It is a lovely new month to start with my push-ups exercise and I'm that we all have made this far, as my birthday month i decided to join my push-ups exercise with gym exercise to make a different from my previous push-ups, as the date of my birthday is far as approaching, still on my normal routine and happy new month to you all.

Just a little observation from the image. It's interesting to see that with the regular push ups you have been able to build your upper body muscles. Now you have advanced to the gym, don't you think it would be okay you include crouching (squatting) too, to build your thighs to balance with your upper body shape to avoid giving you the lion shape from only doing the push-ups.

Camping Over! I had a very busy trying to gather my luggages exited the camp through over 4 hours distance back to my base. It was such an awesome experience all through the three weeks away period. During this period, almost every thing on the schedule were all workout programs. I engaged in series of exercises ranging from regular juggling, squatting exercise and many other physical training activities which I participated in.

In one way or the other, I introduce daily Pushups up to 100 pushups among us and it worked perfectly well which was why I can say that I never missed any day. While we were all packing to leave the camp, my guys started reporting how their favourite clothes no longer give them much gap and how they all became body fitting.

Thank God to my early hours of 6 sets of 30, 30, 20, 20, 20 and 20 gave me a reason to put up a report now. My experience has added to the ones I've got and I can bet that my daily workout was very effective.  I also realised that the clothes I went there with could no longer enter me. I've taken them to the tailors for proper adjustments.

i want to contribute as much as i can before this challenge reaches 1 million push-ups in total. today i did my push-ups, even under difficult conditions. and this time i'm adding 200 more push-ups to my total. i guess its my pr.

i pinched my thumb between 2 metals while trying something ridiculous and it's tingling. it didn't make it hard to do push-ups, but it makes it a bit difficult to type on the keyboard.

i realized that no matter how down you are, no matter how bad your day is, push-ups can always make sure that it's not “just bad”. at least you know that you value yourself and strive for it, despite all the bad things that happen.

First day of July and nearly Independence Day. I’ve been pretty tired lately with the heat and trying to enjoy the outside. I also see myself having a very busy weekend ahead. For that reason I think I will probably take the weekend off from this challenge and get some good old fashioned rest and relaxation…

i was out on my own and i came across a park where there was also sports equipment, so i did the push-ups i would normally do at night early. today i was able to do 4 sets of 40 reps because my arms felt strong and i passed 5000 push-ups in total.

i also got quite used to pull-ups and i did a total of 30 pull-ups in the order of 11,10,9.

Took a break throughout last week except Saturday, felt better on Saturday but I’m now back at it fully this week, had a total of 90 X 3 days this week plus 60 pushups lastweek Saturday . Each with 3 sets as usual except Saturday (did 2 sets)
