Liverpool is gradually coming back to their good days hence the reason why they have made some improvements lately. However, i don't think that Liverpool will get automatic qualification to the round of 16 so they will most likely pass through the play-off round which if they succeed they can now qualify for the knockout stages. Marseille and Qarabag may not appear strong enough to put up a competition against Liverpool but since we are still nursing Liverpool to see if they will be stable from now, there might still be unforeseen circumstances that may cause them to play below the expectations of people.

What Mbappe is doing in terms of ammount of goals is majestic, but aside of that i feel like is not so relevant like it was Cristiano when he was in Real Madrid for example.

I would consider Liverpool to be the strongest team in europe this time. They have spent a lot of money and have been able to build a very strong squad. But  suddenly they have lost their truck. And  their performance is still erratic. Although they have been able to improve a little, their performance has not yet  stabilized.

Yes, that's right. Liverpool have been improving recently slowly starting to find solutions to their previous slump. I see Liverpool's previous slump not as a lack of ideas but as a result of several players leaving and the new arrivals not fully integrating with Slot's strategy.
