologically draining to continue to do 5 sets of pushups every day.. at least for the past 40 days..
