I also took a walk today. I'm not sure if there's anything as mentally beneficial as walking. It is also good physically, just walking regulates blood flow. Every time I walk, I feel incredibly good. While I was outside and after I finished my walk, I did my push-ups. I did 100 of them, and I'm adding them to my report now.

Really therapeutic. My kind of job requires me sitting most of the times which could have been a problem for me if I didn't fix in some exercises from time to time and with all these work outs, I feel less aches on my lower back which I'm sure would have disturbed me a lot if I hadn't done something about it on time. In human evolution, there's no such thing as sitting down to work. Humans are physically obligated to move, and we evolved by doing so. even though there are incredible opportunities to buy bitcoin, i see some people feeling pessimistic. didn't we want this from the beginning? if you have complete faith that the next bull run is coming and want to prepare yourself in the best way possible, you should hold on to what you have and strive to acquire more. i wish i had some cash set aside to buy during times like this, but i've never realized profits to buy cheaper during anytime of the bull market.
i feel like the push-ups i've been doing have rejuvenated me. i haven't been able to find an opportunity in the last week, but today i realized the time had come. i didn't skip today because taking more than a week off could cause me to lose my edge.

I feel guilty because I haven't been able to do push-ups for a long time. The Bitcoin price has also dropped a lot, which must have affected many people's motivation. You have spoken well because the Bitcoin price currently is becoming so unbearable to all investors that has started giving fews second thought, but with the fluctuation current will should know that this is the bad moment to every investors, never the less the Bitcoin price will not be falling for ever, so will should have it mind that we can wake up one day and see Bitcoin price stay above $100k, and once sees the fluctuation that is happening now to be its nature in the market then we are not going to panic much, the hot weather has started and i decided to swim immediately i was done with my daily push-ups because of the heat. In the meantime, I will go get the milkshake from the fridge for more protein. Don't forget to take more protein, guys!
Just be careful the types of painkillers you take into your body system while you are consistent with this challenge because some painkillers will slowly harm some of your important organs. Don't take painkillers anytime you feel pain in your body. We have discussed the importance of protein and how protein can help build up muscles in this thread, and I believe so many pushers are taking more protein after they finish doing their push-ups.

Had a long day but I was still able to do something, although I couldn't get to do the usual numbers but at least I got in something.
Offcourse, something is great and far better than nothing, and that's perfect. Sometimes work, involvements, weakness and even ill health can keep one away from daily push up routine or leave you with no strength. These are conditions some members use as excuses to remain sitting on the bench for days and gradually to weeks, which is not too good, because by the time they feel okay to come back, they might have weakened so much, while some would never even come back, a total drop out. So reducing your numbers of push just do you can still push up a bit as you have done is the best thing to do, at least, it will boost your confidence and body. Like when I was doing one of those exercises I drank a very cold water too fast and it affected my head that I had to pause for a while for it to reduce. @ Mayor of ogba, all you said are on point but some pains we feel are good to stop with a better painkiller and for me I don't joke with some pains I feel that isn't caused by the exercises I do, if I work out and I start feeling pains on my arms or wherever the pains might jump out from I don't see the need to take a painkiller because is normal and it will stop but where by the pains is nothing from the exercises like a headache I'd go straight for a painkiller, sometimes the headache might be because of lack of rest and if you drink water it will stop (thats for the head). In human evolution, there's no such thing as sitting down to work. Humans are physically obligated to move, and we evolved by doing so. Daily walking and movement are important for staying healthy and youthful. Today was a chill day for me, so I stretched my legs and waist and did my push-up routine. I'm adding 100 more to my report.

You're right. Humans are always moving but also there are those who sit at a place too but that doesn't mean they don't get the chance to stretch their legs. Bitcoin is just going at a snail's pace and to be honest, it's putting a downer on my mood but nevertheless, I'd still push. It's not like it's the first time we're experiencing such things. I wonder if we'd see something positive in December because November is already bleak and holds no promises. Put in 120 push-ups today. Since the price of bitcoin has been below $100k for sometime now, maybe the OP can change the subject back to ''100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is $100k Challenge'' because from the price movement of bitcoin currently, it might be possible that we have entered the bear season which mean that even if the price manages to cross the $100k, there is possibility that it will DIP back below $100k. What do you think OP? it's just a suggestion since the price is unlikely to reach £100k in the short run.

I'm sure changing the topic was never his agreement with anyone in the challenge. Doing that at the first place is like assuming that bitcoin is no longer a volatile asset. I once asked this question when the bull run blindfolded everyone; what if bitcoin returns back to somewhere below $100k what would happen? Of which someone like @JJG in one of his posts referred to the idea of changing the topic as a product of distraction. Well Bitcoin has done it's thing, it would still rise again. My opinion remains that $100k is the benchmark for the thread and if our pushups exercise really can suspend bitcoin at above $100k, then we must not get distracted and greedily act like we have forgotten how bitcoin found it's way to where it is. I don't spend too much time planning my workouts anymore, thinking about how and what to do. I don't want to. I just do whatever I feel like doing. Today, I finished the workout with 10 minutes of rope, 15 minutes of heavy bag exercises, followed by 5x3 muscle up tuck holds, L sits, and dragon flags. I started by doing 100 push-ups to warm up. Wow! I understand the fact that no one is happy about the drop of Bitcoin price in the market and for sir JJG to make mistakes in his post because of the fall of Bitcoin price currently and see JJG doing mistake for first since i joined the forum, it will also breaks so many investors heart by reducing the value of Bitcoin, i believe that this drop in Bitcoin is to frustrating investors but we are going to overcome it price because we are aware that sometimes Bitcoin due depreciate in price and also increase in value, so the current price of Bitcoin is to put fear in our body but with time we all shall raise again when the Bitcoin price will come to stay above $100k in the market, so we should never relent but push consistency hoping that Bitcoin price will increase again soon and i want to use this medium to celebrate my 40050 number of push-ups since joined the this particular push-ups challenge exercise, i never knew that i could reach this level that I'm right now because i felt discouraging from the day one because when i saw members that was doing this push-ups has already gone far but i was determined never to give that one day i will be like them.
