Really a good match and all great goals. As expected we got a good match and Real Madrid was able to win as expected. Still i think this isnt a bad result for Atletico Madrid i think at home if they start well they can maybe qualify but its still hard to predict these kind of matches. On the other hand Arsenal just destroyed PSV and qualified already.

I know one goal aggregate is not that big, but very important to give pressure to the Atletico for the second leg. I give my applause to the Brahim Diaz, he deserves to get more spotlight.

PSV is finished now. They played like a mediocre club. They having very big aggregates totally give them disadvantage in the second leg. The aggregates (7-1) is so damn big to catch up, and very clear Arsenal advanced to the next round.

I have been doubting's their performance since qualifier round. Finally, they're smashed out from the UCL. A club with terrible gameplay, and they deserve it.

They can never catch up with this huge score line against them even if you dash PSV 4 goals they won't still survive it. If they can lose 7 - 1 at home what then will they do away from home were they have their home supporters. Arsenal really surprised me in the game by putting 7 goals past the home side, I never expected such an outrageous score line from this game. Arsenal has surely qualified for the next round.

Here are the results of the round of 16 The first leg has shown some impressive performances, Aston Villa is again a team that is confident to continue to advance and they really maximize every opportunity in the Champions League, Real Madrid finally managed to get a pretty important home win and I think this is a match that both sides look balanced, if Vinicius and Mbappe are on fire maybe they will dominate the sharpness on the field. Atletico Madrid have played quite well and they will now do everything they can to catch up on aggregate in Leg 2. Arsenal is actually more clearly a goal party, because their opponent PSV I don't think this is an opponent that is worthy of making Arteta troops submit. While on the other hand Dortmund really has nothing to expect from them this season maybe in Leg 2 they will lose.

Real Madrid was able to accomplish the first leg against Atletico Madrid at Santiago Bernabeu. Do you believe it's comfortable victory for Los Blancos? Lolz. I'm truly amazed I won't lie. I never in my wildest dreams thought the Gunners would sail past PSV Eindhoven with that number of goals at the PSV stadion. As it is, Arsenal has already qualified for the semi's because I don't think PSV can be able to score seven goals to defeat Arsenal when they meet for the return leg.
In their history of playing in the champions league against the Gunners,this has been the highest scoreline they've ever received. Like, Arsenal literally dissected their defense and made them look like amateurs. This performance happened without the presence of the injured players. That's to show that without them the club can still excel.
 I hope this drive will remain with Arsenal when they return to the EPL and meet their opponents because playing with such confidence like they did today will only serve to put fear and also give positive results.

I noticed PSV didn't even play a low block football. They tried to match Arsenal's energy, but ended up making things difficult for themselves. This should probably be the most clinical game that Arsenal has played in a long time. They had about 13 chances at some point, and converted a good number of them. It was a ruthless one from the gunners. They've already secured their quarter finals slot, because the second leg of this round of 16 is definitely going to be a work over.

And also, the referee was brilliant today. If it were to be a English referee in the premier league, that Lewis Skelly's nasty tackle was definitely going to be a second yellow card, which automatically would have resulted to a red. But the referee probably didn't want to spoil the game with a one man advantage factor. IMO, that was supposed to be a second yellow card, but massive respect to the ref. This is why I think UEFA has better officials than other competitions, especially in the premier league.

And as for the Madrid derby, I didn't watch the game because I was actually expecting a draw. The game ended with a goal difference. The second league will surely be a massive one to watch out for. Over to the big boys that will also be in action tomorrow.

Let us be honest, Atletico Madrid cooked Real Madrid in the first. Apart from the goal Real Madrid scored to give them the win, we saw how Atlectico Madrid was passing the ball beautifully around the pitch. Real Madrid were defending all through in the first half; they couldn't know what to do with the ball. Look at the goal Julien Alvares scored—very beautiful.

