My break for the day will be a set of 28 pushups then do the stairs right after then eat breakfast then do 28 more pushups. It seems like there is a new challenge here and I'm starting to be moved again to join this challenge because apart from combining with the previous challenge for Push ups, it is also quite good for health.  The problem is that the facilities in my area are not very adequate so in the end the stairs look difficult to do, is it possible to replace it with regular walking because incidentally I also still do this on the field for a few rounds when doing the push up challenge. Do you have a hill? Could be a small hill. Go up 🔝 turn around go down turn around go up ⬆️ they key is you are actually lifting more weight as you go up the hill. If you walk on a flat surface you do not get the same benefit. But if all you can do is walk on a flat surface. Do at least 10 minutes each day in one shot. preferably right after your set of pushups. This could be a good option because the area I live in does consist of several hills where the road I pass every day does go up and down hills so this seems to be enough to get me into this challenge. As for proof, maybe a picture like this can be good enough evidence because I always use a tracker application when I do sports such as walking/running I use this as a benchmark.

Somewhere today I'll find some stairs and do a hundred to get my account started. I do lots of walking 2 - 3 kilometres every day. I have a walking app to keep tabs on my walking (and I'm supposed to walk up and down slopes or on sand) 200k,Timelord2067,1,12,2024-12-30 Walk on!

200k,philipma1957,6,600 do not forget your pushups. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5484350.0very late today went to a party and ate and drank far too much but I pushed on and did my daily numbers just late. So I have been at the steps for like six days and the pushups for around 80. 2024 Dec 30 was the hardest day to get them all done. it is 11:26 pm as I type in NJ and I just finish doing it all. I went to an end of the year holiday party with my partner and our families . I ate far far far far too much and drink a bit. I woke up today tired sore and a bit hungover. I had a lot of other work to do today. So doing the exercise was really hard hard to do. But it is done.

I've found three very different staircases in the one carpark:
Carpark 1A: 2X10 stairs (ten steps, turn, ten more steps) Carpark 1B: 13 stairs Carpark 1C:45 stairs top to bottom (7, turn 7, turn 7, turn, 7 again to get from top deck to ground floor. Then a further 8, turn, 9 steps to lower ground deck)
Two top to bottom and return trips comes to 312 stairs today).

Some of these reporters don't seem to really understand these reports, they are just really good at predicting the next word, if you know what I mean.  200k, DirtyKeyboard, 5, 500, 2024-12-31 Are you suggesting bannination from the table? I noticed the User Alts link in your sigs. Cause we got two Vinsons on the pushup thread who probably didn't serve on the same Aircraft Carrier. I observed from the sticky in this board that multiple accounts are fine, but i feel they shouldn't be allowed on the tables. Any advice there? EDIT: I see you just changed your sig. EDIT2: I was looking at the wrong sig.

good four of us.
I actually did 102 stairs.
Split landing of 6+ 6 stairs. 8 time ups and 8 times down is 96 up and down
then do 1 split landing 6up backwards and 6 down back wards Toal 102 stairs.
but I like saying 100 as it it is nice and even.
plus I did 110 pushups.
28 on second step 27 on second step 28 on third step 27 on second step.
total of 110
goal is to get to alll 110 pushups on second step.
then do 1 set on first step.
A complete different application today was filliping my king mattress today.
fucking thing is a hi end double sided flippable mattress.
really really heavy.
I have not flipped it since July 2023 right before my hernia operation. I a finally strong enough to do it again.
Mattress will feel good flipped . I will never buy a 5k mattress again. to heavy to flip for most people.
