 Being away from this Pushups challenge because of sprain that happened to me since over one week ago while I was carrying out my daily pushups, has not been easy. The pains in the earlier days was so much that I nearly vowed never to participate in this pushup challenge anymore, but guess what, I am already feeling too lazy and lighter over the week. Thank you all for your encouragement and suggestions which helped me to handle it effectively so far. Even though it's yet to go completely, the pain is now much less and I can't wait any longer. I was able to get 65 pushups in 6 sets of 10*5 and 15. Maybe this would compensate for my doctor's demand that I should stress the palm to hasten total recovery. 100k,Tonimez,253,33800,2025-08-23

Today was fun, how I wish every other day would be like today. Went out to jog for 15mins and did something I never thought I'd do, instead of hitting the floor I tried using the dumbbell to add to my daily exercises before ending it with another 200 push up. I feel like I can lift a car with the way im feeling after everything, need to take a break.

You are so funny 🤣 believe me, shall that is one of those things with when you are consistent with your daily push-ups because the results were surely shown on your body that you will feeling that you can carry anything do to the lightness of your body, this your statement that you said you feel like you can lift a car with the way you were feeling after everything, just reminded me my first time of reaching 200 push-ups, i was feeling it on my muscle 💪 that i can carry any heavy objects but not a car as you said hahahaha. I have been away for two days but that didn't stop me from doing my daily push-ups for the two days that i was away but i don't like feeling adding the number of push-ups i did in the past two days, i will only add the only push-ups that i do today, with joy in me when comes to be weekend like and join with several matches that the weekend carries to been watch, i was able to do my daily push-ups 20 push-ups in 10 sets, i know that it is not very easy to be up doing in this push-ups thread that is why i will always advise to every members to always do the push-ups you can carry to avoid breaking down on your daily push-ups journey. Sir EFS has being away for like two days now, i hope you are healthy because is unlike you being away for two days, because there are people looking up to all the big oga them that is in this push-ups thread because all your presence here gives motivation to all us that are still coming up. Is not about being rich before you start investing, some persons believe that if they gather enough money to start investing it will be enough for a long time, like you said it all depends on how much your monthly income is. Yes. Many people are thinking erroneously about how to invest in bitcoin, and sure they can do whatever they want, but if we recognize and appreciate that they have wrong ideas, we should not be repeating those ideas merely because people do them. Many of us should continue to invest into bitcoin for at least a whole cycle and perhaps even two whole cycles before changing our focus on ongoing accumulation of bitcoin. Sure if we are studying bitcoin and investing at the same time, we might come to some conclusions about ways to modify our approach along the way, yet many times beginners get way too caught up on price and they get way too whimpy in terms of the amount of their value that they are willing to put into bitcoin. I frequently use the idea of getting to 1 year of your income invested into bitcoin in 10 years.. That is 10% per year, and sure, guys create their own variations of that and maybe they say that they ONLY want to go up to 1/4 of their income invested into bitcoin.. so maybe they choose to do 5% per year for 5 years, and I personally believe that is too whimpy, yet it is still better than nothing.. and people have to figure out what they are ready willing and able to do.. and I doubt that a one time investment is even close to as good as consistent, persistent, ongoing, regular and perhaps even aggressive investing, yet sure, guys are free to do as they like and they will be the one s responsible for their own consequences. Just because guys have wrong ideas about how to invest in bitcoin, we should not be proclaiming that is the correct way to go... especially if they are starting out without any money invested in the first place. I can see someone who maybe invests $500, and then saves $10 per week, so then maybe every 3-6 months they are trying to buy again.. That might be reasonable... but if they are starting out with nothing that does not seem reasonable, unless maybe they have some issues with their exchanges, and they cannot transfer less than $100 at a time without suffering higher fees, so maybe then they would save up until they get to $100.. .. so then once they have the $100 (or maybe slightly more) they would buy, so maybe if their buys are ONLY every 2-3 months, then yeah, they might try to figure out how to time their buys, within reason... but part of their problem is that they are starting without any money in bitcoin. If you are saying that the guy who is able to save $10 per week, yet he already has $500 that he could buy bitcoin, yet the mere fact that he is ONLY able to save $10 per week, so therefore he needs to be more careful.. ? That would be bullshit and wrong thinking that your repeating it and accepting it as if it were a good thing is also wrong. I am glad that you are actively monitoring your situation. That sounds like a possibly good change, as a way to work yourself into a higher output... and see how your body handles it. From a personal perspective, I would attempt to be more gradual rather than doubling, even though your doubling is ONLY 1 day out of every 4.. but again, I am having some trouble understanding your physical limitations.. since many times with these pushups, we start out being very sore, but our body will build up a decently higher tolerance pretty fast. Your ailment, on the other hand, whether weight and/or weakness in muscles and/or joints seems to go a bit outside of my understanding.. since I personally have some difficulties considering how 10 reps per day (for example) could be a way to build, especially if they are full body pushups rather than modified pushups. My thinking is that more reps are needed in order to really get your whole body used to it.. so even something like working up to 5 reps 5 times a day.., even if they are all modified in the beginning. .and then maybe you work up to those 5/5 being full pushups or you mix them up in different ways.. .. so I have hard times imagining something like 10 reps per day to be enough to build on. For example, right now pull ups are too difficult for me, but I probably could work up to being able to do some pull ups if I had one of those machines that help with pull ups.  Of course, in pushups we don't need a machine, and pushups are easier than pull-ups, but at the same time, it seems to me that some modification of pushups with more quantity and less weight could be helpful to improve performance.. .. and to pace out the improvements, maybe making adjustments every few weeks.. You are describing a situation in which you are assessing yourself to have had plateaued, yet you are still anticipating that from time to time, you are still able to maybe make some increases in the quantity of what you are doing. Today was fun, how I wish every other day would be like today. Sounds great... At the same time, action speaks louder than words.. so getting started can be a good way to match actions with words...and maybe even try to do them daily, and see how that goes?

