We do hear this often times.

On my perspective, it really depends on how the person can handle his situation specially when involve in gambling. I mean there is nothing wrong with it, when you are having a good time at a casino or other gambling websites, but for me only gamble the money that you can afford to lose.

Yes of course, I agree with what you said that there are good hobbies and bad hobbies, but I will say something from my rational point of view that the good and bad of gambling depends on how much knowledge a person has about the activity, for example gambling, we can see that there are some people who are still fine even though they are involved in gambling and maybe I will simply include them in the list of gamblers who know and understand the positive and negative sides of the activity they are facing.

People who gamble for fun will not feel sad and drained because they lost money, they can feel sad for losing a game they played on a normal basis. I hope you know thy depression is real, many people has gave up the ghost because of been private. We need privacy as an individual but we need some people to speak to whether in our good times or bad times. Imagine having been depressed because you lost money and you don't have anyone to help you with some advice, you might end up making some decisions that will even worsen the situation, remember they said two headed combine is better than one.

First of all I will like to define hobby in my own understanding. Something that one like to do always either for pleasure, leisure or entertainment. And example of hobbies which I know. Swimming which can be a game as well, reading which can also be a competition as " reading competition", and anything competition is a game, and sport. Sport can be someone hobby if the person love sports and like to partake in it. And that means something you partake that you have leisure and pleasure can be your hobby.

First we need to know what hobby is, if we don't know the definition of hobby then we can't know what hobby is. Here hobby is what we like to do. Gambling can be considered a hobby if we like it. And if one does not like gambling then it cannot be considered as a hobby. But since I love gambling, gambling is a hobby for me. However, even if gambling is a hobby, it should be viewed with caution as even a hobby can lead to disaster. Because if someone is gambling as a hobby then at some point it can turn into an addiction because of that hobby. So, taking up gambling as a hobby should be done with caution.

Hobby can be anything, and according to the definition, it is something you like and enjoy doing. So yes, gambling can be ones hobby. But then addiction is also defined as something one enjoys doing without remorse. So don't don't you think that gambling can become a wrong hobby?
