I totally agree with you because discipline plays an important role in everyone life once it comes to what you love doing best, especially when you are in a tight schedule that can make you skip your daily routine and i know everyone has his own of being lazy anything, that is why it is always good to plans about our daily activities in order not skip anything that you could have done and if impossible a personal time table is advisable to guide us on how to go about our daily routine.

This occur, particularly in the case that the weather is dissipating. Still, it is awesome that you still manage to struggle through and remain stable with training. This is what actually helps to develop results eventually. The discipline is not only applicable during the times of doing things easily, it manifests its worth during times when things seem to be out of place. The presence of a plan or a mere daily routine assists significantly to maintain things in order despite its lack of motivation.

Wow! The almighty June has finally ended today, i must congratulate you all that has make it possible to be punctual in your daily push-ups because it is not really easy to have made it this far and i pray as we are yet to start the new month,  this month we all will end it in good health and start the new month in good health, still on my normal routine 22 push-ups in 6 sets and we shall continue pushing consistently to always keep Bitcoin price above $100k.

the good and also bad thing about pull-ups is that it's hard to get started but easy to progress as you continue. even if your body is a little heavier than average, it can be very difficult to start doing 1 pull-up. it can even take weeks to reach a full 1 pull-up. but i think increasing the number of repetitions after 1-2 pull-ups is both enjoyable and gradually accelerates.

the times when i could do 2-3 pull-ups at a time are not that far away, but the times when i could only do 1 are quite old.

if you are thinking of starting, a resistance band will work quite well. it speeds up the process.

And never forget to always drink enough water in this period where the weather is not that friendly, as you're pushing yourself to that limit don't let the body down at all cost... during your exercise period or not make sure you have like 2 litre of water, it will help a lot and you won't even feel the heat that much.

Since water is a liquid that detoxifies our vital organs and helps our body to function properly, we should prioritize drinking 2 liters of water every day in cold weather, but if we are working in hot weather very often, we can take up to 3 liters of water every day to help us stay healthy. Immediately I wake up from sleep in the morning, the first thing I always do is to drink enough water to hydrate my body and be ready to start my day.

You are correct and is really good to always take in water even when you're tasty or not, it has a better way of keeping the body fresh and taking water after you wake up is another thing I used to do for no reason but sometimes when intake alot at the beginning I feel dizzy especially on empty stomach, I just like doing it but ever since I started this push up things changed completely like I take it like the way I take in food, and it also washes the system in the sense that when you urinate the color of your urine is clean not like you have malaria, we should constantly be taking enough water.

June has passed, and July has arrived. Six months of this year have already passed, and only 6 months are left for the end of this year. It seems that the year has already begun, and half a year has already passed. It is hard to understand how quickly time flies. With time, we will also move forward towards new horizons. How are everyone's push-ups? I hope you are continuing your physical exercises well. I am also continuing push-ups, and it seems that I have been associated with this physical exercise for a long time, and I am still here.

Health is a great blessing from Allah, but physical exercise keeps our morale strong, and we are living a very beautiful life. I have also become regular in other exercises, such as doing push-ups.

Is really a good way to start the new month with something to celebrate with, happy birthday in advance and may you continue to see more birthdays to come.
This push up challenge has really helped many of us stay fit in so many ways and I applaud you for how far you have gone, continue working on your waist too, having that V shape is like mission accomplished, keep it up.
