Today reports loading... 60 pushups  done remaining 40 pushups

Let's try and keep going , recently Bitcoin experience some dip but it shouldn't shake yah spirit we should keep hitting our pushups and surly $100k won't be any match for Bitcoin when the bull run begins


Damn I didn't drop my 2024-04-29 pushups report, I later finished my pushups, endup hitting 100 tho

But my today pushups I tried hitting hundred pushups but couldn't was a bit tired and the sore where not encouraging at all.

Was only able to hit 90 , with the use of set 30,30, 30, spreading it through the day, I'm proud of myself that I can now hit 30 pushups

straight up but in my today pushups was only the first set I did straight up, but I break the rest in to something like sub set  Smiley , like the

 30 that fall in the second position , I broke it into 15,15, that are I did the other.

Let's use this opportunity to say happy new month guys  , this month started with some dip , but there's no need for any panic all we need to do is purchase more because the months ahead gonna be all greens. Cool

This is my first time participating in this challenge. When i saw how far the challenge had gone I felt so sad for starting it. I have been eating too much junk and my tummy looks so big. Doing 100 pushups at once is way too much for me. I tried spreading it out for 2 hours but I ended up doing only 80 today. Below is my report and please add my name to the table. I will do anything to maintain consistency till Bitcoin reaches 100k. No matter how long it takes, although am expecting it sooner.
You are welcome mate to this challenge, I believe that one of the purpose of this challenge is to keep the body active, fit, and healthy by doing 100 push-up a day until Bitcoin is $100k and it doesn't necessarily mean that one must do 100 push-up at a time or in a day for it is not a do or die thing by  trying to do ANYTHING for you might end up getting injured along the line by trying to do anything.
You can do the little your body can carry so you can stay strong, healthy and alive to see Bitcoin reaches $100k.
And secondly for you name to appear in that table your push-up activity and report you will the format below.

Do I need to increase the pushup to 5 sets? Then I need to focus on increasing pushups. Or, should I decrease the sets without increasing the pushups? So instead of doing 5 sets of 100 pushups I would try doing 4 sets of 100 pushups.

Do I need to increase the pushup to 5 sets? Then I need to focus on increasing pushups. Or, should I decrease the sets without increasing the pushups? The title of this push-up challenge is 100 push-ups a day until Bitcoin is $100k. You can't celebrate $100k in bitcoin price now because bitcoin is yet to reach $100k. In your write-up, you said you did 100 push-ups in 5 sets, and I'm surprised to see you asking us if you could increase your push-up to 5 sets. You can still maintain the 5-set strategy because it will help you complete your 100 push-ups a day without finding it hard to do.

It’s a challenge yourself, your limits and it’s extension. You don’t need to make it easy, when it seems to be getting way too easy for you, you seek higher highs. It’s where you want Bitcoin price to be, a high like $100k but even then, you don’t expect it to peak at that price. So should your exercise. When it gets too Comfi for you at a range or about a particular set for your push up, you could either reduce the set and increase the number per set or you maintain the set but, try doing more numbers per set to beat your 100 push ups for a day record.

Bitcoin price just dropped below $60k and it’s now around $57k. Surely Bitcoin have got plans for the muscle gains. Obviously, we’ve had a coach all along that isn’t very much impressed and so, it drops price to extend exercise time. Let’s impress coach Bitcoin, lol..!

Hey all, I'm going to see where this strategy takes me, towards that 100 pushup set.  Now instead of 10 pushups in 1 minute for 10 minutes.  I did 20 pushups a minute for the first 2 minutes, and then 10 a minute for 6 minutes.  I managed 11 on the last set.   I'll keep increasing the first set, and reducing  the total time.  Can't miss.  100k,DirtyKeyboard,81,7957,2024-04-30

since it seems that 2 would put the UTC date as of the date of the post, which is likely going to screw up your system, since 1) you are not going to stop members from quoting other members and/or their reports. 2) members might still end up submitting two different reports on the same date.. but I suppose your system would always pick the latest report by any particular member.

We have been doing 1 so far, and doesn't 1 already work?  or are you saying that currently you are having to do too much fixing of the substantive details of the report before it prints.

