Had my morning session today in my usual 3 set of push ups. It was exhausting for sure but, was able to climb 145 push ups.

My first set was up to 70, I really wanted to make that number with the wide am push up and today I did manage it. Oh yeah, I went for a 4minutes 35seconds rest after wards, I had to time myself on it with a mobile stop watch. I wanted to rest for just 3minutes but, my body needed more.
For my second set, I went with my hands a bit close and pushed for 50 push ups, which was my target round. I somehow was able to archive this round with some ease and took a 3minutes break.
My third round was targeted at 30push ups, using the diamond push up style. I wasn’t able to archive this at a go but I managed to push for 25 before fatigue set in. Ended up lying down on the floor after wards.

My entire body is woke people, now I can get myself ready for the rest of the days activity with my body all warmed up for whatever. Keep up the push.

I would definitely say I've missed out on a lot since I've not been very active here, earlier this thread seems so quite but I can see how everyone is seriously pushing themselves off their old limit, very few peoples complaining of muscle sores anymore, the thread has improved with the table that has been added and the daily report of pushups, this seems to be a very good source to mativate anyone into consistency since its more like a challenge now more than ever.

Anyway I started my day with a good decisions to continue from where I left out, although it's not as if I wasn't doing any pushups since I wasn't active here, to me It was more of a case of inconsistency cause I didn't have enough self motivation to keep up, but I've participated for more than 10 times anyway. I've seen that a new format for posting has been added to the thread for our daily reports.

This morning I started with some sqauts, trying to build up those hips, I did up to 15 squats for each set, with a total of 5 sets, then I started doing push-ups, although I don't wish to build up my arm muscles that much so I prefer to do 10 reps for each set and I was able to do a 9 in total for the push-ups and really it wasn't challenging cause 10 reps wasn't much of a challenge to me at all, i ended my morning excerise with sit ups.

I am just starting and am feeling dizzy already now I know why, that suggestion of resting for 20minutes seems perfect, because working so hard without rest, wear off energy in our body tissues, ligaments, tendons and leave us with so much stress shown on our faces and body especially for new members like me, so I make adjustments until I find a perfect solution that will propel me to do push up better everyday.

Are you guys eating protein? That's what the body needs to make new muscle tissue!
It was lately I started eating more of seafood, fish and beans sometimes I add egg too after knowing how important these food are in our body expecially when exercise is involved, so ever since then i noticed some little body change for it has help to increase the muscle mass, these food also help to boost bone health but in as much as we need proteinous food to help boost muscle mass we should also avoid or limit food with high level of sugar in other to stay more healthy. We should also know that eating fruits after exercise also help to body look so fresh, is always important we stay fit and healthy and exercise is one of the major key to that.

Are you guys eating protein? That's what the body needs to make new muscle tissue! And hydrate with a good electrolytic drink like apple juice and mineral water in a 50/50 mix with a pinch of salt. Or non-alcoholic beer.

Keep up the good work! 100k is not that far away.
I hope a glass of milk every morning should be enough to provide my body with the adequate amount of protein to make new muscle tissues because I never miss it.

Although I consume more of plant proteins than animal protein. Not really a fan of beer, alcoholic or not, so I think apple juice and mineral water would be a more suitable option for me.

Thanks for tips though, we really need all the important health tips we can get to aid us through this challenge.

Halving day 200 push ups  is very possible to achieve this, we just double our hustle just the way we did 100 push ups and try to maintain consistency and figuring out systems of splitting into sets of pushing up and keeping track of each set, engaging in rest and do method , suspending unnecessary and stressful activities also nourishing our body with good food to fit in all the time, we can also take energy drinks if necessary too to boost energy while pushing. I believe this will keep us strong and fit for 200 push ups bitcoin halving day.

I will suggest since you just started it will be best for you to get started with a lower number of reps and increase gradually as you get more fit and stronger, you can start with 2 set of 10reps like 10*10 in the morning you can as well add noon and evening of two set and 10reps and gradually increase your numbers set/reps as your fitness and strength improve and also eat more proteinous food which will also help increase your muscle mass, just give it a try.

In as much as we need some rest during the period of exercise expecially push-up, going for 20 minutes rest is not a good idea I will still suggest you rest for 5 minutes though body system may not be thesame but am saying from experience. If you go for 20 minutes rest after your first reps you will notice your body will be weaker because it has taken enough rest that have lasted for 20minutes you won't able to do much push-up again in your next reps so I will suggest you go for a maximum of 5 minutes rest the body will still be active by then.

Beginners who feel dizzy when they start and immediately need to rest, even if only for a moment, are still considered normal. Because beginners really need to practice on their own to get used to any pressure one day, but every beginner also needs to get a little motivation formula so they can have a little encouragement within themselves to keep trying without taking much rest. Just think of it as a good start for you to start so that over time you won't get tired easily when you haven't finished something on time.

