I think it’s the most significant issue of all as it is, one that shouldn’t be even.
It presents you with the option of creating a new user each time with these methods. Having to create a new account as you may have it but is that really it?

I think not.
The reason is because, you wouldn’t be allowed to use one email in creating multiple accounts. So, your not creating a new account with every signup, the system wouldn’t allow that to go through. It’s the same old account but, you get to go through the email code verifier which I think is tedious.
It’s like having a 2FA when you’ve not activated one yet.

That aside, the site looks cool and with plans of having its own whale token, it’s even better although, a couple of these whale tokens exists already!

There's agreeably still some upgrades that has to be done to the registration interface and login design that's clearly not working properly.
I experienced similar issues with my username. There weren't any options still to edit user profile or see the username allocated to them upon registration.
I did create an account with an email instead but it was because of this username issues I thought it best to do so., still nothing showed.

Just registering my account on your site. Although for the first time I have a difficulty but finally, I can register mine. For those who face a trouble while join Whale.io can use my method.

I will give a screenshot to make it clear. You can open the website using your browser following in the first page or in the signature campaign site link. Here is the image:



You can click the Start in the right above and then the new window will pop up like the image below.



You can click Register through Telegram like the white arrow show and then follow the instruction.



When you write your phone number and click next, your telegram account will get a new message from whale.io and you must confirm that to be able to login and continue the process.

After you confirm and continue the process, you can login into the site using your browser. If you log out, you can login to your account by clicking the link in the right above in the first image.

This is good, for clarity's sake so that you will not end up losing your funds as per sending it to the wrong network but then I am sure the CUSD should represent the Celo network, but hearing from the team will make us more confident and saves others the stress of worrying over the meaning of the card on the website.

Perhaps that is right because I am not trying to register through email. When you create an account using Telegram, there is authentification that you must confirm by your Telegram account so the registration will identify the process and continue it until it finish. I suspect there is also a bug but you can try to register using your Telegram account like what I did.

Yes that is the real problem. it is considered as system bug because if your username or user id is not generated, then you are here. you won't even get a chance to do kyc. this means you cannot be kicked from the team. You don't have a user ID so you are not a successfully registered user there. I opened an account by connecting telegram account which is working fine. so it is clear now that there telegram version is now working only and email version not working. the core team should solve this issue as soon as possible. because i think must of the gamblers feel comfortable for registration with email

It's not only the username that isn't editable, seems like you can't enable 2FA or do verification after signing up using an email. I just signed up a few minutes ago, and when I clicked on "Settings" under the "User" menu on the left, I saw two sub-menus where one says "Account Info" and the other one said "Verification". Nothing other than the Language is clickable or changeable in the "Account Info" menu, and when you click on "Verification", you will see two more options, "Level 1" and "Level 2", and both of these options are unclickable. What's surprising is that both have the same body text. See below:

Needs really up some polishing specially into that username aspect on which it do really shows Noname or undefined. I havent tested out on that verification thing if it was clickable or not.

As far as I can see, there is a problem here they cannot store emails on their server, so every time they send a request, they suggest a new code. Due to the suggestion of a new code, a new account is being created. This is a technical problem on their side, they have not put any such instructions on the side regarding creating an account using email, so every time new courses are suggested, new accounts are being created and the username is not being generated. This is a server-centric problem, the server is not able to generate the correct username as output. See a diagram of their site, which is doing this kind of work on the server.

i don't feel that it is a serious problem, in fact it makes it easier for users, because you are only asked once for the OTP code when logging in from a new browser, and then when you log out and want to log in again the site will only retrieve it from your browser cookies. the only issue that needs attention is the registration with email, but I am sure that they are working on that. as for the security of the platform itself I trust them that they are working professionally.

There is an issue with email signup as after entering all the details the website kept loading itself for a few minutes. Later on, I could access the interface, but there was a delay which can be understood because they are not asking users to register. I also saw that after my registration on the site I noticed that there was no username displaying on the profile, at first I was thinking I was not checking on the right place but however the only thing i saw was a place were they wrote no username, so I don't no if the team is aware, but I don't think is a bug because during registration email sign up or telegram sign up is the only process requires and there was no room for username, so if perhaps they had allowed the input of username I believe we would have seen our names on the profile side of the account, perhaps when the team come online they would explain why is like that.

As an observation, once you register with your Telegram account, you might check the username because once you have bonded it and tried to change your username, it will still fetch the same registered account. Hope they will add the email verification on the registered account with telegram so incase they cant access anymore their account still have the chance to recover with the email recovery.

If they fix it soon, that would be good. What I mean here is that we are currently creating accounts using Telegram instead of email. After creating the account, we see that the Telegram name is our username. That means our Telegram username is the username of the accounts we create on the website.

The question here is, if we change the Telegram username in the future, will we have any problem accessing the website? If we change the Telegram username, we will not be able to find the previous account, and then we may have a problem because their server only has a system for creating new accounts. If a user creates an account using the Telegram username and then deposits money and plays the game, if for some reason he has to change his Telegram username, another account will be created here. The user will not be able to find the previously deposited account, and he will lose money. That's why they should pay close attention to these so that game players don't suffer.

Since icopress has informed them about resolving these issues, let's wait and see what solution they finally develop. If they can resolve this, this is an interesting casino game due to the number of games that can be played here.
