My new challenge was to do 200 push ups a day. I am trying hard to do 200 push ups a day but it is not easy, but everything is possible if you try. I have not been able to submit the push up report for the past few days. I did 150 push ups on 9th May, 130 push ups on 10th May, 145 push ups on 11th May, 140 push ups on 12th May, 150 push ups on 13th May, 150 push ups on 14th May. Now I will continue to try to do 150 push ups regularly for a few days, after that I will try to increase.

My new report:
100k,Bd officer,56,3874,2024-05-14

It is not easy to keep up the quantity of pushups per day.. There is a need to build up to the quantities, and for me there surely has been some pain involved in regularly carrying out larger quantities of pushups on a daily basis..

I have reached my 100 days, so I wanted to make sure that I was right on 20k pushups for the end of this round number day.

By the way, today, I had two of my slowest pushup sets ever.

The first slow set for today was this morning with 33 pushups in 55 seconds 1.67 seconds per pushup.. . but yeah, ONLY 33 of them (not 40)..

The second one was my last set of the day, which was 35 in 63 seconds 1.8 seconds per pushup, and truly my longest time doing a pushup set ever (at least in recent times).. my prior length of time record (at least during this pushup season on April 30) was 57 seconds and 69 pushups (which was ONLY 0.826 seconds per pushup).

Still all of this little progress seems to starting to get me into the 1.5 to 2 second range for my pushups on a more frequent basis, even though it still could take me a while to get to 40 pushups in 2 seconds per pushup kind of a rate.. but I am seeming to be making progress.

Normally, we can't maintain a certain number of push-ups for a longer time; there will be a time when our bodies will become weak, and the only way to keep up with doing push-ups is to reduce the number of push-ups we do in a set for our strength to handle it. Recently, I have not maintained my 50 push-ups in a set this week. I am doing what my strength can handle now, but my lowest push-up in a set is 27 push-ups, and it happens this week. Congratulations JayJuanGee! You have officially achieved 100 days and 20,000 push-ups in this challenge. It is not easy for someone to stick with this push-up challenge, but your love for bitcoin is one of the things that made you to be consistent with this push-up challenge.

This challenge is the best thing that have ever happened to me, ever since I join this push ups exercise till today I have not had anything like maleria symptom again in my body I'm always strong and healthy, however I urge everyone of us that are in this challenge to always be active because is really good for our health. Just like yesterday my wife was telling me that the push ups exercise is really good in my body that my chest and muscles are getting bigger everyday, so I have decided not to give up on this challenge, No Retreat, No Surrender until Bitcoin price is $100k.
This should be done not only until Bitcoin hits $100k but until your life is 100 years! Grin(Just kidding). Pushup is a very important exercise for our body. You should never skip this exercise. Pushups have nothing to do with Bitcoin hitting $100k, it's just a challenge to make it a good habit. You can of course refuse to do 100 pushups if someone just asks you to do it, but when given a challenge to complete 100 pushups a day before the price of bitcoin hits $100k, everyone is enthusiastically doing it and it becomes a habit. doing This practice will help everyone to keep themselves healthy.

I want to appreciate this thread for giving me a reason to start exercising, something that I've not given priority for a very long time, and after Bitcoin hits $100k, I'm not going to stop this daily pushups. My day 1 was 13, my day 2 was 2 sets, 10,8, today I've done 3 sets 8,5,6. I'll be adding 1 set everyday, until I reach 10 sets a day, hopefully the pains in my arms will be reducing and I'll be pushing more in every set. My count will be 100k,kelward,3,50,2024-05-15.

Initially I was regular in this thread but later I was not regular but I was regular in pushup and physical exercise. I think it's time for us to increase our pushup level again as it's time to re-blitz the BTC price target of $100k. After a long downtrend BTC price is pumping again so we also try to increase the pushup set as well as increase the number. I have lost about 10kg so far just because of being inspired by this thread. Today I completed 6 sets and the number of pushups is 85. I have increased my number of pushups against the BTC price hoping that the level of competition will increase as the price touches $100k.

I shared the same sentiment with you, the pushups challenge has really helped me too, i have really been feeling better than I use to, yeah am fat but the pushups challenge has helped me loss some weight, and am not as heavy as I use to be.

