http://qbc.althash.eu  is up and running!

We need some more hashes so feel free to join us.
Everything is running absolutely fine.

Quebecoin (QBC), X11- http://qbc.althash.eu
Stratum - stratum+tcp://stratum.althash.eu:3034

^^ broken security

Pool is up and running, payouts are going fine, blocks are being found, i don't see any problem whatsoever.

Their email server is jacked.
fucking novices.
If you can't recieve the auth email, that shit is non function.
I run my own email server and my DNS is textbook perfect.
It HAS to be on an mx server.

Nope, wrong guess, that's working fine as well  Wink

Everyone

You can download a new windows wallet from here and it will fix your .conf file problems. The "é" character was causing some trouble with the path.

Don't forget to download the new wallet if you've been having problems with your .conf file.

I did add it! Also removed OkayPool for having too much of the total hash rate.

I've also approved the opening of our BTC-QBC Market on BITTREX

That way miners can start building a market and some interesting volume and we can get listed on sites like coinmarketcap!

Lucky you, all my "must be confirmed by now" QBCs are in suchpool but have more unconfirmed coins are in others pools.. I don´t care, selling is not an option right now.. hold your horses..

Wallet won't sync.

Dev, what is real name of the .conf file so the wallet could be properly configured without adding nodes manually.. etc. ?

quebecoin.conf

Add the following nodes to it:

addnode=54.86.39.92
addnode=54.85.54.67
addnode=54.86.58.113
addnode=54.86.60.197
addnode=54.86.60.189
addnode=54.84.203.45

I already have all of that in quebecoin.conf and québecoin.conf file (just in case) in roaming folder, but when I start wallet with -server option I get an error window with
something about rpcpassword and rpcuser...etc. which I already have a set.

that message you get tells you where the québecoin.conf file should be

no sync.

added:
addnode=54.86.39.92
addnode=54.85.54.67
addnode=54.86.58.113
addnode=54.86.60.197
addnode=54.86.60.189
addnode=54.84.203.45

no sync.

made two .conf files: quebecoin.conf, québecoin.conf

no sync.

made two directories in appdata\roaming\quebecoin\ and appdata\roaming\québecoin\

no sync.

each time you change the .conf file you need to restart the wallet

SuchPool will be back up shortly.

Some users will have to re-register. Fortunately, we were able to recover most part of the first 30-35 minutes of mining!

We deeply apoligize to users for that major downtime. We are working hard to restore everything so you can start mining again on our pools.

We are also putting up the logs together, as we have a good idea where those attacks came from.

Only front-end, you might have to re-register as we had to take backups from earlier yesterday. However, most shares have been restored onto that database, so everything should be there.
