Boss is not easy at all, Omo the last one I did was very heavy on my muscle, though don't know if it's something I would take pain relieve, my muscle is very heavy. The push ups I did previously was actually a heavy one, I think sometimes relaxing is the best. I was able to achieve just 10 pushups in 10 sets. We must achieve great things together and we won't relent until Bitcoin is more than €100k and above.

If what you said about doing 10 push-ups in 10 sets is true, that means you are doing your push-ups in the wrong way, and you need to do better for you to be able to do a good quantity of push-ups in each of your sets. When you are doing push-ups, don't be in a hurry to complete your sets; always take a rest in each of your sets so that you can have the stamina to do a good quantity of push-ups.

I didn't follow the markets much today but I see now everything has turned red. Profit-taking was expected after ATH. However in some coins it's frustrating to see a week's worth of gains wiped out in a single day. In Bitcoin the loss is more limited and it's already starting to recover. Everyone can now see how strong Bitcoin has become.

Added 200 for the day.

That is just it Sir, even with the fluctuation of Bitcoin in market of recent, is good to see how Bitcoin is becoming stronger by the day and definitely i believe that those that has not started investing and those investors that are not patient enough to wait for a long cycle will definitely regret of not buying and those that trade within short period of time because one day Bitcoin will surely put smile to those that have been in a run accumulate Bitcoin aggressively.

I reach 30050 push-ups today and I'm also when it comes to Friday like this because it is weekend that is full of rest and those that will go to worship God will and those are Muslims have already gone to mosque to pray today being Friday and happy weekend to you all.

I did 20 push-ups in 10 today and pushing consistently is power.

Today's jogging was fun, felt like taking more time outside jogging my ass out and forget about today's hustle, added a little set of squatting after finishing up the jogging then it all ended on the floor as usual and we shouldn't forget to always consume a lot of water...

Jogging should be fun and if jogging is not fun then there will be no focus on jogging every day. I don't jog much outside. I complete my daily push-ups at home as much as possible. That is what I do for the day. Apart from that, the effort I put in all day seems to be enough for me. However, drinking water every day is very beneficial for health and especially it is better for a person to drink six liters of water every day. A person who drinks 6 liters of water will be able to stay healthy naturally and a person who does not drink 6 liters of water and drinks too many liters of water will get sick very soon and he will stay sick. So a person should drink more than 6 liters of water every day.

Today I added 60 push up in 5 sets.

There are sometimes you feel like putting on the last gas to meet up at your starting point and the next thing that will be ringing in your head is, quit and rest it for the day but deep down you know you're tired and need a rest and you also know you haven't completed the jogging, it only takes someone who have to mind to endure the pains to complete the jogging, that's the fun for me, is too challenging. Adding it with the water is just the final blow to summarize the whole thing.

I wasn't reporting my push up activities here for a week now but i was putting down push up activities on a shit of paper.


I have done a total of 570 push up in this past week, below is my push up report.

I sustained a sprain while going through my 7th set at exactly the 11th Push this evening. I thought it was not serious initially and had to wait to see how it feels to consider completing the count to 20. But no, I'm definitely going to be out for sometimes as I realised this late that it's swollen already. Sprain affects the veins and arteries and the pain is really much. I only massaged with hot water and balm but I really don't know if an ice black could have been a better option. If this pain does not subside by tomorrow, I will have to see a doctor.

I used to keep Excel sheets to record my workouts. Tracking progress this way is definitely very useful. And once it becomes a habit, you build up a serious database over the years. Honestly, when I first saw this thread, it reminded me of those days. Now I just write down my daily push-ups here and I don't need to do anything else. Dirtykeyboard takes care of the rest. Smiley

Added another 200 today.

Today's jogging was fun, felt like taking more time outside jogging my ass out and forget about today's hustle, added a little set of squatting after finishing up the jogging then it all ended on the floor as usual and we shouldn't forget to always consume a lot of water...

Jogging should be fun and if jogging is not fun then there will be no focus on jogging every day. I don't jog much outside. I complete my daily push-ups at home as much as possible. That is what I do for the day. Apart from that, the effort I put in all day seems to be enough for me. However, drinking water every day is very beneficial for health and especially it is better for a person to drink six liters of water every day. A person who drinks 6 liters of water will be able to stay healthy naturally and a person who does not drink 6 liters of water and drinks too many liters of water will get sick very soon and he will stay sick. So a person should drink more than 6 liters of water every day.

Today I added 60 push up in 5 sets.

There are sometimes you feel like putting on the last gas to meet up at your starting point and the next thing that will be ringing in your head is, quit and rest it for the day but deep down you know you're tired and need a rest and you also know you haven't completed the jogging, it only takes someone who have to mind to endure the pains to complete the jogging, that's the fun for me, is too challenging. Adding it with the water is just the final blow to summarize the whole thing.
Morning walk or running is so beneficial that it is much better than the amount of physical exercise you do throughout the day. If you make habit of sleeping early at night and wake up early in the morning and starting the day with physical exercise, then it will keep your mind cheerful. Yes, there is no time allotted for each day you should rest one or two days a week not more than that.

The amount of energy burned by your body through push up and running will not always be restored because physical hunger will keep you energetic throughout the day. When excess fat accumulates in your body you feel sluggish and various diseases surround you.

It's getting a bit dusty in here.  Thanks for the kind words JayJuanGee and BigJoe33.  It's mostly stubborness but we have an example here where, unfortunately Regardme, you submitted an invalid report because you left out the number of days you were on.

but, only reports with more pushups than the last are accepted, and in this case the script read day 3204 with 2025 (because dates are optional) pushups for regardme, who is presumably on 3204 pushups which is more than 2025.  So it was harmlessly skipped.
By the way, I am thinking that I am not going to post another pushup report until my pushups add up to 123,456, which is maybe another 5 days from now.. .. that is my tentative plan.  there had been some times that I was posting my pushups every day and then other times that I would post every few days.. Sometimes it can be a bit inconvenient to post every day... at least for me, and some other guys  will sometimes have considerable gaps in their posting frequency.. which seems to all be in the spirit of voluntariness.. but at the same time, there could be questions about whether the guys are doing the pushups if they are not posting their pushup reports on a daily basis.

I sustained a sprain while going through my 7th set at exactly the 11th Push this evening. I thought it was not serious initially and had to wait to see how it feels to consider completing the count to 20. But no, I'm definitely going to be out for sometimes as I realised this late that it's swollen already. Sprain affects the veins and arteries and the pain is really much. I only massaged with hot water and balm but I really don't know if an ice black could have been a better option. If this pain does not subside by tomorrow, I will have to see a doctor.

It's a sad incident, but you should have applied ice or cold water to the sprained area. If you had applied ice or cold water, your hand would not have swollen so much. However, take the advice of a doctor as soon as possible and see what the doctor says. If you neglect it, you can have a big problem, so don't neglect it and take action quickly.

Bro I'm sorry for what you're feeling at the moment but believe me when I say this, with the weather condition that we are experiencing I think you shouldn't joke about this pains, it happened to me but then I wasn't taking it too serious and now each time is rainy season I always feel pains on my wrist. In your own case it might be different but I'd advice you continue using the hot water to massage it and apply balm on it, if possible you bandage it and don't engage on anything that would stress that area.

This is a serious injury; you shouldn't play with it before it turns into something else. You need to see a doctor for a proper checkup so that you will get the right treatment that will help you recover quickly. Just stop doing push-ups for now so that you won't worsen your condition. When you fully recover from your injury, you can start doing push-ups.