I'm not sure you saw my previous question
I found out that the total pusher per day day is higher than the total pusher
Idk if it's an error or there's something I don't understand. Thanks
There is "Pushers" which is how many people reporting, 37.  Then there is the "total pusher per day day" as you call it, which I believe you are referring to the "Pushups/Pusher per day" column amount which is the average of how many pushups we all are doing per day =  106.55 * 35.7297 average days per pusher = 140859.

I can't even remember how much I have actually pushed so far but all thesame I have pushed enough we the pusher I normally pushups per day making sure I cover my column.....

Your push-up record is very impressive, doing 20k push-up in your 100 days of push-up is not a day job you have put in more energy and determination to achieve this.

To me the numbers of push-up been done in a set doesn't really matter as long as you are doing above 10 in a single set but your consistency really matters alot, producing 20k push-up under 100 days is a sign of seriousness and consistency keep it up Sir.

Thanks.. I am thinking that I am going to continue to try to average 200 per day, even if some days might be higher or lower, and so if my average is mostly staying around 200, then I will do my sets slow, fast, slow, fast and keep alternating, but if for some reason I fall behind and I have to make up pushups to get back to the 200 per day average, then my tentative plan is that I will do fast sets until I get back to the 200 per day average, and then revert back to alternating between slow, fast, slow.. etc.

That is a beautiful report!  Wow!
100k,JayJuanGee,100,20000,2024-05-15

Thanks.. and gosh now that I see it again.. Whoops!!!   We all can make mistakes. .I see that I made a mistake and I should have had written 5/14 and not 5/15.. but that's likely still o.k.. no BIG deal..

Hopefully, I will end up putting the correct date in my next report.. ..    I have been tending to post an attempt at a "proper report" every few days.. and that level of frequency (and perhaps flexibility) seems to be working for me.

I'm not sure you saw my previous question
I found out that the total pusher per day day is higher than the total pusher

Also, the abbreviation makes sense the way you wrote it, since if we attempt to expand upon the abbreviation as you DirtyKeyboard have put it in the table, then we can see that it could be expanded more fully as: "the average number of pushups per pusher per day."

[edited out]
.... but your love for bitcoin is one of the things that made you to be consistent with this push-up challenge.

Hahahahahaha

Fair observation.  Perhaps some of this is part of a personality flaw.. .that can sometimes work in regards to advantages..

I can't even remember how much I have actually pushed so far but all thesame I have pushed enough we the pusher I normally pushups per day making sure I cover my column.....

With an activity like this, there can come a certain amount of value with keeping track, and/or writing it down and perhaps part of the value of the report is that it could end up channeling some of us into attempting to keep track in order that we can attempt to better figure out the extent that we might be making progress, even during times in which we might not be sure about whether we are making progress or not.

i know that I have had several days in which I feel so stagnant, and stuck at a plateau with my own quantity of pushups and even the way that I am doing the, but then at the same time, if I keep paying attention to the matter, I will recognize that I am still making improvements, and part of those improvements come from keeping on doing the pushups on a pretty regular basis.. because I believe that if I take a lot of time off, then I will have to build back up to the place where I have gotten to right now..

and  also, with my own aging situation, there likely is a certain level of maintenance that is going on rather than improvement, so in that sense, maybe there can also be some value in terms of recognizing that the maintenance might be contributing to lessening the levels of deterioration that tends to come from a sedentary kind of activity while in the process of aging...

Yeah, we are all aging, yet some folks are going to be more in their years where it is easier to build muscle.. so that surely is likely to make differences, and there are a decent amount of folks who get into their elder years, and it becomes more and more difficult for them to exert themselves, and the process  of getting out of shape can likely creep up upon some of us without even realizing how long we might have allowed ourselves to be more sedentary than may well be in our own better interests.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

I don’t want to say that it has gotten easy to do sets of 50 push-ups, but I’m confident that I can do 50 now and not just when I’m feeling good. I do get a little elbow pain when doing such long sets but I am hoping that goes away with time. With Bitcoin’s price back on the rise, my goal of hitting the price in a set grows further away.

