Since it was free for me because I have participated before in Sportsbet pools it means that I joined and answered the questions,the 10 questions from the first round.The questions were really crafted carefully and were somewhat difficult to predict,this adds even more drama to the fact that the competition format is already difficult,putting in those questions for me makes it even more difficult to win.

In a parallel universe I see myself getting points from every question while in reality I am sure I will be out of the competition in the end of the first round of the Euro,by the way is there only one prize here,the last man standing,if so that makes it even more difficult and most people should not expect to be that person,only a lucky one will be standing in the end  .

Removed, but unnecessary. As I said, I did not consider that sentence as something that would in any way influence someone's decision. Those that are saying that will not be influenced by anyone's opinion no matter what

What I would consider problematic is giving team or injury news in this topic that directly relates to questions. Everyone has to get that by themselves. You can of course share that in other topics, we are not police, and anyone that reads portals will find about it anyway.

Yeah, but it will not be that much in one round probably, usually there is someone that has terrible week, or few at most. We shall see. And there is always option to rebuy.

Just submitted my Round 1 answers as well, Don't know about you guys but this one felt slightly harder. Not as in hard questions, but feels more 50-50 in a way, since no bonus points, it felt risky to go for the 'weird' picks but anyway I trusted my feelings about some teams here. Croatia, don't let me down as I went against my usual favorite

Round one answers submitted. It is tricky answering the questions without seeing the form any of the countries will be bringing into the tournament. The warm-up friendlies help but usually present a sharp contrast with how teams perform on the big stage with the pressure and expectations mounting.

True that, but it is same for all of us. We can just speculate on how the teams will look like when it finally starts tomorrow.

We already discussed this in BSFL but I will reiterate it here, it is even harder for cryptofrka and me. We make the questions and position handicaps and goals in a way we think will give a nice spread of answers. As a consequence most of questions fall into 50/50 chance coin toss for us. While you guys probably feel like we posted some markets a bit off and have your preferred answer.

On the other hand we do a bit of research up front so we have more info against casual players. Hopefully enough to avoid being last in rounds

And you do a good job at it. I look at the first option and think, yeah that looks like the one, but then so does the second and I now imaging a scenario where there third is most likely. And this was for all the questions, nice work cro2.

In BSFL, almost everybody wins a part of the prize. We want to try something different here and want to give the biggest prize ever awarded on Bitcointalk to 1 member.
The whole purpose of the competition is the highest possible risk - we want to see if somebody will pay 5mBTC rebuy in the last round if he's 2-3 points behind.

Kinda, but then again not really. In this one each round counts, because if you have a bad round you can easily get kicked out, and then it's costly to rebuy.

I submitted my answers and it was much easier than I expected. Was waiting for today when I have some time to do proper research but ended up picking all 20 just on gut feeling. Now that I wrote that I know I am paying re-buy after round 1
