Barcelona seems quite lucky because they face Benfica. Even though Benfica is also a strong team and cannot be underestimated, I believe Barcelona can win this match. However, Real Madrid seemed unlucky because they had to meet a team from the same league as Laliga, namely Atletico Madrid. And we know Atletico Madrid is in very good form this season. So this will be a tough task for Real Madrid who continue to face strong teams. But yeah, it's still better than having to meet a strong team like Liverpool. It's just that this round of 16 also ensures that one team from La Liga will have to be eliminated. Namely between Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid. Meanwhile, the teams from the Premier League, namely Arsenal, Liverpool and Aston Villa, were quite lucky because they did not meet in the round of 16.

The ones youve listed already, I think PSG facing Liverpool may be the end of road for them, despite how Liverpool performance has been their last 3 matches, I still believe that they won't be joking with PSG in this round of 16,  goals are expected to pour in that match, Liverpool has been conceiving in all their matches recent and PSG is a scoring side that also conceive goals though the didn't conceive goals much recently but the match may like be a goal Liverpool to win, Barcelona and benfica match will also produce goals but all things being normal, Barcelona is likely to win this match, feynoord meeting inter Milan not end well for them, inter is a champions league team despite that things has really changed in the recent time, i still believe that with the experience amd old glory I think inter will not be allowing any form of surprise from Feynoord, these are my personal prediction on the available matches as you listed them.

Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid - Why do these teams have to meet the Spanish League team again, it's not challenging enough although I know it will be an interesting match but we have seen this match many times in LaLiga.

Bayern Munich vs Leverkusen - Last week we saw this match and they meet again in the same champions league almost said above less interesting if the opponent is a Bundesliga team again.

The other matches are still good though, as they are against clubs from different leagues.
But either way we'll be happy with the draw.

Being the first round of 16 since the champions league system was changed to a league pattern, the draws appears to be very interesting and thrilling. What's very exciting here is the Liverpool Vs Psg, Bayern Munich Vs Bayer Leverkusen and Real Madrid Vs Athletico Madrid.

PSG and Liverpool are two team's that are presently seating as league leaders in their respective leagues which shows that they are both in their best form and as such their meeting promises to be intriguing and a tough show.


Two German rival clubs meeting in this round is kinda too early to me, but am damn curious to see how Bayern Munich can handle this Xabi Alonso side who have risen to be a nightmare for them in their domestic league.

Same for the Spanish clubs ATM meeting with Real Madrid, this not going to be a hard job for Real Madrid to handle even though it's still not going to be that too easy. From here Madrid will be meeting with Arsenal all things being equal.

Mbappe is really picking up form and it's expected to improve. I was particularly impressed by his performance yesterday. Although the city players weren't so strong against Madrid, especially their defense which was outsmarted.

The performance from Mbappe yesterday was the best performance he has had in Real Madrid since moving in for me because he was terrorizing the Manchester City defense from the beginning of the game to the end. I think the early goal he scored with his first attempt affected his confidence positively and set the tone for the game. Mbappe with his increasing confidence is already raising the bar for himself and distinguishing himself from his teammates scoring in almost every game for Real Madrid, flourishing as a striker, a position which he was not playing exactly before. He played from the wing not the middle.

Yes, even though I don't like this defeat, but we have to accept it that Manchester City has been expelled again and again by Real Madrid this season and the previous season, really unlucky day for Manchester City can meet with Real Madrid, if only didn't meet With Real Madrid might have a much greater chance of victory.

Regarding Mbappe he needs to be consistent in making his contribution in scoring Goal in every match, we might assume that he develops well, unlike before that only follows the game without giving spectacular things.

PSG has a big chance to escape and that is my fealing.
Derby Madrid, will be exciting but this fight feels like La Liga in the struggle for the title that has a fairly close point difference. For predictions who will qualify between the two, I have pending first because I need to see how both of them are in several matches they will play in La Liga.

