I like your choices, although I wouldn't take Roma's victory for granted.
However, I would advise you to place your bets on a single betting slip, as Roma's match is on a different day. So, assuming that the results for Milan and Napoli are correct, you could then cover your bet on Roma vs Genoa X2, which should have good odds. I haven't actually checked, but if Roma are already winning and given at 1.64, the odds for X2 should be around that figure, which would be a good compromise.

What do you mean by parlay? This can make your bet get better odds, but also understand that the risk will be big when one of your losers completely collapses here, it's better if you still have doubts about the team you support to win, it's better to just bet separately to secure your position.

Milan VS Verona is quite easy for them, Roma VS Genoa is of medium difficulty although Roma still has the probability of winning and finally Napoli against Cremonese which is unpredictable in this league, they can score a goal to equalize or beat, it's just that it would be very embarrassing if Napoli lost to Cremonese, if you ask me, I think Napoli will win.

I want to see Lukaku on the pitch finally. In the starting eleven or the second half, doesn't matter for me now. I've missed watching him at Napoli.    The team would also make use of him a lot these days.

I've checked and KDB is really out until March 1. This is like the biggest loss for Napoli. His key passes will be missed a lot. There is no player who can fill his place as good as him in the squad now.

One of the weaknesses of injured players, especially those who have suffered multiple or serious injuries, is that when they return, they sometimes can't perform as well or optimally as before. They're also more prone to re-injury. Therefore, Conte has certainly emphasized this to prevent further bad things from happening in the future, or at least to minimize the risk of further bad things happening.

By the way, in this week's Serie A match, Juventus temporarily climbed to third place (although that could change again of course) after defeating Pisa 2-0. Kalulu opened the scoring with a second-half goal, and Yildiz completed the scoring with their second late in the game.

It's a sense parlay to take. Those team opponents seem easy to beat, but i consider single bet as better choice here considering all of those big clubs have big chance to beat their opponent.

Milan and Roma are gonna face Verona and Genoa, which i think they will win the game. Meanwhile, i'm not sure about Napoli to beat cremonese. Even betting with single bet still offer decent result but less risk. Imagine when you still win two games, but only lose one game. I think it's still worthy.
