As I continue working out my legs, and as my legs get stronger, I've started to enjoy leg workouts even more.
Once a week isn't enough anymore. Feeling your legs contract and stand firmly on the ground is a great feeling. Today I had a productive leg workout. Before the workout, I did my push-up routine, 100 repetitions, I'm adding 100 to the report.

I took a day off yesterday and it was good for my body. I was busy today but I found a couple of hours around noon and went to a newly opened park. I see they've installed some equipment for outdoor training. I did some pull-ups and chin-ups. I don't really do crossfit or HIIT, but when I saw the rope I couldn't resist playing with them a bit.

Right now I'm still continuing the 200 push ups because I'm still in the bulking process and want to develop my muscle mass.

200 push ups on the first day after rarely doing more push ups was a little painful but after almost 2 weeks of doing it the situation became different because maybe I got used to it.

Usually I can only do at most 25 reps/set but for now I can increase the reps/set to 40 push ups and doing 200 push ups only takes 5 sets.

Very beautiful, if anyone else was in this busy schedule, they would never have done this in the open field like you in the park. Your progress really increases our interest in doing more unique exercises like push ups. I am now taking a little more care of my body from wherever I go like you and doing various ancillary exercises because my body was getting very weak lately but now I have started to change a lot due to my efforts. Overall, now I feel much healthier than before, my back pain has reduced a little.

Today I added a total of 100 push-ups in 10 sets, morning, afternoon, and evening.

I have been abstaining from physical exercise for a long time. I have realized and can see in these few days that I am becoming physically weak, getting fat and fat has started accumulating in my body. I have been noticing for several days that there is a lot of pressure and pain in my waist. When I went to the doctor, the doctor told me to reduce my body weight and to walk and do physical exercise regularly. So today, along with physical exercise, I walked in the morning and tried to do push-ups as soon as I woke up.

Today I tried it after a long time, so I did 10 push-ups in each set, for a total of 50 push-ups in 5 sets.

There's this popular saying that "health is wealth". You are welcome back to keeping healthy while Bitcoin keeps trying to hit £100k. Your doctor gave you a wonderful reminder of what this thread was doing on your health. In my case it wasn't really about fatness although I lose my muscularity, it was about moving my name from the bench list to the floor and then the joy of keeping physically fit.
As it stands you might not really need to cut down on what you eat or watch what you eat. Wth physical exercise, all that fat can just disappear except it's really a different thing. By the way if cutting down on what you eat is part of what needs to be done, I guess your doctor would said so except you forgot to mention it.
Altogether, keep keeping fit HEALTH IS WEALTH.