Most times eating light food such as fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables prio to your pushups will help in keeping you active and not being dizy. However it is also important you make some body movements, stretch your body or probably take a few health walk after then , have a target of range of push ups you will be doing for few days without any intentions of hitting above your limit while your body endure the pains that will enable you gain enough stamina to break your limit, be consistence and give the body rest when needed and you can't imagine how much of progress you will be making with time.

Milk is great but I never considered it a source of protein.  I just drink it because it's awesome.  Now I'm wondering if I'm protein overloading myself or if such a thing is possible.  I'm no stranger to sitting down with a rare steak and pounding milk straight out of the gallon while blood drips down my beard.  Today I'm making a pork roast that will become the largest pulled pork sandwich any man has ever attempted to eat with the leftovers turning into a stew that will sustain me through the coming halving weekend.

I am slacking on the push-ups today.  Haven't gotten one in yet.  That's about to change.  Probably should've gotten an early start considering tomorrow is 200 push-ups day but I love it!

Since you joined this challenge late, do not be in a rush to do a lot of push-ups today; just maintain the 100 push-ups a day if you can handle it, or do less so that you will have a lot of time to rest your body. You must not complete 100 push-ups a day; you can do what your strength allows you to do, and as time goes on, you will keep improving in your push-ups.

I've been eating roast chickens and spoonfulls of peanut butter.  This is one of those silly moments, but I feel myself taking up more volume, and can see how that feeling of increasing might be addictive.

There is propaganda around getting people to each chicken or turkey and the white meat of the chicken.. so it is a bit problematic to presume that chicken or turkey would be better sources of protein, nutrients and fats...  and there might not even be any need for seeking carbohydrates.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

There is propaganda around getting people to each chicken or turkey and the white meat of the chicken.. so it is a bit problematic to presume that chicken or turkey would be better sources of protein, nutrients and fats...  and there might not even be any need for seeking carbohydrates.

To build muscles you need protein rich diet and I don't think white meat has enough protein as much as red meat, and I hardly love the idea of selecting which meat is best to eat from which, I just eat meat cause I love it.

Has anyone noticed this, I you do your excerise I the morning before you start your work outs you tend to eat more after that, like this is the third time I'm experiencing this and today's morning was on a whole other level.
After I had finished my pushups and other excerise by 10 am after going for 3 hours from 7 am this morning, I did a total of   125 push-ups, although I did more intensive abdominal excerise that should have locked my stomach a bit, I still found myself eating so much this morning and I'm yet to figure out why I tend to eat much after my workout every morning.

100 push ups for me is still quite heavy because I only do 10 x that's even after I stop worshiping, sometimes. The habit of exercise is good, the formation of a healthy and strong mindset, a fit body and a mentality that is ready to accept when bitcoin surpasses the price of $100,000, is a good preparation, although I think it is still a few weeks ahead and still needs good news.

How the current sea of people have bought bitcoin with the nominal they want (increasing from year to year), there is a chalange like this should be more visible exictensi although some people want to keep it secret. I agree that money is the motivation for all goals in life including building character, building economic plans and other achievements. So far bitcoin is very good.

If 100 push-ups are hard for you to do in a day, you can reduce the number to a number you can freely carry out without struggling so that you will not sustain a shoulder injury. It is not compulsory to complete the 100 push-ups daily if you do not have the required strength that will help you achieve it. Just do the numbers your strength will allow you to do. What matters most is to be consistent with this challenge, even if you are not maintaining the 100 push-ups a day.

Don’t sleep on getting a good night of rest either (see what I did there). I can notice a pretty big difference between getting 4 hours of sleep and waking up to do push-ups vs getting 7 hours of sleep and eating a good breakfast before working out. If you’re struggling with push-ups, give yourself every advantage. Sleep, food, stretching… Makes a difference.

Are you guys eating protein? That's what the body needs to make new muscle tissue!

Chicken and turkey breast has been recorded to have a high quality nutritional values which contains lots of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and fats but contain more of protein which is very good for wellbeing.

It natural, during exercise we burn calories (lose energy), later on (probably after workout) we feel hungry as our sympathetic nervous system is triggered, for the body to regain the lose calories and used energy we eat as food contains calories, but this might tend to others over-eating. It a natural course to feel hungry after exercise, you burnt calories, energy was used up, you have to re fuel yourself again.

My appetite tend to increase after my routine, overtime you will be use to, thus building a healthy body.

Am still up, doing 25 reps in 3 sets, 20 squats before each. I have not being keeping track of it lately on this thread, one of my observation so far is my chest  have broadened a bit, with more muscles, am thinking of, adding dumbbell to be part of the  routine. This thread has helped me develop a sense of consistency as of someone is watching me, if I don't, lol.

I want to keep up my record on the thread, as I haven't lately.
