I felt so heavy after my yesterday push-ups and i didn't allow that to overwhelm me because i know that the results of this boody heavilying me is as a result of not doing push-ups for a very long time, And i know that my consistency will change allot of things in me.

It's always like that, your muscle will feel it. As a newbie what you need to do at times is relax, drink water and rest. Though don't give up, just continue. I started like you and today I must say the thread is is so interesting one. Don't forget to always abide by the rules. Today I added another 100 pushups to my number. Today I was able to complete, 150pushups arms are heavy, but am getting the hang of it,, my body feels healthier and more energetic as time passes, this pushup thread has helped a lot just being consistent from some time now and am not relenting anytime I pray I continue to have the energy to continue.

The weather has gotten colder, and I felt like I might get a little sick, but I'm fine, so I'm not letting my motivation get the better of me. I continued my workout today and went to the gym. I finished with 100 reps of push-ups, some heavy bag work, some double unders, and finally, some mobility exercises. I tried to do a softer workout today. Just got done with today's pushup goal. I was super exhausted after today's work but I'm not ready to let my 9 days streak go into the drain so I had to move myself after a little rest to keep up with my forming consistency and determination.

Yes, doing the push up always will make you not to be heavy, let's give it like 2 week you'd see yourself in a different shape and you shouldn't let that to distract you in any way. Fix your report.. Yea, I have looked at it few moments, then I noticed the mistake. The place of the month, it's sopose to be 10, and not 20. Am sure once he sees the notification, he would edict correctly. Weldon for spoting that out. Finally, thank God it's Friday, I could get some rest and relax in the weekend too. Have been busy within the week that i manage to be active here. Including today, it's a 4 days report. Since u have been tied down with work, I have managed to keep up with my normal 120 Daily push for just two days, and the last two days, yesterday and today was 100 each. Firstly, you are once again welcomed to the challenge. Everyday is fitness day. And for your points, you don't need to do any special or particular number as a newbie before you are added to the table. In fact, as a newbie, it's even advisable to take your push ups slow and steady, ans slowly your muscles would build and adopt to it. So it's nice the way you are going. And about you not been on the table as you said, well, I have looked at this your recent report today, and it was well reported to the best of my knowledge, or maybe am missing something. Let's wether it wouldn't be captured the Dirtykeyboard's machine today. Ans if not, then someone who might have noticed any mistake from today's report or previous ones will point out the correction. We are going into the weekend, time to ease of all accumulated stress over the week and find time to relax a bit, I just probably like my weekends with a little bit of club football, the international break is always boring for me. A journey of a thousand miles truly starts with a step. I remember that first day I came across this thread and had a battle in my mind whether to join such exercise, seeing testimonies from the previous replies, I decided to join the challenge. I was only able to make 50 pushups on that day. I am happy to have crossed 300 days of enduring the Push even though it didn't move on a streak but at least it came to be. I have sustained sprain too doing pushups but didn't give up.
I will like to encourage newbies that it is possible to do whatever you have chosen to do. When it comes to pushups exercise, learn how to listen to your body while engaging in push-ups. You may feel pains at a stage, the best thing is to stop and resume after some times. You don't have to achieve 200 pushups in a set, you can split it to any number of sets that will allow you engage in it in a less stressful manner. It's my 301st day and I'm happy. One day I will also be in above 610th day like the founding fathers of this challenge. Congratulations to me!

Consistency is the key, keep doing your thing, don't be discourage, this morning, I added 100 pushups to my daily pushup exercise, this daily pushups has been helping me a lot since I came across this thrend and I am super glad that I am here.

NEW report for the week: Nothing’s changed that much than i made up for the missed pushed lastweek, this week i pushed upto 100pus/day. Same sets (3) but different number of push-ups/set. Fix your report.. Yea, I have looked at it few moments, then I noticed the mistake. The place of the month, it's sopose to be 10, and not 20. Am sure once he sees the notification, he would edict correctly. Weldon for spoting that out. Finally, thank God it's Friday, I could get some rest and relax in the weekend too. Have been busy within the week that i manage to be active here. Including today, it's a 4 days report. Since u have been tied down with work, I have managed to keep up with my normal 120 Daily push for just two days, and the last two days, yesterday and today was 100 each. This leaves me with a total of 440 push ups. Firstly, you are once again welcomed to the challenge. Everyday is fitness day. And for your points, you don't need to do any special or particular number as a newbie before you are added to the table. In fact, as a newbie, it's even advisable to take your push ups slow and steady, ans slowly your muscles would build and adopt to it. So it's nice the way you are going. And about you not been on the table as you said, well, I have looked at this your recent report today, and it was well reported to the best of my knowledge, or maybe am missing something. Let's wether it wouldn't be captured the Dirtykeyboard's machine today. Ans if not, then someone who might have noticed any mistake from today's report or previous ones will point out the correction. But for this report, it's okay and am sure, it will be captured. Let's see Thank you so much for giving me hope to still the pushing tomorrow because i was thinking if it is because of my low start in doing push-ups should be the course of my name not being in the table, but since you said that i should wait till today is over to see if i can be captured.

Today I had a push and pull workout. I started with pushups; there were at least 5-6 different exercises for pushing and triceps. Then I started pulling; I usually start with pullups. I tried my maximum reps on my first pullup, doing 22. This was good because I knew I was doing it with proper form, there weren't any half-pulls. I did a full range of motion. My goal is to increase the pullups to 30-40 reps at a time, then add weight.

How I wish I can keep up with this mixture of exercises, use to try it but ever since I planned of going on a break I had to take a pause and focus more on the push up and jogging. But I had to put a quick stop on the jogging because of the heavy rain fall that do occur at time, by this time we should be experiencing harmattan but I don't know when we should be seeing much of the dry season. 100k,Sexylizzy2813,152,31140,2025-10-10
