It was definitely a fun day of the tournament and watching the highlights took way longer that usual due to the so many goals scored yesterday hehe

Champions League this season is giving us a different perspective, because just take a look at how the games are going. Even this game, where Galatasaray defeated Liverpool, I was not expecting it, which I know is the same for everyone else. But just take a look at how the game went. Even though they won with a penalty, I was surprised at how Liverpool were not able to do a comeback, even though they were stronger in the game. Although, that is how games go.

On the other hand, we saw Real Madrid, Atletico, and Bayern Munich scoring 5 goals each. Even though we all know that they were far stronger than the clubs they played against, it was actually a funny day. Yesterday, everyone was happy except Liverpool fans.

Bayern has been beast regarding how many goals they have been scoring per games even in the champions league. thrashing every opposition as though it is too simple to score goals. nice to see Jackson register his name on the score sheet. for Liverpool that lost to Galatasaray through an early penalty they conceded, it is even surprising to see most EPL teams rejoicing for Liverpool's loss. things is pretty early and so, anything is still possible since most teams are coming back into the game. Chelsea managed to get a win over benifica even without Cole palmer.

Barca vs PSG is going to be a banger and will certainly become the talk of the day. an opportunity for the balon d'or winner go against the runner up in what will become a supper champions league night.

I couldn't believe that Liverpool would lose against Galatasaray. It looks like Liverpool is going through a mini-crisis and Arne Slot is losing control. Wirtz was bought for an absurd amount of money and he seems like a disappointment. Isaak might be overrated as well.

Brotha, i'm now feeling pessimistic over Liverpool's performance. The lost against Galatasaray really tell us how they're getting regressed so hard. There hasn't been a single game since the start of this season include UCL where Liverpool looked dominant over their opponent.

I still don't know why a lot of people are surprised that Liverpool lost against Galatasary. It has been glaring this season that they've found it hard to play as a team and it's individual performances that has been helping them. Salah has really underperformed this season and also they've struggled in the league by coming from behind to win games and also scoring late against Athletico Madrid to win the game. In my opinion I think Salah needs to be benched for a while.

Yes, Liverpool had enough time to equalize, but Galatasaray after scoring, focused on stopping Liverpool's attacks. People have to start realising that Galatasary the we knew few years ago are no longer the Galatasary of today in terms of squad members. They have invested in their team and they have assembled experienced players, many who have played at top clubs in Europe. So Liverpool being beaten by Galatasary shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. Liverpool has not been winning convincingly this season so they are not at their best at the moment and deserved to lose yesterday.

A complete defeat for Liverpool. This wasn't just based on the final score, but also on Liverpool's poor play. I don't think Arne Slot's tactics were flawed or Galatasaray played well, but sometimes a team just can't perform at its best.
