Did anybody ever complete the VIP transfer on whale? I recently saw that it exists and basically applied. It said that it would take 3 business days to get a reply, I got one yesterday, more than 10 days later.
And the reply didn't really do anything and I guess it will take more days now to get the next one. They said:
"When looking at your Whale account it seems like your gameplay level with us is a lot lower than your screenshot indicates? are you still playing with other casinos or just whale?"
I don't quite get it, what sense does it make. Obviously I play on other sites as well and the wager so far on whale shouldn't be of any concern. I play somewhere else as well cause at other sites I get more perks, weekly/monthly/reload/ higher loss back are just some of the perks. That's what a VIP transfer is there for. Nobody really wants to start from scratch when playing at a new site, right? It would make more sense to just stay with the site where the rewards are better and where you already achieved a certain rank. VIP transfer is an incentive to switch for good.

Wow, the customer support for the transfer is actually really rude. First they let me wait forever, send this one nonsense reply (see above) after a whopping 10 days, and then after my reply just close the ticket without anything.
You know what, no thanks to that. That is some bad customer support/treatment, if you don't want business, so be it. Not gonna continue playing here because when something as simple as that get shrugged off by some support agent that doesn't want to do his job, I can imagine how help would look like if once you have a real issue on hand.
