And just as you also said, it is not everyone that really needs a mentor before they can become successful. There are some successful people, and if you ask them, they will say that they have mentors. But most times, those people who did not have mentors and still became successful always pass through a lot of challenges because they have nobody to guide them. So, sometimes, the steps they may take may be wrong, and they may get things wrong. But they never give up because they keep pushing.
The people you think don’t have mentors, actually do have. The present world we are now, your mentor don’t necessarily need to be someone you will have a physical relationship with. Through the help of different channels, someone can be mentored by people in different regions. Through their works, their books, and their lifestyles, how they run their businesses. So if I come across any successful business person that said they don’t have a mentor, I often doubt that person.

The most promising thing is that nowadays you don't have to wait for expert advice. There are many reliable online sites and open source discussion platforms where you can get important advice. You don't need to rely solely on their advice, analyze it yourself. If it is related to investment, take advice from more than one expert. Implement the method that you think is most suitable for your financial capabilities.

Those who say they don't have an advisor may be giving importance to their own efforts and success. There may be such people, but they may have had more of their own efforts and less of advice, so they consider discipline and hard work to be the main ingredients for their progress.

Yeah, before anyone can reach a position they’ve never attained before, they obviously need to be mentored by someone or people who have either been there before or are currently there, and just like you rightly said, it must not be physically, the world is a global village and with the extent of technological advancement, people can influence, inspire and even mentor others without having even met or known them before. Their stories  alone could serve as a source of inspiration, motivation and even mentorship/guidance to others, because these are basically what mentors get to offer.

In this generation, it's even more deficult to fail than it is to succeed because literally all the fields you're aspiring to take have dozens of people that have taken that part and have learnt a lot of lessons and have equally shared those lessons and made it available on different media outlets for your consumption.

You find successful people that are at the point of Thier exit exit in life and you will notice that they are eager to transfer Thier knowledge to the next generation but unfortunately, the lack of discipline always bridges that gap and makes it literally impossible for proper mentorship. Finding mentors is the least problem of anyone that desires success. The greater problem is what you do after you have found that mentor. After you've seen the part he took that made him successful, will you be able to pay the price for that success? That's where the onion lies.

Sure, a person can hire anyone as mentor it must not be someone who is very close to us I mean our relatives. And yeah, those who are proclaiming that they don't have mentor actually do have. There are people who only focus on learning in youtube or other platforms, those people they are learning from is their mentor so no one should say that he or she does not have a mentor. Although, there are people who are self-educated. I mean they don't seek for help from any source or even asking someone to teach them, but I think they are very few because not everyone that can take such risk.

Stop relying on someone if you want to be successful, except you're a woman which mean your mentor is your husband.

There's no one want to help other people without any benefit, why someone need to take more responsibility if they can just use their free time for me time, entertain or making more money?

If you're searching for a mentor, you will be high likely get a fake mentor or fall into Multi Level Marketing business.
I believe that even without a mentor, most people need a good circle of associates. Mentors aren't easy to find people are often competitive and reluctant to help one another—especially these days. That is why cultivating a good network is important; it fosters success. However, one can certainly succeed without a mentor, and people need to stop feeling like such things are absolute prerequisites.

I agree with what you have said because sometimes some people don't want to share ideas, because they believe that that will devalue their market, even when they got a mentor, they don't usually show them the full way rather they are only being focusing on the risking for and how to manage the risk. A good circle of of associate is very important because a lot of people are truly make it through that, it is even a very good idea to be in that means because that alone will make you forget about getting a mentor, one of advantages in being in that cycle is that you will be able to ask any kind of question that comes across your mind and you will have the answer breakdown to your own understanding.

For me, mentor is like an inspiration a guideline that you follow in life in order to become successful, an inspiration that shapes your path of success and achievements in life. Those who says they don't think mentor is necessary they will face a lot of challenges and loses in life. Mentor is not something bad but it is a positive thing for your success. Mentor guides you in your goals and helps you to follow a path for smooth life. In today's world it's not necessary to have a mentor who's with your all the time, now you can look up to someone either its a prominent personality or someone who have achieved remarkably in life.

Having a mentor means avoiding the extra risks of your journey and finding the right path to success, where you can achieve success only by working hard at your best. But when there is no mentor, there will be many paths in front of you, where there will be many wrong paths, and if you go down that wrong path, you will face losses and you will get back to your previous position and then you have to follow another path again, that is, the risk in this regard is very high. But with a mentor, the chances of you going down the wrong path are less and you can go down the right path as much as possible where you can move forward to achieve success with a high probability.

I think what matters is that a mentor can actually save you from avoidable mistakes like giving you advice based on his or her on past or experiences and guiding you through and not necessarily guarantee the right path. There are so many people who work hard but still waste years because they actually lack direction or learn everything through trial or follow follow and good mentor gives you the benefit of experience and can help you recognize certain traps before you fall into them and at the same time, you still have to do the work yourself because a mentor can show you the road, but you are the one who has to walk it.