I am not sure how 2 improves anything.. but whatever, I don't see any reason to vote.. .. you just tell us which system works best for you, and we just change how we submit our reports based on what you tell us to do. then if we change the way we do our reports, then you have to re-teach us the new format.

I am not attached either way, but I did vote as you instructed.

If the new improvement would mess thigns up a bit and stop people from quoting each other don't you think the thread would be a bit boring if we can't have conversation between ourselves, although I don't understand much about how you do what you do but I know it requires dedication to do something like this for everyone, so if this new pattern would reduce your stress then I think we have to comply with what us best for you.

If you are having much stress updating the table everyone due to everyone reporting daily then I think we can use try doing it as @ og nasty does to report once in 3 days or two days that way you would have lesser work to do daily and we can all still be active here having normal conversation and your workload would reduce.


It's been 3 days since I last reported and I have awesome new to share with everyone, I'm now able to do 200 pushups consistently, although it's not been a week yet since I first broke in but from my recent form I think I can well keep up with it, i would normally do more I the morning when my strength is fresh and would do a total of 25 pushups per set and up to 5 sets in the morning although I tend to do more like yesterday and the day before, then I do 2 sets in the afternoon and finish up in the evening. I'll be giving a cumulative report for the past 3 days.

Thank you for your thoughts, but no, not at all.  I prefer people to post daily, or if you do want to post less often, feel free to include details about each day.   My workload and fun comes from writing the script, with lots of CoPilot help, that looks for all the reports from you all, and me.   Smiley  I also encourage the 'normal conversation' and remember your report can be practically too small to see and get picked up fine.

Okay.  So the vote was tied 1-1.   Thank you to our elder statesmen and pushers extrodinaire.  Cheesy  So why not both?   Maybe.  I have successfully altered the script so that people who care about their graph, but don't want to post daily, can give past updates in one post.  The second part I haven't figured out yet, and I hesitate to complicate through simplification, but if someone didn't mind some slight wobbles in their graph, they perhaps, could just put  ",today" at the end of their report.  Or, also if the date is the only thing borked, that would be easy to spot since it's at the end of the report, and in those cases, the script could just append the current UTC date.

Bitcoin halving is already over so we have to wait another four years for new Bitcoin halving and it is not possible to continue the push-up mission for these four years. I missed this year's halbing and I missed this push-up mission competition even more. Hopefully, I will participate in the push-up mission again in the next 2028 halving.
We all in the 100 push-ups A Day Until Bitcoin is $100k challenge has one goal and that is to increase Bitcoin to $100k and that is why we are doing this push ups.

However push ups has a lot of health benefits so is also a way to keep your self in a healthy condition remember the saying " health is wealth".

Even though the Bitcoin halving is over there is still possibility of Bitcoin increasing, so we don't have to wait till 2028 for another Bitcoin halving before pushing and hoping for the best.

Couldn't hit 100 a day for two days straight  Undecided But very opmistic today since its an holiday in my country and the weather(rainy) is perfect for staying indoors.
Bitcoin is under $60K and showing a negative 7%
Who has started/still accumulating?
Personally bought around $57090 with half of my usdt set aside for eventualities like this
In subsequent days I plan adding little by little if it continues the fall( which I doubt it but we can't be too cautious)

I don't think our goal here is to increase the price of Bitcoin to $100k because the price of Bitcoin is not been control by people, but we are only speculating trying to keep the body fit and healthy by doing 100 push-up a day till Bitcoin price reaches $100k, but it doesn't necessarily mean that is mandatory to do 100 push-up a day you can do the one your body can be able to carry.

It wasn't easy at all doing this for the second day. suppressingly, it took me more than 20 minutes to complete 100 push-ups today... I believe that my body will get use it after "I can't remember the last time man worked out".... Aside this pushup challenge!!

Ambatman, there is no need to report your three days of doing push-ups differently on the same day. What you need to do is add up the push-ups you did on days 17, 18, and 19 together and report it at once. Your report should look like this: 100k,Ambatman,19,2115,2024-04-30

First of all key me applaud your zeal for the pushups to 100k.

However, the purpose for the pushups challenge according to the op OgNasty is that bitcoin enthusiasts could motivate themselves through a 100 pushups a day till when bitcoin hits 100k.