It's as simple as that, START NOW! Getting started is the real deal and the beginning of the said actualisation of that great dream of his. Am now few steps away from 10k push ups. If I remember when I started, I know taking the first step is always the greatest motivation needed to achieve our wish. Daily involvement too, also the antidote to failing. Discipline needed to gat acquainted and keep pushing. Why are you so late? You need to join this challenge now if you think your body has grown a lot and a lot of fat has accumulated in your body. Not only to reduce body fat, but through this push up challenge you can make your body very strong and firm. Moreover, by doing some other exercises including push ups every day, it is possible to keep the body very healthy and strong, so I can say start without delay so that we can all be here together. I was away for a bit. And if you skip a few days, it quickly gets out of hand. It starts with okay I'll rest for a day or two and then laziness kicks in. That's why I'm coming back today before letting that happen. Continuing the challenge with my standard daily 200 push-ups. The floor looks more crowded now, that's good.

I was away for a bit. And if you skip a few days, it quickly gets out of hand. It starts with okay I'll rest for a day or two and then laziness kicks in. That's why I'm coming back today before letting that happen. Continuing the challenge with my standard daily 200 push-ups. The floor looks more crowded now, that's good.

It is very realistic because when we rest, the next day or the day after we feel very lazy where it feels very boring to complete push ups but if there is no break then it is very fun to complete push ups regularly. I am like you now I don't rest anymore I try to complete push ups constantly. Today the weather in my country is going to be very nice, some rain, some sun, some rain, some sun. All of this together makes the environment very beautiful and completing push-ups is more fun.  Being away from this Pushups challenge because of sprain that happened to me since over one week ago while I was carrying out my daily pushups, has not been easy. The pains in the earlier days was so much that I nearly vowed never to participate in this pushup challenge anymore, but guess what, I am already feeling too lazy and lighter over the week. Thank you all for your encouragement and suggestions which helped me to handle it effectively so far. Even though it's yet to go completely, the pain is now much less and I can't wait any longer. I was able to get 65 pushups in 6 sets of 10*5 and 15. I wish everyone a wonderful day. I've reached day 100, which was a great challenge for me, and I'm not done yet my next goal is to reach day 1,000. There's probably nothing more satisfying than doing something consistently and getting good results. I did a good push-up today, 100 reps. I also looked into buying some equipment for home, and I'll be getting some soon. I'm buying a parallel bar and a pair of parallettes. I'll use these to practice front levers, planches, L-sit, and handstands. These push-ups have strengthened me even more so I can do those exercises. I think he was showing his injured palm as a result of the Sprain during his push up daily routine, and according to him has kept him all out for days now. He wasn't showing off a new style which we can practice I guess. I think that's why he cycled the affected area for more clarity. Thank goodness you're back on the floor Tominez. Am from your report, you are gradually healing, we all wish you safe and speedy recovery. Even though your daily push up number has reduced to 65 as you reported, it shouldn't be a problem. What matters the most is that you are recovering so well and we love it. To me, the number is even high. I was thinking you would start from 20, 30 -40, just within that range. But it's still okay you able to carry the number you did. You don't have to be too hard on that palm of yours. It's still healing, Ans it's bit by bit. Stay strong, stay fit. Quick recovery bro. My Normal 120 push ups added. It's that same and normal feelings. I think my body has adjusted really well to this number. I had to capture the moment I successfully suspended myself on the Sprained arm while holding on to relax the pain before pushing further. As I pushed I adjusted my right Palm to ease the pressure on the little finger say after every 4 to 5 push for each set of 10 pushups. Sometimes my arms get wider while trying to adjust the palm too. But all those was not intentional, I was more focused on circulating the weight in order to retain its benefits on the healing process while building my biceps too. All I just want is to get this laziness off my ass even though it's definitely coming with some pains. I get that pain in my left wrist.
You can ease it a bit if you use stairs and make the angle easier.

Thank you for this suggestion I will try that too. All I just want is to get fully fit. My wrist feels heavy too and weary after just the 3rd set of 10 pushups today. Getting the last after seeing my doctor this evening, I decided to try this stairs out and I can tell you it was much easier as I was able to get 13 pushups in that set. Today was fun, how I wish every other day would be like today. Went out to jog for 15mins and did something I never thought I'd do, instead of hitting the floor I tried using the dumbbell to add to my daily exercises before ending it with another 200 push up. I feel like I can lift a car with the way im feeling after everything, need to take a break.

Hahaha, a lot of strength has come to the muscles because you have decided to lift the car right now. In fact, the day the exercise can be done a little better and the muscles can be loaded more, it feels like I can lift anything. This is not just your case, it happens to many people. I used to feel the same way when I was exercising with dumbbells to increase my arm muscles. Today I completed push-ups in the morning. Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 5 sets. However, completing today's push-ups was more fun because of the rain. 100k, 2Pizza410000BTC,89, 7300 I honestly don't know what gave me that idea or where I got it from but everything feels so easy to lift at of that time like I was feeling different after finishing up the daily exercise.
