Good morning house.
I have been in this forum for quite some time now but i didn't know that such a wonderful thread like this exist in this forum, it was just today that I discover this thread and I really like the challenge because already I love doing push ups exercise because is the key to good living, however I think this thread will help me to achieve more of my numbers of push ups because our main goal here is for Bitcoin price to hit $100k and am in to make that happen.
You are welcome. Is good you already know how wonderful doing push ups is to how health. Since you have been doing push ups before now then it will be more easy for you to participate on this challenge unlike some of us here that just started push ups because of this challenge. When I started it was hard for me to keep up because I was never doing push ups, I felt pains in my body but now I have adapted no more pains again, so Is a big advantage for you since you have been doing push ups before now. However I will love to educate you on how to do your report in this challenge, we agreed here that we won't be posting our report everyday so you can be doing your push up for like 4 days or a week then post your report when you do that you will be included in the list by dirtykeyboard. When posting your report it should be like this. 100k,smilevictorobinna,14,1400,2024-05-04 Don't give any space just write 100k comma your username how many days you have done push ups and how many push ups you did for those days in total then this year the month and date.

I really don’t know what’s wrong with me because I could remember that three years back if I’m not wrong, I could do over 50 push-ups at a go but I really don’t know why I’m struggling to even do 30 at a go as this result this morning was really difficult to attain and I think I have to take this thing as my health very serious and can anyone tell me why it’s so diffuse for me to do these push-up
This is happening to you because you stopped doing push-ups for a very long time, and the strength you gained then has been reduced. That is why you find it hard to do 30 push-ups at a time. But don't be discouraged; with time, you will regain your strength and be able to do your 50 push-ups at a time. For now, you can reduce the number of push-ups you do in a set according to what your body strength can handle and do it for some weeks so that you will gain the stamina that will help you do 50 push-ups in a set one day.

The body can get weak real quick, I saw that myself as well, at least before the challenge. Some time ago I could do like 50-75 without any problems, when I restarted like 2.5 months ago I felt my arms shaking like a scared puppy after 20 tops, haha. Now I am back at a good level and trying to up the ante a little bit with variations as well. Obviously as stated it gets slow and weak real quick but as along as a person works persistently on it regaining a certain level doesn't take too much time as well, just have to commit and not give up! I would love us all to deliberate on something.
I went through the list dirtykeyboard posted and I counted the total number of people that were on that list and I discovered we are just 30 in number doing this challenge.
I want us to deliberate on how we can get more people into this challenge I believe the more we are the faster we achieve our mission.
So many people are aware that something like this is going on in this forum, yet they don't want to take part in this push-up challenge. Exercise is not what you will try to force someone to do because it involves pain, and you aren't sure if the person is ready to accept the pain. Even though we are few participants in this challenge, we have put in our best to keep it up and running. It is better if we are 30 participants and achieve our goals of starting this challenge than to have 1000 participants and get distracted. Ok so what you are saying is that is not necessary try to engage more people into this challenge since we don't know if they will be physically strong for it. Well ur opinion is a good one, but I still believe a lot of people don't know about this challenge and if they should know a good number of people will participate. Since we have seen the good side of what will are doing, how good it is to our health it will be better will tell others so they can also be healthy I think we should be our brother's keeper. I don't think if we are many it will affect us negatively we are all organize here. Am not saying we can't be small and achieve our goals but I'm saying it will be nice inviting others to join us since is good for our health and majority I believe is power. Bitcoin was created for everyone, but you can't force people to use it. That is how this challenge was created for everyone in this forum, and you can't force them to join us in this push-up challenge if they are not interested in joining us. We are making good positive progress, even though we are few. You can see the pictures shared here by some participants to show that this challenge has been helpful to us since we started it.

I started my own push up challenge today and since it's been a long while It wasn't funny at all, I started it around past 7am, I had to do 50 push ups and couldn't go beyond it, I took a 5mins break came back stronger I did 75 push ups , I took another break this one I went to do some domestic cleaning which lasted for about 30 mins , I was tired but I encouraged myself to do one last one before going to take my bath so I did 80 and I got exhausted, so my total for now is 50+75+80 which is 205, I believe tomorrow will be better than today, tho I will still do in the evening when I retire from the days activities.

Please I am new but Love this challenge I see it's not a gender barrier I love push up even as a woman beside I also believe is not too late for me to participate, I will run 50push you on daily basis, I may increase when my body begin to gain momentum why continue in the process.

