Napoli's poor performance could be attributed to the number of injured players in the squad and also to Antonio Conte's style of play which entails more of defense than attacking despite having a great squad with players with attacking prowess. So with two games to go, do you guys think the current top 8 would remain the same at the end of the league phase round or would there be changes.

Do you think teams like Liverpool, Chelsea or Barcelona would creep into the top 8 and some of the teams currently in those positions would drop out to accommodate them?

Well no one can be sure if they will make top 8 but even if some will make it I don't think all of them will be able to make it because all of them are not consistent with their performance. I don't know but I don't think it really matters for a team to make top 8 the most important thing is to make it to the round of 16 even if you went through playoffs first to reach the RO16. It doesn't matter how you reach the round of 16 all that matters if to try and win your matches and try and win the trophy.
Barcelona and Chelsea look like they can make top 8 but I am not so sure about Liverpool they still loo shaky till now.

Xabi Alonso tends not to choose Endrick as a starting player in many matches in various competitions this season, I think this is a sign that Endrick is not included in Alonso's plans so far. I agree that Endrick needs to find a solution to his lack of playing time at Real Madrid this season. He could certainly accept offers from other clubs or stay and compete professionally. The second option tends to be risky for him, I mean he might lose confidence and morale due to the lack of playing time, so the first option is certainly more suitable.

So far this season, Endrick has only been given 2 appearances in two different competitions. I know how frustrating it is for a player to be on the bench more often, especially when he has the ambition to beat Messi in terms of personal records. Endrick has to make a decision soon, he is young and talented, but unfortunately he is not the first choice as a player in the Xabi Alonso era.

Not in my wildest dreams was I expecting Endrick to be part of Alonso's main team, let's face it, there are players who are currently above him in the perking order and he can't just break into the main team when their are players like Mbappe, Vini, Guler even Rodrygo and Diaz are still struggling for game time in that attack line. Endrick would have sorted for a loan move in the summer transfer to a smaller team where he can get quality playing time but he didn't. Although, news came out last month that disagreed on a loan move this January, I hope it's a genuine news and he leaves for the loan, Endrick is very good but the truth is, he can't break into the main team.

However their current squad is quite good in terms of player quality so their coach is only concerned with strategy. I think Antonio Conte a great coach with a wealth of experience will certainly make it easier for him to determine which players to field in each match arguing that his chosen lineup can bring maximum results. Considering their chances of advancing to the next round are slim it's better for them to focus solely on the Serie A title especially now that they are the defending champions.

I just think that these current settings makes things some how complicating and that is one of the reasons these top teams are struggling now, but I wouldn't be looking into it that much because where the real competition start is once the knockout stages have started, but since it has not started, most of the teams are still having that feeling like even if they lose a game, they can go Scort free, and in addition, right now most teams are still struggling to find their rythme, so till the knockout stages are here, I wouldn't be looking too much into what most teams are doing now because some teams that are in top form now may have dropped in form then, so when that time has come, that's when I can confidently say anything about a team in the uefa champions League, not now that it's still pretty early.

Oh, there's one team that's been a bit surprising to me personally: Atalanta in this early stage. They're poor in Serie A but have managed to reach 5th place in the UCL standings. I think they can also go far.

I really can't say how far the will go in this competition,  but I think they should qualify in the top 8. It's also a very tricky match, especially against USG, but Atletico Bilbao has been very poor this season, so it's possible they get the maximum 6 point and qualify in the top 8 which is a very good one for them.

I don't know how Atalanta was able to maintain a good performance in the Champions League, whereas they are performing poorly in their domestic league. Atalanta is currently seated in 5th position in the Champions League table, and with the two teams they will play against, I believe Atalanta will finish in the top eight in the Champions League table. I don't know if Atalanta will get six points in their last two matches, but if they don't get six points, I am sure they will get three points, which is enough for them to qualify for the knockout phase of the Champions League.

To me, it sounds more like an explanation than the real reason. Napoli did not lose only because they were tired. There were issues with performance, decisions on the pitch, and maybe even mentality. Fatigue can play a part, yes, but it shouldn’t be the main excuse at this level. Big teams are expected to manage their squad well and deal with pressure. Conte Can't be  using fatigue as an excuse.

Atalanta is performing pretty well to be on top 8. However, that doesn't mean they will survive the knockout stage because that's when the game becomes fiercely. I wouldn't praise any club for their consistency until, the group stage is over. I have seen a lot of superb performances from various clubs in the group stage but they get their ass kicked out in the round of 16.

The last two places in the top 24 have been competing by so many clubs. So three points from everygame is a must for your club to qualify. However, if they lose both, they can forget UCL this season.
