It's been a long time on the bench. Slowly activities took over and laziness creeped in, and suddenly, I was out of the daily healthy routine. I wouldn't want to explain what has brought me back on the floor, but after a little football training section this morning, I noticed I had lost alot while on the bench. I have decided to hit the floor again, at least for a bit regain of fitness. Just a 2 sets of 15 and 2 sets of 10, totalling 50. This time, it's gonna be slow and steady. It's been a tiring weekend for me, but I kept up with my training. I did 200 push-ups today. I didn't want to skip for 3 days in a row. The rise in Bitcoin has given all of us a sense of relief. It didn't usually hover around its ATH levels like this before. This rally feels very different, it's unique. I'm really curious to see how high it will go this time.

For those of us who love jogging from time to time we should be very careful whenever we do such because the injury that comes with it might keep one out for a long time especially ankle injury. While I was out this morning someone twisted his ankle and that was the end for him, he couldn't stand on his own and luckily for him some of the guys around helped him and that alone got me paused for a minute, started having this crazy imagination, what if it was me? What's the best way to avoid such injury? I don't think there's any thing to be done to stop it from happening, the pain is something else.

I love jogging, but I haven't jogged in a long time. If you don't want to sustain injury when jogging, always take a rest when you notice you are tired or stop jogging for that day, book a taxi and go home so that you won't expose yourself to injury, and also know the distance you can easily cover to and fro so that you won't expose yourself to injury.

For those of us who love jogging from time to time we should be very careful whenever we do such because the injury that comes with it might keep one out for a long time especially ankle injury. While I was out this morning someone twisted his ankle and that was the end for him, he couldn't stand on his own and luckily for him some of the guys around helped him and that alone got me paused for a minute, started having this crazy imagination, what if it was me? What's the best way to avoid such injury? I don't think there's any thing to be done to stop it from happening, the pain is something else.

I can't just imagine myself skipping two days of not doing or report my daily push-ups because of the pains i got since the last few days i increases my number of push-ups, i have been feeling pains over my body, so with the increase in Bitcoin price I felt relief, and i took it as a challenge that i will never skip today push-ups without not doing my daily routine and also to always keep pushing consistently to be perfect with my new number of push-ups and get use to it, so the pains will not be what will prevent me from skipping my daily push-ups any day.

It is very rare for some persons to get injured in their first step of jogging, and it can only happen if they step on something and they twist their legs and hurt their ankle. It is true that I haven't been jogging for a long time, but since I have been active in doing push-ups, I don't have any problem with jogging. If I decide to jog today, I can jog even though I don't stretch my body, and nothing bad will happen to me because this push-up exercise has helped my body to be fully fit to do any physical exercise. Being in pushups exercise for sometime makes a person fit for other activities including jogging also. But that does not totally remove the potentials of facing some pains and strains during or after jogging. I have being in pushups exercise for quite sometimes now at least over 6 months and I have also been in period jogging exercises. This does not totally save me from the last experience I had during the night sleep after going for Saturday morning jogging which I had series of muscle pulls little above the knees behind. If I haven't been engaging in jogging before I could have been thinking that it was because I was new to it. The human body has a way of reacting to stress and it can happen anytime. A person can also twist his foot on his first step during jogging. I engage in jogging with at least 100 others every Saturday and Sunday since it's a street combined club workout. I have seen some folks sustain sprain in their first steps and withdrew from the exercise completely. Also individual strength differs too. What you are capable of doing painlessly may take me a lot of pains to achieve or series of pains to get adapted to. We can always take care of our body by taking enough rest, eating good foods, taking enough water and ensuring that we don't exercise beyond our capabilities.

What I am trying to let Sexylizzy2813 know is that even though I don't stretch my body before starting to jog, I won't sustain any injury because push-ups have made my body fit and ready to do any physical exercise any day I choose to try another exercise. I even jogged this evening. It was easy for me to get to my ending point, but when I was returning back to my starting point, I found it a little bit difficult to do because I was a little bit tired, and I wanted to take a rest before continuing my jog, but I told myself if I took a rest, I wouldn't have the strength to continue with my jog, so I decided to reduce my pace so that it would be easy for me to return back to my starting point safely without stopping and sustaining injury, and I was able to achieve my aim.

This can be hard for you to see much of it happening because you haven't seen how it happens like is nothing. That first step can always be that someone stepping on a hole or something, that's to say a flat place can make someone to twist his ankle even someone who's walking experience it and is not like something these sets of person's believe can happen but it just does. I think you only have to believe that these things happens not that you have to see it first, you know? Brother, even the macho man do fall ill or have some issues on his muscles, don't see the push up as a shield to guide you whenever you're engaging in other exercises. I believe that those of us who have been up to speed with this exercises even before I joined have a higher chance of hurting themselves in a way we can't tell. Ok, do you know I have twisted my wrist some time ago that made me to abstain from these push up for almost a year and before double JG pushed me very to join and start reporting before I started after recovering, so in what we do let's always try to be careful, we can't predict the next move we make if it will hurt any part of our body.

Another tiring day but I reached my 200 daily push-up goal again. I want to reach 100 days in this challenge before the end of the month. In total, I will have passed 16k push-ups. Another tiring day but I reached my 200 daily push-up goal again. I want to reach 100 days in this challenge before the end of the month. In total, I will have passed 16k push-ups. It is a big congratulations to you sir with your consistency in doing 200 push-ups exercise daily and still have the target to continue pushing consistently till you reach 100 days in this challenge before month end, i must said that it is a great achievement you have mind to archive. When seeing such a plan you have sir, one can always advise himself to pick up courage in doing push-ups when he doesn't have one because many of the floor mates that are still on the bench today disconnect their self of doing push-ups daily because most of them lost courage to continue and some break down on the way because of hard they might found push-ups exercise to be to them, but i will always advise that you should continue doing push-ups because it is beneficial to us and, by keeping us fit at all times, and we should gently push gradually by gradually to avoid breaking down on the process and we shall get to the top all together, also keep Bitcoin price above $100k.