I think my arms are paining me a little maybe my biceps are building up, so many person saying i gained massive weight for some time. For sure, push ups are not easy, and we are not going to naturally be able to do a lot of them or even to keep up with numbers that we did previously unless we are specifically doing push-ups as an exercise or some similar kinds of resistance training exercises that exercise the upper body muscles. Of course, if we are staring to get older or maybe we are otherwise not a very athletic person, then we also might have declines in our abilities to do pushups, but even younger folks should have greater abilities to build back their muscle than older folks, absent some specific medical condition. We all grow old Obari, and if three years back you were more trained, it is normal that performance has decreased after a period of latency. In my case, I'm so untrained that I don't think it would be good for me to participate in such a challenge at the risk of getting injured (even if only in the spirit), so I propose to start little by little because, as I said, the years do not pass in vain. But from what I see you are fitter than me so keep it up! Those who find it difficult have much more merit than those who have it easy from the beginning. If you are in as bad of a shape that you claim to be in, then start with something between 5-10 pushups and three sets per day.. and then work your way up to 10 pushups and 5 sets a day.. and that could take you a couple of months to get there.. but try to do at least three sets per day, and it would be better if you are able to do 10 pushups in each of your sets. Another possibility, if it is too difficult to do full pushups, then do modified pushups from your knees or perhaps pushing against the wall or some other way of having your feet lower than your upper body with a goal of getting to a point that you could do 10 full pushups per set and 3-5 sets per day. Of course you can move your goals upward or downwardly in order to account for the amount of tiredness and/or muscle/joint pains you are feeling. I still feel quite a few pains, but they are not as lingering as they were in the beginning. In the beginning (especially after a couple of weeks), my pains pretty much lasted all day long and I was continuously tired from the extra efforts of the pushups, and so even though I still have soreness and overall tiredness, it has gotten better - especially included that physically I am more capable to do more pushups (and consistently so) than I was able to do in earlier times. I am not totally better.. but surely there are several areas of noticeable improvement in physique, strength and just overall feeling s of being able to exert myself with confidence. Regarding my own report, I had another day (yesterday) of less than 5 sets in the day, and I was in the middle of some social things around the time that I was supposed to do my 5th set of the day, and I was thinking about doing my last set, but I just could not bring myself to do that set (so I only got in 4 sets for yesterday).. Even though the days of my carrying out fewer sets ended up with lower quantities of pushups, that result has been putting more pressure on me regarding to whether I will reach an average of 200 pushups per day in the next 9 days (by my 100th pushup day). Nonetheless, I still seem to be on schedule.. With 2,085 more pushups needed to reach 20k pushups, I just need to do on average of at least 231.67 per day in the next 9 days in order to reach my target of having had done 20k pushups by day 100.. I didn't think it would be possible for me to do 100 push ups a day. But I succeeded, now I can do more than 100 push ups a day. Now my new goal is to do 200 push ups a day. I don't know if it will be possible for me to do 200 push ups a day. I will do 140 push ups a day this week and try to do 150 push ups a day next week, I will try to increase slowly.
I have done 250 push ups in the last two days. I did 120 push ups on May 4 and 130 on May 5.

I started my own push up challenge today and since it's been a long while It wasn't funny at all, I started it around past 7am, I had to do 50 push ups and couldn't go beyond it, I took a 5mins break came back stronger I did 75 push ups , I took another break this one I went to do some domestic cleaning which lasted for about 30 mins , I was tired but I encouraged myself to do one last one before going to take my bath so I did 80 and I got exhausted, so my total for now is 50+75+80 which is 205, I believe tomorrow will be better than today, tho I will still do in the evening when I retire from the days activities.

It is good to see that you are improving your push-up since you started this push-up challenge. You can do 200 push-ups just the way you did 100 push-ups a day, don't be in a hurry to achieve 200 push-ups quickly, just maintain 130 push-ups for two weeks so that you can build up the strength that will assist you in doing 200 push-ups when you are ready to it.

Yea, that is it for the ladies. At the same time it still depends on if the lady is an athlete, if she is into some sports like weight lifting, and some other sports that involves upper body muscles. Like you said most of them will not want to build their upper body muscle so that they can still look attractive and lady-ish. I didn't think it would be possible for me to do 100 push ups a day. I love to see the table increasing with new participants, this shows a lot of trust and commitment Bitcoin has built, now people are ready to invest both physically and financially without holding back or in doubt. I still will encourage more people to join and those who are already in to keep up the the challenge. Aside doing it for Bitcoin, there is extreme health importance accompanied with this challenge. Most of us here, do not have the free time to carry out recreational activities in order to excrete sweats which contains certain chemicals that are harmful to the body, by excreting this sweat during the challenge is a health benefits aswell.
