Getting things finished early today.  Doing some home maintenance and putting the finishing touches on my taxes in preparation for filing at the deadline.  Looks like I'm ready, which is always a stressful event that is nice to have behind me.  Luckily, everything else in my life seems to be going rather well lately.  My pool light and water feature pump have been repaired.  House getting painted in a few weeks.  Had a great time enjoying Spring Training in AZ.  I even managed to track down Ken Griffey Jr to autograph a baseball card for my collection and am a Bobby Bonilla signature away from completing a childhood dream collectible.  I feel like 15 years of hard work are all starting to pay off in happiness.

New week report:
Well, so far there hasn’t been too much change, i was only filled with motivation while posting my report last-week hoping to resume my push-ups back fully along with my added exercises.. My body rejected it so I have giving it extra +1 week but I’m definitely picking it back up tomorrow  .

Did some pushups but not up to what I used to.
Fri~Sat => 60, 100 = 160
Mon& Tue =>Nil
Wed~Thurs => 60,60 =120

It was both a pushing and pulling day. I'm currently working out at a normal weight for 15 sets in bench press.
I'll reduce the weight and increase it again in later workouts. Pull-ups and rows were as I wanted, I think I'm better at pulling. Push-ups were done, I did 100 at the beginning of the workout.
And after the workout, I did my abs routine, the Dragon Flag is an amazing abs exercise.

Finally gotten to the big 80. Although I haven't been so consistent, it has been quite a journey ngl. I tried to reach to see if I could test myself to reach 180 but  couldn't as my hands started turning to jelly and also I didn't have anyone I was trying to compete with so I had to stop at 140. Added 120 squats and some mountain climbs too. What a day!

Sometimes I ask myself what is really slowing me down in coming here and drop my report after working out very well on myself. Taking this as a normal thing but before I realize I'll be sitting on the bench. Since your intention was to hit 180 push-ups a day, after you had pushed 140 push-ups you could have taken enough rest in order for you to refresh yourself and have the strengthen to push the remaining 40 push-ups, and even though you aren't in competition with anyone, you should have hit the 180 push-ups because you couldn't have pass your limit, and it will help unlock a hidden power in you.

There's a way you'd keep working out and your body would begin to flare out in protest, that was what occured that time. I know 180 could be achieved if I rested a bit but my brain and already concluded the session and extending or pushing myself seemed like I would be committing a felony so I had to respect myself because while I'm trying to hit a particular mark, I should also know when to stop to avoid getting a tear. I put in 130 pushups today in two sets. Went for a run which if I'm being honest, has been a while and tried to refresh my sit-ups as that too had been a while since I did it last.

Yeah, maybe we have a regular pushup amount that is either daily or several days of the week, yet perhaps every once in a while (once a week or once a month or some other period of time) we might purposefully push ourselves to do extra pushups on those days or maybe some other way of modifying our pushups in order to attempt to push our limits.

We might also purposefully spread the goal out through the whole day, whether we are trying to perform a certain high quantity of pushups in a day, such as 180 pushups in a day, or maybe we are trying to purposefully increase our number of pushups per set or maybe we purposefully have some pushup sets that are done at a slower speed than our usual speed.  Any of these expansive goals can be very difficult for us, depending on where we are at, and we might have to purposefully set up a framework to both mentally and physically prepare ourselves for those kinds of extra challenging days.

There can be some value in terms of just having those expansive goals that are just once in a while, rather than every day... then we can focus on really trying to achieve them or to at least get close to achieving them if they might be a bit beyond our current capabilities.

That is another reasonable point.  Sometimes we might realize that we are at our limit or beyond our limit, and it may be better to take a loss and to approach the goal from a different angle and/or like you said, sometimes, we can just feel that pushing ourselves is not going to be a good idea.  We have to figure our limits, and surely when we are doing pushups every day or several times per week, we do get a pretty good sense where we are at, even if we might have some periods in which certain parts of our body is hurting, and/or even if there might be certain disruptions to our schedule, whether it might be lack of sleep, or having had eaten bad food and/or maybe we had some other daily activities that interfere with our abilities to "save ourselves" for pushups.

Each of us is in the best place to figure out our limitations and to sometimes conclude to quit so that we can live to fight another day.

The workouts are starting to get tiring because I've started increasing the intensity. Today was a mixed workout I started with 100 push-ups, then 20 minutes of heavy-bag work.
Muscle-ups, box jumps, and wall-ball supersets followed by abs work. I'll probably train again tomorrow, maybe a push-up day, but I want to rest on Sunday.

I'm writing this report now, based on yesterday's findings. I've reached the 15k level, which is an incredible milestone for me. I never imagined I'd achieve this much when I started.

The good thing about consistency is that you reach heights where you never imagined to attain in whatever you are consistently doing. Every body has that dey he got his first push and had to pant like a cheetah that has covered many kilometres. It keeps going until when you are now used to pushing beyond your previous trial. Achieving 15k pushups in 125 days is on the average above 100 pushups on any of those days. Congratulations.

I got my pushups done earlier today because it's going to be a busy Saturday. I did 100 pushups in 5 sets, had enough rest and set for the days activities.

That is another reasonable point.  Sometimes we might realize that we are at our limit or beyond our limit, and it may be better to take a loss and to approach the goal from a different angle and/or like you said, sometimes, we can just feel that pushing ourselves is not going to be a good idea.  We have to figure our limits, and surely when we are doing pushups every day or several times per week, we do get a pretty good sense where we are at, even if we might have some periods in which certain parts of our body is hurting, and/or even if there might be certain disruptions to our schedule, whether it might be lack of sleep, or having had eaten bad food and/or maybe we had some other daily activities that interfere with our abilities to "save ourselves" for pushups.

Each of us is in the best place to figure out our limitations and to sometimes conclude to quit so that we can live to fight another day.

You get my drift. I used to give myself pep talks before I go into any session because the brain will convince you you can do anything but your body will be saying a different story so I try to listen to my body most of the times. Back when Bitcoin price hadn't dropped low to $60k+, I admit that my drive to workout was high but now not so much even though it's going back up and it's at $70k. Notwithstanding, my reports will still be registered. Went for a run today cause the weather was calling for it. Did my push-ups (130) after that with a little bit of squats.
