Feyenoord has proven its toughness by being able to beat AC Milan, now another Serie A representative they will face and of course the challenge is harder because as you said statistically Inter is much better and stronger than Milan, but if Feyenoord can analyze Inter's weaknesses then they can do what they did against Milan.
And about the Madrid derby and the Bayer derby, I don't like it and why do they have to meet in the last 16 of the UCL, as if this meeting was arranged! Annoying format.

I understand that after Real - City in the 1/16 you can make any pairings you want, but aren't there too many national derbies? This is not why we love European Cups.

And if you had said at the beginning that Real and Bayern would end 11th and 12th in the group stage people would have asked you what you're smoking  
Lille and Bayer qualified from the start while those two playing in the play-offs and Juventus and City did not even make it to the next stage.

PSG vs Liverpool will be really intresting ,PSG playing football of their lives and i think if they win at home they can knockout Liverpool. Bayern Munich and Leverkusen on the other hand will be really intresting because these two teams are the very best in their league and always producing epic matches

Now we are ready to watch match of Liverpool football team which they played against lParis Saint-Germain team. UEFA Champions League matches are interesting in this season because no team is dominant .  Paris Saint-Germain performance is very bad be. Paris Saint-Germain team did not lose any match in last overs of the 3 the match. Liverpool team performance is very low because that team lost  1 match and 2 matches were draw iin this. The head to head performance of any team is not excellent because both team did try to win this match but result was unexpected.

After the UCL draw, there are many big matches and surprisingly, Liverpool will immediately meet PSG who are in their best form lately, they also qualified from the play-off round very impressively. Meanwhile, Arsenal will most likely beat PSV because Arsenal's quality and game are better, but considering the two Madrid teams that are waiting, so Arsenal this season can be said to be unlucky. while Barcelona and Bayern Munich can be said to be lucky because their opponents on the right side are relatively easier and most likely these two teams will meet in the semifinals.

And exactly what I hoped happened, Bayern will face Bayer, that is great. I am pretty sure that Leverkusen will be playing much harder here, because it's sort of obvious that we are not going to see Bayern Munich give up Bundesliga after this point, so Leverkusen could only beat them at UCL.

This doesn't mean Leverkusen could win the UCL title if they beat Bayern Munich, this isn't the finals, we still have few stages left, but if they could beat, then at the very least, they are sending Bayern Munich back home, and that would be a good achievement for them. I really hoped for this matchup, and I am so glad that it happened, we are going to watch two amazing great games without a doubt, it is going to be so much fun.

The fixtures for the round of 16 is so confusing. The more I try to predict the more confused I get. Madrid Vs Atletico I can't confidently say either of them can win same goes to Liverpool Vs PSG. That of Arsenal one can attempt but the certainty is still low as compared to when they all played first stage.
Bayern Vs Leverkusen I will pick Bayern to win, then Barcelona Vs Benfica, i will also go with Barcelona to win. The rest I will comfortably sit and enjoy them take on each other. After this round I believe it will be a bit clear on which team to predict as the title winners.

Congrats to PSV! I knew it.    I didn't like Juventus' game previously so I thought they might get eliminated. PSV totally deserved it by a dominant play.

The most boring game of the night was Dortmund - Sporting seemingly. I'm glad for not watching it.  

After the full results the next draw is taking place tomorrow at 12:00 CET. And here is the potential matchups:

Manchester City were indeed far from perfection when they faced Real Madrid in the second leg tie of the champions league playoffs. The first leg was much better than the second leg for City’s performance, congratulations to Real Madrid.

I am disappointed in Juventus, they look good but in reality are not and have given PSV easy passage to the round of 16.

Congratulations to Dortmund, they are one of the teams that played smartly and for that I commend them. Now we wait till later today to learn the marching for the next rounds.

UEFA has already sold the broadcasting rights and commercial rights for the current season considering the possiblility of matches going to the extra time and they can't change the regulations.

Italian football really fell off so hard at the European stage this time round, especially the UCL. I won't be surprised if Feyenoord pull off a surprise against Inter Milan which is the only Italian club left in the competition. Another Madrid vs Athletico lol, just another Spanish game for both team atleast one laliga team will get eliminated, leaving two teams for the quarter  finals if Barcelona eventually made it .. I was hoping PSG against Barcelona instead  they have an unsettled business btw there's been a little improvement with PSG since their game against Mancity, I think they will give Liverpool some tough time

I think the changes in the rules may not be far from the change in the format in which the champions League was played and now that a New format has been followed am not surprised seeing also the criteria used in the draws that has seen teams from the same leagues meet each other in this stage of the competition in the champions League

But looking at the format used in the draws that has seen teams from the same league meet each other it's even good if you look at it from another point of view because with this format now you are sure that at least one team from a league qualify for the next round because looking at the playoffs stages three teams from the same league was eliminated because they where paired up against different teams so I think we should look at it from the positive direction

The new format makes the situation a little more interesting because usually clubs in the same competition always meet at least in the quarter finals or semi-finals for the old format but now not only for the round of 16 phase even in the league phase everything is still possible to happen so in the end this is a new treat that is quite interesting to wait for.

Currently we can see some quite interesting matches in the last 16 where of course 2 la liga clubs (Madrid and Atletico) will meet in the Madrid derby for the round of 16. In addition, I want to see how PSG and Liverpool elbow each other in this case because even though Liverpool is still quite a favorite but for now for me in the big match PSG is never expected in terms of performance so I will wait for these 2 matches because this will be quite worthy to watch.

They were already complaints about the increased competitions that players now had to play and the problem it is causing to them in terms of fatigue and more injuries. This is a viable solution that could work to the benefit of both parties because UEFA was never going to reduce the competitions.

I think we are going to see a few more surprises. PSG seem to be improving,

New players like Khvicha Kvaratskhelia have added life more to PSG's attack, plus the experience of their coach is playing a big role too.
