When you teach them how to run, and the entire summer camp goes to just running and getting high stamina, that is amazing for the start of the season.

Because even at 90th minute, your team runs like they are very fresh and not tired at all, while other team ends up being breathing out of their ass. But by February or march, your team starts to be super tired, even before the game starts, and injuries become incredibly common. Same goes for Conte, he wants everyone to run, all the time, and that is awesome for now, and it will be great, but by march, we are going to start seeing issues.

I still think they are the best candidates to win the league and Milan will do better than last year but not win the league.

consistency is one thing that, I doubt if exactly Milan can maintain their form currently because, Milan doesn't have the squad depth compared to others at the top. I see Milan struggling in the coming games because in terms of the strength of the squad Napoli is still the team to beat. Not a too good one for Napoli as they have lost back to back I don't know what may be wrong with conte's men because losing in the champions League against a PSV side that, is not a too strong side coming to the champions League is not a good one. Conte should look inward and try and solve the problem so napoli can come back to winning ways because, looking at the Seria A table the top four teams looks tough.

Milan are different with Allegri. Yes maybe it wasn't the easiest win over Fiorentina but they keep getting good results right?    Low scoring wins is a thing I'm used to see from Allegri for years.

As for Napoli they are really getting worse. Honestly even before the red card PSV were destroying them. McTominay's return helped in offense but what can he do more?

Lucca is useless I'm afraid. Hojlund is needed immediately. But first they should fix defensive issues!

His way of playing is effective the first year, the second year after eating up the players, it becomes difficult to continue
every time he does this and the second year EVERY TIME he blames others

But it is confusing like why are they suddenly this bad. I am not even talking about losing, PSV is a decent team, anyone could lose to them, that's fine and understandable. But, the point is that why are we getting something like this?

Why are we seeing them have this kind of bad results? It makes no sense for them to lose 6-2, that is way too much to concede from PSV and for some reason Napoli is getting that bad.

But the issue here is that the physical conditioning simply isn’t at the level required for this competition. We saw how Napoli’s full backs struggled to keep up with PSV’s fast wingers, which is very bad. I’m not saying Spinazzola shouldn’t play , he’s an experienced player ,  but when you look at it, he’s already a bit too old for that kind of position. If Conte wants to get Napoli back to their old form, he’ll have to make some serious changes.

Milan doesn't have the ideal players to compete for the title this season. I can't deny your opinion because that's the reality. However, what's making Milan able to maintain their consistency is, they only play in the domestic league. This could be an opportunity for Milan to maintain their consistency.

It’s still the beginning of the season  Napoli has been ruining betting slips last season and the one before as well, because they always play inconsistently when they’re struggling with injuries and players’ form. The defense needs to be adjusted, and the attackers need to return  first to the team, and then to their form. Last season Lukaku had a great season and then got injured; he’ll be out for almost two more months. Napoli is anything but "finished," like you say  can you really say they’re done after just three bad games? I don’t think so. Antonio Conte isn’t some rookie coach who doesn’t know how to organize a team.

Milan looks relaxed , they don’t have any European commitments, so they can fully focus on Serie A. Napoli’s form has dropped a lot, Inter is getting back on track, and Roma and Bologna are both near the top. In my opinion, Milan looks good they’re lucky that teams like Napoli and Inter are far from their best form, and they’re taking full advantage of that. Allegri is an experienced coach who knows how to build a winning mentality.

In several interviews, several acknowledged that this season will be tough. He stated that regarding the current squad, he admitted they will undoubtedly have to compete with top clubs, and Napoli itself has limitations in its squad. Several injuries have directly impacted the team's performance.

He also acknowledged that this defeat was truly disappointing, especially considering Napoli's four defeats in all leagues, which hurt him.

This season is not over yet, so far Milan's performance has been very impressive and has gone through difficult matches to top the Serie A standings.
The big teams below Napoli, Inter Milan, Roma, and Juventus are still trying to catch up in order to move up the rankings, Milan, their weak team, is also at the top, hopefully they can maintain their position until they become Serie A champions this season.

I am waiting to see which team will win between Milan vs Pisa in the Italian League. I don't know whether the Milan team players will perform well for their team in this match and will they be able to win their team or will this match be a draw. Pisa team is at the bottom of the points table, so I don't see the possibility of Pisa team winning.