Now this is practically just like an exercise to keep fit too, therefore you have to do it in sets comfortable to you according to how your strength can carry till you get to 100 on each day and not compulsory you follow same sets as others. Example, you can do 10 sets of pushups 10 times to get to 100 daily, and making sure you rest to catch your breathe  on each intervals.

We all in the 100 push-ups A Day Until Bitcoin is $100k challenge has one goal and that is to increase Bitcoin to $100k and that is why we are doing this push ups.
I don't think our goal here is to increase the price of Bitcoin to $100k because the price of Bitcoin is not been control by people, but we are only speculating trying to keep the body fit and healthy by doing 100 push-up a day till Bitcoin price reaches $100k, but it doesn't necessarily mean that is mandatory to do 100 push-up a day you can do the one your body can be able to carry.
This thread is an inspiration for us and go through the strategy to keep ourselves fit. I do not agree with you. This is done by people who are already aiming to push the price of BTC up to $100k. You cannot deny that the nature of BTC's price movement is the collective effort of many. Price movements are essentially human creations and are determined by long-term holders and the combination of numerous investors. We are smaller than a dot here.

Back to you after a long time and I continued my challenge and managed to reduce my weight by 7.5 kgs. Today 58 days for me but I was absence here.I consistently complete 4-5 sets per day and take 15-18 push-ups from each set as per my ability. I don't care about the price of Bitcoin. I'm doing my best and my body is reaping the benefits. The price of Bitcoin is a bit down right now but I know I will hit my daily goal of 100 push-ups before then. But I can fit myself enough before the price of Bitcoin is $100k.

Hello everyone here please am new here and will like to partake on this interesting challenge I know It may be difficult for me since it has been a long time I did it, but you guys should permit me to follow up on the challenge I may not be perfect like you guys whom have been here for long but I will give it a trial and I will want my data to be included in this table of yours. I will like you guys to put me through on how to go about it. I will be glad and happy if the opportunity is granted. I must say this challenge is not easy at all, when I started I was having some pains in my body but now I have adapted and the pains has stopped.
I even went to YouTube so I can learn how to do push ups correctly because I observed I was doing it wrongly and I was not getting the body shape I wanted.

push ups comes with a lot of health benefits which are

1. Burning calories in your body.
2. Protecting your shoulders and lower back from injuries.
3. Improving your balance and posture.
4. Helping your heart pump blood fast to every part of the body.

There are many more health benefit of push up, so I will urge you to participate and also take it serious.

Today is my 5th day of pushups celebrating $100k in bitcoin price. I was able to do a total of 100 pushups in 5 sets on the 4th day itself. Today is day 5 and I did a total of 100 pushups in 5 sets. Do I need to increase the pushup to 5 sets? Then I need to focus on increasing pushups. Or, should I decrease the sets without increasing the pushups? So instead of doing 5 sets of 100 pushups I would try doing 4 sets of 100 pushups.

You should do it how your body permits you. Do it in the most convinent way, if you do many push ups in one set it will reduce your willingness to do more going forward. I will advise you do 5 sets of 20 which will give you 100, this will enable you doing it more easily and you won't feel much pressure.

Today is day 57 of my challenge, and yesterday my challenge was slightly modified. I've been increase one push up per day since I started the challenge and completing all push ups in one set per day, but lately it's been getting difficult for me to do all push ups in one set, so I changed my challenge yesterday, to two sets of all push ups per day Complete, and increase two push ups per day.

As such today I have a total of 77 push ups which I complete in two sets in the morning and afternoon. I do a total of 40 push ups in the morning and a total of 37 push ups in the afternoon to complete a total of 77 push ups. And till date my total number of push ups (2806+77)= 2883 push ups.

I think am getting too comfortable with my current push ups of 150 per day. My body system used to this figure, I have decided to increase my push ups to 200, so from tomorrow I will start reporting with 200.

Almost everyone here wants to do 100 pushups in a short amount of time. I am one of them. Even if the mind wants to, many cannot do it due to physical disabilities. Meanwhile, I was very interested in finding out how to do 100 pushups in a short time without getting physically injured.
