Yeah, strange appointment. Logically if they can use the money to sign a professional manager, why do they sign Juric as their manager. It's obvious what they have done were not really signing a proper coach, but they were gambling by signing a random coach with the hope it'd work. 

As for Atalanta, Palladino already official as Atalanta coach, but i see him another Juric in the making. He has no exp in handling big club. Another waste of money.

Ivan Juric is a manager who hasn't proven anything in his 11-year career at this job. He has managed mostly Serie A teams. Southampton was an exception. But no success at all in all those teams.

It seems like something wrong is going on with AC Milan. They had a great start of the season, but their recent games have been rather disappointing. They won only 2 out of their 5 league games and dropped to 3rd place. They aren't far behind the leader (Inter), but if they keep losing points like this, the gap may become too big for AC Milan to ever catch up.
In their last game, they played against a weak Parma (17th in the table). Despite taking an early lead and adding one more shortly after, Milan got sloppy and allowed Parma to equalise. To be fair, 2-2 seems to be a fair result, as the game was quite close.

The current champion, Napoli, also failed to deliver. They lost to Bologna 2-0 after a disappointing performance, but Bologna has been pretty solid this season, and that 3 points put them in 5th place.

In Serie A, he has only managed two wins, seven draws, and two losses in 11 matches, and the last loss was particularly disastrous.

Honestly I was truly disappointed with AC Milan performance against Parma, not because Parma is at the bottom of the table but how can a title challenging go 2 goals up and still ended up drawing that match. Honestly they can’t continue to play like this again the international if they want to be considered serious for challenging for the scudetto.

Napoli had a bad game against bologna, nobody expected them to drop All three points in that match, at least a draw would have been much better, not that they are out of the title race but with the competition in the league this season all points are important. I believe Conte and his boys will bounce back after the international break.

That's football for you if you're not consistent, other teams would take over your position, few weeks back they were the ones dominating the table although they're still in a safe zone but they've lost their position especially Napoli that are defending Champs and were at the top but Inter Milan has over taken them including Roma, they've had 8 wins in 11 matches which is fair enough if they can still be consistent. So Napoli has a lot to do if they really want to retain the title cause the competition is getting tougher cause of much contenders.

Milan showed improvement lately, but maybe we are unable to expect to much for this season. Allegri may need more players that fit with his need. So its still acceptable if no title for this season, even Milan have better schedule than other top four.

Milan has 12 players will play for international matchday and most of them are main player who play almost all Serie A matches, wish when return back to the club not get injury because Allegri have good chemistry after several positive matches result. Milan fully focus at domestic league only after not participating in any European competition, its advantage for Milan as the only one of top fourth standings team just playing at domestic league only.

Next games after international matchday Milan will face Inter, its fighting for the top position standings and Milan has great chance drop Inter from top position.

As for Juventus they still need a lot of improvement. I'm wondering what Spalletti will plan to do in January. Maybe with some good moves he can have Juventus in it also.

Some teams are going through financial turmoil and can't afford to hire big coaches that is above their wage Bill and that's why Juric has been appointed to take this job, I know  many people may consider this a wrong decision from the club hierarchy but you never can predict what he could achieve in his new role as manager because often time we have encountered situations where coaches without much accolades turned the fortunes of teams who didn't have what it took to win anything. Claudio Ranieri did it with Leicester city, Roberto Di Mateo also did with Chelsea winning the UCL, even Pep Guardiola did it on his first appointment with Barcelona when he was first appointed as head coach at Barcelona in 2008/2009 in the La liga, winning a trebble for the Catalan club.

The Italian serial A have always been a difficult league to predict the very out comes of  games every week end, however sports analyst might want to give to an experienced side like internationel de milano or Napoli as per this season further more, a team like AC Milan has been consistent and may prove a shocker at the end of the season

Among the four teams that are mentioned here there are only two teams are title contenders. here are still too many matches ahead for both teams, AC Milan and Napoli. Napoli's performance has indeed declined slightly this season, perhaps due to the pressure of winning Serie A last season and having to defend their title, even though they're still competing in the Champions League.
AC Milan, on the other hand, is not in European competition, allowing them to focus on Serie A. This could be motivation to improve their performance and achieve their dream of becoming Serie A champions again this season. And they are currently still the most respected team by other teams in the Serie-A competition and even in European competitions.

I get your frustration. Napoli are really far from their look in the last season. There is a big downgrade in their performance lately. Now with increasing number of injuries his lineup will also weaken.

I wouldn't say he is an unsuccessful manager. But he is a manager with bad sides surely. He is obstinate on some specific things and this won't help the team in a positive way ever. 

He should try new things instead of acting like there is nothing wrong with his current preferences.

The results are not disappointing in Serie A, but they are in the Champions League, the goal for which he was hired. He is doing a really bad job, and he knows it, but he doesn't want to admit it and blames the players or the club for not defending him properly!
Basically, he's an overpaid whiner.