Since I achieved 50 push-ups in a set in this push-up challenge, this week has been one of the most challenging weeks. I felt a little bit weak, which made me not maintain my 50 push-ups in a set, but I never allowed it to stop me from doing my daily push-up. Since I added extra exercises to this push-up challenge, I have reduced my daily push-ups to 100 so that I will have enough time to do other exercises I added to this push-up challenge. It is easy to work out the shoulder, leg, trap, tummy, tricep, bicep, and chest, and at the same time, I will still do my push-up. I did 850 push-ups this week. If I add it to my existing push-ups, I will have existing push-ups equal to 9776 push-ups and my newest push-ups equal to 850 push-ups. Mathematically, I will have 9776+ 850 = 10,626 push-ups in 79 days.

My newest push-up report

Idk if it's an error or there's something I don't understand. Thanks
There is "Pushers" which is how many people reporting, 37.  Then there is the "total pusher per day day" as you call it, which I believe you are referring to the "Pushups/Pusher per day" column amount which is the average of how many pushups we all are doing per day =  106.55 * 35.7297 average days per pusher = 140859.

I agree with you that it is always good to keep track of our daily push-up progress so that we can know when we are improving in this push-up challenge and also know when we are not improving so that we can make an adjustment that will help us do better in this push-up challenge. Keeping track of our daily push-up progress will easily help us to report our push-up details here without stressing our brains to remember how many push-ups we did. I just checked the push-up table, and I didn't see Chibit01 on the push-up table. Maybe this happened because he is not keeping track of his daily push-up progress. Chibit01, start keeping track of your push-ups so that you can report your push-up details here, and they will be entered in the push-up table. We want to see every participant at the push-up table so that we will know how many people are on this push-up challenge.

It is very interesting having a target of higher number of push per day probably after being comfortable within certain range, for quite some time now I have not really been playing in the 100 pushups a day league, I level up by targeting 200 pushups a with hope that even if I don't get up to 200 in some days but hopefully enough that I will be achieving above 100 and nothing less than 100 a day, yeah in achieving this more comfortablely, I spread out in many sets and sessions of possibly achieving my goal, I usually do a faster pushups when am still far from my targeted number of pushups but when am getting closer to my total expected number I make it slower and this has been my other for the past days, and indeed the feeling is different. Below is my report

I considered this / as slash and not per before.
We never did the questions again, I believe that could help to like add some spice to the thread.

I missed this feeling especially the contractions and sweat after a nice work out. It's Macho.
My health has gotten a little better to start working out but don't wanna push it now.

Am putting it directly to you that doing an exercise like pushups casually without keeping tracks of records is a very wrong approach and there is no way you can be serious about it but yeah no body cares about it if you are being serious or not but the truth must be told that keeping tracks of records of your pushups by writing then down has so much value, as it shows your strength and weakness and how much progress you are making and how to go about making an improvement, you can only be cheating yourself and that is the reason why you are not on the table but yeah any one can whatever they like.

Quote of the day: "this week has been one of the most challenging weeks. I felt a little bit weak" - Mayor of ogba
I could not agree more my friend.  I hated pushups this week.  Well.  I hated the thought of doing pushups, but having done pushups was always positive.  And there was no way that I was going to come into this thread and post a table where I hadn't done my part if possible.  I totally agree that if one is injured or feeling bad from doing pushups, see a doctor.  Pushups are good, but the brain is better at being a little brat sometimes.

Ambatman, what kind of question would you prefer?  What is the optimal bmi for a 40 year old human?  Or more like 'can you spot the error in the table' question?  Or more like what is the main muscle group involved with doing pushups?

Life is too short to be a Karen on the internet.  Do some push-ups instead.

What a statement caught my attention at first glance and has stuck to me ever since, I started this challenge but fell off due to illness getting stronger everyday started my push ups again and building my strength though I don’t think I’m ready to begin updating this group on my progress I will though but I’d love to build myself up and maintain a steady rhythm before I begin.
Thanks guys for this challenge it’s been life changing.

Good morning everyone
You have been advised by Tmoonz to stop making this kind of post so that it will not look like you are spamming this thread. You should have included this good morning when you reported your push-up details this morning. Don't see it as hate speech, so you will not do this in another thread, and you should know that not every high-ranking member in the forum like JayJuanGee and OgNasty will tolerate this behavior.
