That wagering requirements seems not necessary at all for a contest rewards because the winner get it by competing with other users through predictions.
I totally agree with this.
I understand the need for imposing a wagering requirement on some bonus offers, but since this is a reward for winning a contest, then there should be no requirements whatsoever and winners should be free to choose whether to spend the reward playing at the casino or to immediately withdraw it.

However, I don’t think paying the rewards to winners’ addresses is a good idea. It just means more fees for both the casino and the winner (in case he wants to play with the reward at the casino). After all, such contests are to incentivize users to play more.

I'm surprised I got $80 instead of $55. I guess the excess $25 is compensation for the delayed payment. I guess everyone also got an extra amount. Anyway, even if it was late I have to say thank you and at least somehow we were able to enjoy the prize.

The only thing is I also enjoyed playing, so I ended up losing prize and giving it back to them. LOL

I hope they host another contest here, but the payment should be handled by the one managing the contest so this kind of thing won't happen again. Honestly, it didn't look good what happened for the last contest,.
It seems like not all players received compensation, but that's not a problem at all, as the prizes were distributed.

My experience was similar to yours. The excitement of seeing the prizes distributed made it difficult for me to control myself and keep playing.
It went from $140 to $380, and then back to $0, so the money went back to them  Grin.
But I'm happy with the overall experience.

Yes, I hope they hold another contest with more timely prize distribution.

Why oh why would my telegram username be the same as my bitcointalk username? That doesn't make any sense. My betbolt same is the same as here, but telelgram is a whole different story. By the way, I have added my telegram handle in the application form when I completed it 5 weeks ago, like I think anybody does when completing it.
I have heard "as soon as possible" so often by now, I guess it's better to not pursue this any further since nothing is coming from it anyway.

You guys really need to manage everything better. The way it's handled right now I don't see it going anywhere. That's the harsh truth.

Edit: You should add an option so people can decide if they want to receive promotional emails or not, because I don't want them and still they are coming. At the bottom there is "Unsubscribe • Privacy Policy  • Terms & Conditions" but unsubscribe is NOT a link, just the letters. Only the other 2 options are clickable. Kinda unprofessional.

I really hope you guys enjoyed our previous contests. Let me tell you straight, the show is definitely not over. My name is Arj, and I’m here to make your experience on Betbolt even better. I’ll be more active here, and I’ll be hosting some contests on this thread.

If you guys have any questions, suggestions, feedback, or anything like that, don’t hesitate to write it here, I’m here for all of it.

I believe that before introducing new features, we need to get our act together. We need to finalize the contests—I believe that's already been done—and we need to see what pending issues users will definitely bring up here. This promotion is good for regaining user trust, but it will take time due to previous events. But I'm glad you continue to believe in the forum!

All issue was resolved regarding the tournament. That’s the only previous issue they are facing which is not about their casino feature itself.

I think introducing new features is a good start so that user can have something new to look forward when they launch new tournaments especially if it’s related to the new feature.

I believe they didn’t destroy their reputation at all since they still answering to the manager message regarding the issue. They just hit a minor bump which is now resolved.

The tournament we hosted here was paid out. The delay was caused by issues in our own management, which are now resolved, and from what I see, they will never occur in the future. We are constantly looking forward to adding more features to our website, it's just a ladder we are trying to climb. We value our reputation, and I personally assure you that BetBolt is looking forward to providing more promotions and events in the future.

That's really good to hear. I strongly recommend that you pay upfront the whole amount to  your manager for managing whatever task you will provide. It will boost the confidence in your platform. I am suggesting this considering the last interaction we had, which was not so pleasant but it is good that you corrected your mistakes.

Letting this running and waiting for the company to refill the Escrow address is risky for the manager, and hopefully the manager will not accept this risk again in future.

I think both BetBolt and the manager learned from this case and they can avoid similar faults in future for their siganture campaign and the management.

We ensured timely payments for our signature campaign. The delay was only with the betting contests, which I can also assure will not happen again in the future if we hold similar events. We would never want to risk our reputation or that of our manager. We are constantly working toward better management and increased efficiency.