Not every successful person had a mentor, have seen some successful people with flourishing business and they did it all by themselves without any mentorship from anybody and I also believe that you don't even need one to be successful. A mentor can help you speed up thing's, outline some mistakes he/she must have encountered when they started their business till it became successful, and a mentor can also guide you that's if you've a good one who's genuine and is not after your money but your growth and development.

There's nothing wrong in having someone at your corner because it will help you to make things faster and easier but then most successful people who are still standing strong till date are people who just learnt from their own lives, like failures, feedback from customers, loosing their jobs or crash or business and they had to ask around to know from people why things happened the way they did, and these things can even teach you better to what any human can do. There are people who had mentors and still failed, so not every successful person had one and not having one doesn't stop you from being successful, these days and time people are even learning without anybody putting them through it.

However, if you have a mentor, the path he will show you will be less likely to be wrong, or you will be more likely to go on the right path, this is the advantage of having a mentor, many people work hard for years, but due to the lack of proper guidance, they make the same mistakes again and again, but if they have a good mentor in this case, then they will not repeat the same mistakes with the help of proper guidance. Actually, yes, having a mentor guarantees success, It is not like that at all, but how you use your guidance and how much you follow the advice of your mentor will determine your future success. And besides, not everyone gets a mentor, but they achieve success through their own hard work.

Every people has different opinion because some people are successful because of availability of mentor and mentor is looking like important because you need a person who passed from the same path which you are following and he is successful in his Mission. Company always matters because you are the average of 5 people to which you spend your most time and if you  are spending your most of the time with useless people who have no skills and no knowledge then you will be average of these people and you should search the people who have thinking like you because this will make you successful. The people who are earning best that is because they have good friends and mentors who are guiding.

I now also see mentorship differently unlike I used to see it in the past. Mentorship is also about you opening your heart and mind to become more open to learn from the experience of others and also request for their guidance. You do not only open yourself to learn from such persons but you also make yourself available to them to guide and coach you where you need help. There’s no single person out there who’s above being coached or mentored by somebody else. Everyone has a way they are supposed to be mentored so as to become well grounded to their career. One good thing about mentors is they help you navigate a path which took them several years to navigate in just few months, ensuring you do not waste your time and cut you away from the stress too both physically, emotionally and financially.

One of the ways to be successful is the ability to pick out helpful ideas from a person you seems to admire as a mentor,  it dosnt necessarily mean you have to stick to only one successful person for you to scale through in your career or what ever. One can't say i dont have a mentor or i did it on my own, but at some point you might have looked up to someone in the same field of business or carrer even without the person knowing that he or she is a mentor to you.
As far as one is successful in whatever he or she does, you could be a mentor to someone even without you knowing.

But there are people who are available and they can learn more from the books and they have no mentor and the reason is that they have the mindset of leader and they want to become a leader in life. If someone has good knowledge that is good but he should respect the elder who has gained success in the respective field. If you have no mentor you can be successful but it can take more time because a mentor will guide you through all the mistakes they made in the past and you will make the same mistakes in the future and you should learn as much as you can from the mentor. You should think practically and should give respect to the mentor then he will give you all the secrets of success.

When you say a mentor may come or not, that's not actually correct because there is always a mentor! It might not take the movie type or your discretion because some times it comes in camouflaged manner. Mentorship comes directly and or indirectly, for personal and or professional growth and there's almost no body who doesn't have such guard, that person who freely offers support of one kind or the other. Even if the word mentor may not be used to qualify this person(s) at least they exist.
And what you said can also be described in everyday interactions, such as close friends or friends who often accompany us when hanging out at cafes. Because mentors don't have to be strangers, but people we've known for a long time can also be mentors, even if we don't consider them mentors because we're too familiar with them. I agree with you on this point, because it's almost impossible for anyone in life to live without a mentor in one way or another. Even though someone may not learn much or long from a single person, that person should still be considered a mentor in their life, even if only for a moment.

Yes. What you said also makes sense. Mentors are always present in someone's life, even though they often come in forms we don't realize. You could say that anyone who provides guidance whether in the form of advice, behavior, support or even constructive criticism, is essentially a mentor.

So, it's almost impossible for someone to grow without the influence of others in any aspect, because as you said friends who regularly hang out at a café, coworkers or family can act as mentors without us noticing. The point is, even brief interactions leave a mark and can be considered guidance, because every experience that pushes us forward no matter how small is part of the growth process in everything we go through.

Actually, you are kinda of right some mentor do save us from alot of danger that will may not see and give advice that a person can give even though you ask politely from them, so it a good idea having a mentor in someone life because them to have being their before and they just need teach you step by step and with a good mentor some people achieve well and be successful than their mentor when they abide to them in a respectful way.

Finding the right mentor can cut years off the learning curve by avoiding common mistakes. Knowing how to approach someone for guidance is often the hardest hurdle to clear.
