Superb work team! Wish there was a way to effectively market this update for you guys as I am sure only litecoin and dash are on 0.10 , not even Doge. This really puts guldencoin on a new level. Big Congrats and very proud of ya'll!

I just did a full sync in 11 minutes   and I'm on a crappy African-ish connection here, so that's awesome guys. Simply awesome.

I will need to do another timed test but yeah it's a big improvement depending on your network and peer connections.

Thanks blue, the team also had a lot of other issues to deal with as you can read in MaNIs post and it wasn't just him that was in the middle of big changes in their lives. I know that as a team we can really get through anything after this update.

I ran the 64 bit version on Windows 7 without any problems. Have you got all the latest windows updates?

No issues here. Looking good! Only once have to allow the firewall to acces, that's all. I see there is a funtion for payment request now in the wallet. How does it work?

You add the amount you want and the label, click REQUEST and it'll give you a new address and generated QR.
EDIT: Or just click REQUEST without filling out the form to get a new address.

If you want to see your old or existing addresses go to FILE > RECEIVING ADDRESSES

Maybe you have downloaded the 32 bit version? I see 32 version only available if you download from the guldencoin.com website.
In the topsection of this post there is the 64 windows version.

@ Rijk: only 32 windows version avaiable on the downloadpage official guldencoin website as it seems. Please add 64 version there as well

Most people installed Chrome 32 bit, so even if you run 64 bit, you will install the 32 bit version automatically if you download from the official website.

I have a 32 bit version of firefox indeed on my 64bit operating system. But installed the 64 bit version of the wallet via the post of Waterloo, so no problem for me here

Edit: ced tested both versions on 64 system and both work.
