As for the reason why we changed the domain, I have not received any information about the reason. The .io domain is more unique and exclusive for a crypto business website. We see this as a major upgrade in domain names. If you check the pricing of domain names, you would understand what I am talking about.

So basically my experience was better because they contacted me after 48hours while you get no response after more than a week LOL.
As I said before, they should make it simpler and faster without too much questions and answers between players and the vip host.
If the reason is because they want to know the player's interest, simply using a simple form like google doc where the questions are listed there.
Once players fill all the answer and submit it, the team evaluate it before making decision which should not take more than 2*24H.

I really appreciate this because moving the domain from com to io makes at least the site more modern which of course is an improvement regardless of the reason (problems with .com etc).

For the email notification itself I think it was also quite fast because indeed I received the email update a few days ago even though we changed our signature today from com to io but for the notification to users it was quite fast from the team so that indeed we don't force to go to .com anymore now because honestly for my area sometimes it is a little difficult to open but on the new domain now it seems to be more smooth.

This has been a popular domain almost all casino websites and vetting platforms are using, it is a bit simpler and easier than the (.)com domain. I think the io and the other one have no much difference just that this io domains make website tech friendly and gives it more global recognition which is what almost every marketer wants.
I wish the team the best and I hope all your aims have been achieved after changing the domain and I hope any restrictions if there is any has been bypass.

I encourage you to do whatever is possible to make sure you can redirect to "io" from "com" by the way even the original posts is still using the old domain that is not working. I guess the same applies to signatures

Do not abandon the old domain as much as possible to avoid phishing attacks in case someone new buys it.

The signatures have been updated. I think it's more about updating the initial post and fixing broken links in other places like articles or mentions on social media. By changing this, I believe everything is completely changed. It's a shame they had problems with the domain, but .io is just as good as .com. The quality of the site and the games remains the same!

We apologize for the inconvenience. I do not have direct contact with the VIP host team, as they work with the core team directly, so I can't say much about it right now. Probably there are more applications than usual, and it's taking a little longer to reach the players. Also, we are in the middle of the transition right now, and there is a possibility that the VIP host team is busier handling the existing VIP clients now.

Still, I will forward this to the team and ask them to review the applications as soon as they can.

I'm seeing it working normally but I suspect they are still working through some technical challenges with having to switch the domain. I do wonder if it's an external threat that is causing these problems and possibly attempting to extort a casino, or they've run into something like a registrar issue. Either way, it's one of those problems that will inevitably affect a popular new casino early on, so it's best that they learn these lessons and how to overcome them before getting any bigger. I actually like the .io domain and a lot of Sportbooks here are using it, but for general audience marketing they might have more familarity for certain users by sticking with the .com domain.

In my case when I tried to go to .io and .com it shows access denied my IP is been blocked don't know what happened but I guess betbolt don't want me to gamble here

But I guess the current country where am I at the moment has been blocked by Betbolt due to Geo restriction. Maybe I can access this casino again when I came back on my country.

Anyways seems they encounter accessing issues for a while and hole they solve those issues to make the gaming experience of gamblers goes smooth again.

It must be something related to DNS. Since there have been domain changes and redirects from one URL to another, this may take longer than usual. And considering the high traffic, this could be detrimental and cause the cloud to filter all accesses even more to ensure everyone's safety. It should be back to normal soon.

Yeah don't sweat it. I figured you guys might be a bit busy with plenty of applications, so a delay in processing them is the obvious result. Anyway, I shot you a message with my username.

Glad the issue with the domain got sorted out. Now you only have to figure out which domain you like more, .com or .io. Doesn't male sense to promote both of them obviously (for banners an so on) but it's obviously a good idea to keep them both up, just if something like this happens again so you have something to fall back to.
