Another gamble lost for a meaningless match, I can understand a defeat for a goal conceded at the end of the match, because perhaps the team wasn't ready for various reasons, but here it's much more serious, it's 3 goals conceded, so they weren't able to react to holding Udinese back.

I don't trust this your statement is correct as it stands now with seven games to go. Napoli now sits second, seven points away from Inter Milan which is Very recoverable. Inter Milan will be playing Como today, a game that they stand 50-50 chance of dropping point again while Napoli will probably win Parma today too. If this happens, the gap fill further close. If AC Milan is no longer coping, don't forget that Napoli is not a small team even though they have been inconsistent recently. AC Milan disgraceful loss to Udinese is going to hunt them for long, so we can say they are not capable of winning this title as they still have Juventus and Atalanta to play too and having only six games to go.

I often seen Leao deliver when he played at left during Pioli's era, but he's so damn washed when Allegri puts him as a striker. So this is pure manager fault to put him in the position that he rarely played on it.

Allegri has to sent him back to the left, and stop with his experiment, otherwise, his club is gonna miss UCL. They have only three poitns gap to Juve and 5 points to Como.

For the records the Italian seria A is among the top five leagues in Europe that, is to tell you that there is still quality in the league. Current composition team and how the target of Milan year by year I think you right, better for Leao leaving Milan and joining with other team have big challenge for winning trophy support with many top players. AC Milan in this season not playing in European tournament but almost fail become the Scudetto winner after losing many points but Leao has chance back to play at Champion League next season if Milan can finish at top fourth standings.
If play for bigger club in Serie A, I think playing for Inter Milan is good ideas than keep staying with Milan but difficult to win trophy because they don't have enough top players at team composition.

Milan definitely giving up on that second place, and looking like the old days where they finished 8th, seems like they are back to that again, not even a year later. Thankfully they had a good season so third place looks solid for them. Unless they keep losing of course, in which case then it will not be that easy for them to have something like this, we should not be expecting them to have something this bad every single game.

But with the way they are right now, I would assume that even third place could be in danger, depends on how Milan keeps playing and how Como ends up doing, because at the moment Milan is looking terrible.
