Barcelona are very strong and they actually want to do better and go farther than the last season so they will not easily lose in quarter finals, but it's what they want while Atletico Madrid actually want the same. Today, Madrid had Kylian Mbappe in the team, so I thought they would be able to crush Mallorca easily but they lost 2-1, as you may have seen. In this situation, everyone may be skeptical that if they continue with this performance, Madrid may not be able to win the Champions League quarter-finals because we all know  that they will have to provide a higher level of performance against Bayern Munich because this team is constantly stealing wins. IMO, if Barcelona were to face Arsenal with both teams having full squads available, I’d put my money on Barcelona. But if Arsenal had to face Atletico Madrid, I wouldn’t hesitate to back Arsenal for the win. It might sound a bit silly or overconfident to say it like this, but I see Barcelona as the more confident side with a stronger mentality overall. It actually reminds me of the 2006 UCL final between Barcelona and Arsenal. 

Well, I don’t know... Barcelona’s mentality is to play brightly and then concede 7 goals from Inter and fly out of the tournament. And Arsenal looks like that rational machine that won't forgive mistakes (that's why I'd like to watch the Arsenal - Barcelona games hahaha).

Third? I would put it at second place easily. Bayern and Real Madrid is the first because we have no idea who will win, both are very good teams, and we think that it is going to be a very close matchup. Aside from that, without Raphinha, we do not know if Barcelona will win or not, it is not going to be a sure thing.

We do have that PSG and Liverpool game, which I am sure PSG will win, and we have Arsenal and Lisbon game which we know Arsenal will win, so the only game that is more unsure about than Barcelona game, is the Bayern game.

Even as a fan, one should be able to tell clearly that Arsenal has the best chance in this game and will be at advantageous to win the match over Sporting Lisbon. Sporting Lisbon is actually not a small team to look down on, but I still think that Arsenal has the more prowess than them to actually qualify to the next round of the competition.

Arsenal have been impressive in the champions league and I really love how they are playing because they’re also playing to win the title which they can make it be in their favour in the long run if they maintain the consistency we expect from them. After this round, it will be when Arsenal will be well tested in their game performance this far in the champions league, if they pass through, then the finals of the champions league will most likely be in their favour if they try more and play better.

Looking at real Madrid's champions league results against big teams even in there inconsistent moments you will see that they are of the best champions league team of all time. Bayern Munich may be considered favourites against Real Madrid because of consistent and dominating performance so far but a win against Real Madrid is what i can't see come so easy. Kompany may have done a great job in the Bayern team but they winning Real Madrid is what i don't think can be possible so easily.

Arbeloa is seems to start showing some bad performance, today match was totally a surprise to me because Mallorca winning against Real Madrid is so weird to me. Real Madrid need to wake-up before ur too late.

This is beyond doubt a huge disappointment because now they will get nervous and get their worst memories haunting them. The first important title is now gone and it's almost embarrassing that this happened against a team from the second English league. It's quite unbelievable and the chance to win the FA Cup had barely ever been bigger, since all the top teams were already out. 

It will increase the pressure now because they know they can lose it all within only a couple of weeks. Arsenal will win this match unless they fumble and not put in their best form in the game. I have noticed that they are one of the team’s everyone is looking up to for the champions league trophy also despite battling with inconsistency in the past. The game in the La Liga is different from that being played in the champions league. Real Madrid are known for good form and dominancy in the champions league, so I don’t see this game being an hinderance for them to falter in the champions league. They will play as if nothing happen in the La Liga and will play well against Bayern Munich.