Big win for Arsenal today and PSV don’t look like they can get this one back again. They’ve really conceded a lot of goals in their home even when they had the advantage of the match being played in their home stadium.

The champions league is already making it quite clear for the actual teams that may remain as we advance to the final rounds. Coming from a six goals deficit in an away match looks quite difficult though, Arsenal may have gotten this and made their way into the quarterfinals by the victory they had tonight. And in all the Champions League games today, in each of the matches both teams actually scored because all the teams that played in the four games that played today scored each other. We should not expect that tomorrow there will be both teams to score in the matches because i have observed in the past that when both teams to score are many in Tuesday games, in most cases, it doesn't follow such in Wednesday games in the Champions League. Anyways, congratulations to you because since you said that Borussia Dortmund versus Lille was holding your ticket to win, since both teams scored it means your bet played according to how your predictions.

I expected a win from Arsenal but I never expected them to score so many goals in the match. I stopped watching the match when the first half of the match ended, and Arsenal were already leading with 3 goals, so I stopped watching the match. When the match ended, I decided to check how the match ended, and I was just surprise that Arsenal scored 7 goals in the match, I was just shocked because I never expected it. Seriously Arsenal played well in todays match, PSV were humiliated by Arsenal today, there is nothing which they will be playing in the second leg of the match, because there is no way they will be able to score the amounts of goals which Arsenal scored today in the second leg, let’s just assume that Arsenal has qualified for the next round already.

Is so funny to see psv in such situation, you know when I saw the scores, the first thing I do is to check if there's any missing player in psv side. Because it was as if psv was shorten 4 players LoL, because I never thought nor imagine that arsenal will gain victory over psv even with goals.

Though psv is not that form, even in their league they still find it very difficult to win their matches all this while, after being defeated by the eagles in thier previous match. That's when I started having this feeling that psv can not make it up in this champions league because thier performance was very poor, but I never knew that arsenal will be the one to eliminate them from the champions league.

Arsenal recorded the biggest win of the season in the Champions League, Arsenal embarrassed PSV with a score of 1-7 which was a good capital for them because it would be very impossible for PSV to score 6 goals at Arsenal's home. This season's Champions League is certainly different because several big teams were eliminated first, so there is a good opportunity for other teams to show their prowess this season.

On the other hand, Arsenal has certainly never won the Champions League, so this season they have the opportunity to realize their hopes of winning the UCL trophy. But Arsenal's rivals are certainly very tough because there are still many stages they have to go through. In tomorrow's match we will see a great meeting between PSG vs Liverpool. Which is likely that PSG will get a stronger obstacle because Liverpool is very strong this season.

If it was possible there won't be any need playing the second leg Because the goal margin is unbelievable though I knew Arsenal will win but I wasn't expecting such goal margin, Arsenal wouldn't take the second leg too serious again because they have already qualify, if not that PSV was awarded a penalty during the ending of the first half arsenal would have won the game without PSV registering a goal in that game. As it stands Arsenal are rest assured that they have already qualify to the next round because I don't think there will be anything such as miracle in the their game that will make PSV to win Arsenal with such goal margin if PSV will win they will win and still go home because they can't win more than 2 to 3 goal margin.

Atletico Madrid were defeated today, they played well but they couldn’t utilize their chances well in the game because they had some good chances they could have use to either level up or even win the match, but I understand because playing away from home against the defending Champions is not easy.
I wish they can also use their home advantage to make it to in the second leg.

If you thought Arsenal would win the game, you shouldn't be shocked when they scored a lot of goals because they were deserving of the victory. If you look at Arsenal's performances from the first half, you will see that they came ready to win this match against PSV, therefore they also deserved to win and score that’s why their able to scored a lot of goals. Without any difficulties, Arsenal has advanced straight to the next round. They won't be under a lot of pressure in the Champions League this season, in my opinion, if they continue to play so well. Their current playing pattern of playing have differs from their earlier performances; I'm hoping they can continue with a great performances.
