Egypt has also qualify this evening after winning Benin 3:1, so they have to meet either Ivory Coast or Burkina Faso because the both have not play there round of 16 so everything will be determined tomorrow. After the round of 16 so far Nigeria has been among the few team to show this so much domination over their opponent. Morocco against Tanzania was hard for the tournament host and they managed to score only one, Cameroon did not play better than South Africa but they won, today Egypt went to extra time with Benin.

And the domination have continued to show tonight against Mozambique, it's 3 goals to the good for the Super Eagles and there is no stopping them now, they actually aren't sitting on these 3 goals and look rather hungry to score more goals.

The ticket for the quarterfinal is definitely secured, and having 2 of Nigerian players amidst the top scorers of the competition is another thing to be cheerful about, it's surreal that this team didn't actually qualify for the world cup, I'm still hurt.

Nigeria has some really good players. On paper, I'd say they're the most valuable players in Africa. Lookman and Osimhen are putting on a show in this match. I'm not surprised because they're both very high-quality players. They know the importance of the Africa Cup and are giving their best to win it. They're working very hard for their country and deserve to be appreciated for it. The score is currently 3-0, but there could be 4 or 5 goals.

What an entertaining match Nigeria is playing a very good game, they mount pressure on Mozambique throughout the first half. I'm anticipating more goals in the second, and I will also assume Nigeria has sealed these points Although the game might change in Mozambique favour because that's football anything can happen. But from what I observed of Mozambique play in the first half, I don't think they can make a comeback in this match.

The first half went very well for Nigeria and in this second half they did the same, giving Mozambique no chance, even Osimhen scored his second goal after a few minutes of the second half.

The Nigerian Super Eagles are playing well in this AFCON and you may think that this is not the team that failed to qualify for the World Cup that are playing this well. Their round of 16 draw against Mozambique looks very easy for them to pass through after seeing their performance in the group stage and finishing at the top of their table with excellent form and goals. I love how they’re playing now and I hope they replicate same quality play in the remaining games left for them to be played in the competition. They are a potential winner in this tournament, and I hope they keep it alive until the end of the competition.

Nigeria getting an easy win against Mozambique doesn't mean they are stronger than other big teams that found it difficult before they could win their opponents in the round of 16. Let us be plane here, Nigeria played against the weakest and the most mediocre of them all that qualified for the round of 16. If Nigeria can replicate same fighting spirit against their next opponents in the quarter finals then i will have to applaud their bravery but for this win against Mozambique, there's nothing really special about the win.

Maybe not qualifying for the World Cup has been the glue to pull them together better in this competition; maybe that is the reason behind their seriousness and playing so well because they want to make a point.

Ademola Lookman, Iwobi, and Osimhen seem to be combining well. I hope Osimhen has not messed that up with the very unproffessional attitude towards Lookman for not passing the ball that one time to him. Osimhen needs to get his attitude in check; that is not the attitude a world-class striker of his caliber should be having. No big team will want that in their dressing room.

That said, it is all going well for the Super Eagles and i hope this culminates in us winning this tournament. There are still a lot more games to go and prolly tougher ones, but they boys look like they are ready to bring the title home, so i am fully backing them to do it.

Actually Nigeria is playing absolutely nice, even akor score a goal just now, because their's a cooperation between them, but I sense that Victor Osimhen team player they're not passing ball to him unlike before, assuming they're giving him by now Nigeria team would have recorded more goals

I never for once disapproves Nigeria's tenacity in demolishing the Mozambique national team despite the promise of some funds rewards in dollars promised to the players by their President, yet it wasn't able to deliver enough privation to stand against the Super Eagles of Nigeria. The scoreline is a clear indication that Nigeria stand high above Mozambique, and the team play among the Nigerian players in this game across the different departments on the pitch is quite good to. My only disappointment is that they didn't qualify for the World Cup where I would have loved to watch them play at that international level.

The Supper Eagles of Nigeria is in good form in this competition, they have almost all squad it will take the win the Super Eagles in this competition and that’s why they the Super Eagles are yet to lose a game and they are preparing towards the semifinals already because the Super Eagles will surely qualify to the next phase of the competition.

The Super Eagles are full of surprises when you expect them to perform well they flip but when you don’t expect much from them they excel. I know going into this tournament a lot of Nigerian fans did not put much hope on the super Eagles but see how they’ve played in all the games, I guess they’re the highest scoring side in this tournament.
My brother Yes Mozambique is not a big football country but in the past small countries like this have given us great issues, the World Cup qualifiers we played against a lot of small football countries but where are we today.
I’m happy they’re playing this good now, I just hope and pray we win the tournament. There’s no team I’m scared of right now.

Nigeria is the first team to score four goals in a match at the Afcon this year, if you follow African football you know how difficult it is to score four goals in a match at the Afcon. I wanted to see an Osimhen hattrick but the coach wanted to protect him for the upcoming quarter finals.
Nigeria should win Mozambique but this match will send a message to who ever will be facing Nigeria in the quarterfinals between Algeria and Congo.

I think they finally understand what it means to not make a statement with this tournament. Nigeria with all the quality in its squad has been behind several times due to their inability to find their rhythm and have the player play like a team. It’s just good for them to have found it in this tournament and it’s my hope that they keep it up and build on it because, for once they’ve got the fans excited and loving their play.

4 goals today with Lookman on a goal and 2 assist, same goes for Adams, a goal and 2 assists while, Osimhen got 2 goals. Another good result for Nigeria, there is no slowing down now.

We can make it to the final if we will be consistent enough, a tiny mistake can turn our excellence performance to waste, all these wins hopefully doesn't get to our head, rather we should be focus only on the price. Our attack has been able to do well in this AFCON than even the last one when we made it to the final and I must applaud Iwobi, if we can lift the AFCON he will be highly instrumental, hopefully he keeps consistency.

I'm glad we kept a clean sheet tonight, in fact our opponents didn't even get a shot on target good  job tonight by the way.

Maybe you underestimated Osimhen or the Nigeria supper eagles if you say Osimhen was showing him self because right from the onset of the competition he has been a back bone to the success of the team, so he’s not showing himself in my opinion instead he is making the country prouder than ever.

They already all the favour to win the match if you had seen them against Tunisia you would have understood better that supper eagles had the edge to win at all stands.