Another draw that brings Bayern vs Bayer, this is no less interesting. In terms of opportunities that I do, I can rely on Bayer Leverkusen than Bayern Munich.

Some matches will be interesting matches, there is a meeting between Bayern Munich vs Leverkusen, this will be an interesting meeting because they are also competing in the Bundesliga, as well as Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid it will be a derby match that will also be interesting. since i have been following up Madrid games, they have always followed a rough root to becoming champions and even in the last one and this one, the pattern hasn't changed. from getting to play Manchester city that is final worthy in a playoff and managing to beat them in a game that Madrid defense was completely porous to getting another tough opponent in this next round, if they eventually get to the final, they have yet again shown why they have done it fifteen times and still counting. apart from the risk of things going wrong, the advantage of playing tough opposition while heading to the finals is that it prepares you for the worse of fixture ahead. Barca might be lucky enough to get a weak team at the round of sixteen but dont expect them to go through them so easily.

it is not like the draws are done by appointing teams that will play a particular team knowingly, it is called draws and that means that it is just randomly selected for two potential outcomes. the two option available is either Bayern Leverkusen or Atletico. Bayern Leverkusen might look light the weaker team but coming to this stage, they already have their eyes on the trophy and might spoil things for real Madrid.

The qualifying round and playoffs are over and now we have touched the last 16 of the Champions League, and in this round there are at least 16 teams departing from 8 different leagues, with the Premier League, Laliga, and Bundesliga sending the most representatives who have successfully qualified for the last 16. Dont be surprised what Club Brugg will do to Aston Villa. Club Brugg is an unpredictable team, because we all saw what they did to Atalanta both home and away. They may use the same pattern to drag Aston Vila out of the league.

The most difficult match to predict is Liverpool against PSG. Mehn, Liverpool is in good shape but have fatigue issues. They will playing a very strong game against Manchester City in the weekend and after that they get to face PSG. PSG is in a better position to win Liverpool because they are seriously in their best performance than Liverpool since Liverpool has drawn two games which they were supposed to win in their respective league.

Nice one. The match I would be looking forward to is the Madrid derby. I just can't wait for another thrilling encounter of amazing football and rivalry. Real Madrid will always have the upper hand, but who knows, Aletico may pull some surprises this time around.

Two German and two Spanish clubs are facing each other. As it stands one of them will get to exit this stage but the English clubs are lucky. If they all progress to the next round, I'm sure they'll have to face each other in the quarter final.

PSV vs Arsenal is one fixture I'm  trying to anticipate a possible result and that's because I understand that both teams are in their very good form and they both got qualified not having to play in the playoffs so in the Champions League they have both got some very good form and they are both very experienced in the Champions League so far. Secondly Liverpool PSG is another game that will come with so much expectations consider the strength and performance of both teams since this season both in their domestic leagues and the champions league. Let the best teams get apsd this stage and hopefully I get to see Arsenal against Madrid in the next stage.

It will going to be a tough games this time around with all the teams because all those teams will do what they have not done before to make sure they are part of those teams that will win their games. you see Barcelona, Inter Milan,  Liverpool and PSG are in high spirit to make sure they win this game, but the games will not going to be easy for all the teams to win easily. Liverpool will be facing PSG for you to know that the game will be tough because the both teams are very good in this UEFA champion league tournament, and there is no how the game will end up in a draw 0:0.

With the current performance of Liverpool in the premier league game, I guess PSG will going to knockout Liverpool from this game with 1:2 , and if you watch PSG game very well in this UEFA champion league game, you will agree with me that PSG will beat Liverpool to move to the next Level.

For some reasons I'm ment to believe that PSG will eliminate Liverpool, Liverpool had a very good outing in the group stages, personally I don't think they will continue in that form, on the other hand, PSG were not fantastic but came alive in their last two games of the group stage and since then they have been superb. PSG is in great form right now going into the Champions League but we shouldn't forget that in terms of experience, Liverpool has more of it compared to PSG in this competition.
