Did anybody ever complete the VIP transfer on whale? I recently saw that it exists and basically applied. It said that it would take 3 business days to get a reply, I got one yesterday, more than 10 days later. 
And the reply didn't really do anything and I guess it will take more days now to get the next one. They said:

"When looking at your Whale account it seems like your gameplay level with us is a lot lower than your screenshot indicates? are you still playing with other casinos or just whale?"

I don't quite get it, what sense does it make. Obviously I play on other sites as well and the wager so far on whale shouldn't be of any concern. I play somewhere else as well cause at other sites I get more perks, weekly/monthly/reload/ higher loss back are just some of the perks. That's what a VIP transfer is there for. Nobody really wants to start from scratch when playing at a new site, right? It would make more sense to just stay with the site where the rewards are better and where you already achieved a certain rank. VIP transfer is an incentive to switch for good.
That's also in my reply to them, let's see what the answer will look like (maybe in 10 days  ).

City is stronger than Galatasaray on paper and needs a big win.
PSV Eindhoven needs to win, and Bayern Munich averages three goals.
Real Madrid is clearly stronger, with motivation stemming from both the coaching change and their position in the league table.
Villarreal is already eliminated, and Leverkusen is trying to stay in the top 24.
All the probabilities are clear, and the final odds of 6.54 are very good. I hope I get lucky.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the multi bet pays off; the explanations make perfect sense.

Until last weekend, I would have agreed immediately with Bayern; they also had a very good goal difference in the Bundesliga and scored at least two goals in almost every game. Last weekend, however, a disastrous performance (from Bayern's point of view) led to them losing to the complete underdogs in their home league. If they don't play significantly better against PSV, it's quite possible that they will lose this game too.

Wow, the customer support for the transfer is actually really rude. First they let me wait forever, send this one nonsense reply (see above) after a whopping 10 days, and then after my reply just close the ticket without anything.
You know what, no thanks to that. That is some bad customer support/treatment, if you don't want business, so be it. Not gonna continue playing here because when something as simple as that get shrugged off by some support agent that doesn't want to do his job, I can imagine how help would look like if once you have a real issue on hand.

I've only had very positive experiences with Whale support so far, so I'm very surprised that the ticket was closed without any specific feedback. Perhaps it was simply an oversight, as I assume that Whale is very keen to have VIP customers on its platform!

Nah, it's ok, no need to help. I made up my mind anyway. But thanks for your input, I appreciate it. When a support is not up to par in my eyes I don't really see any need to continue to use the site. It's my personal experience and hopefully other people make a different (better) one.

It's a very interesting case and, truly..Sometimes, Support on any platform i talked with was a bit different, you know, it entirely depends on what's their flow and what's the load on the Team is.

I hope there will be fewer of such cases and more of those that would make you smile and play with joy afterward.

This was my fault because I like betting on underdogs with asian handicap   
Now I am looking to recover my balance and I am again looking to find similar underdog bets, because I dont like betting on favorites with low odds.
