I think he needed that back to back game time,  so the move has got to be great.

It marvels me whenever I see some reputable dignitaries making statements based on origin instead of results. How would you sack a performing coach simply because he is not a Nigerian.

Things like this are why racism will always continue, because we often complained about it when it comes to our own turn to feel the same taste of what it looks like, am sure this is not the first time that we are going to be onboarding a foreign national as coach, then why all these, when we are expected to be more conscious of what they can deliver than where they came from, which one do we prefer?.
Well to me what the need when an African teams hire foreign coaches, some people criticize it, but when it works, they celebrate. It's like the focus shifts to nationality instead of competence well to me I do think people should focus on the nationality over capabilities, me i feel what we need is result not national identity it high time people think the right way and put their mind on what is better not trying been some unique culture that does not matter at all…it best if people see to this.

I believe the rumors won't happen. More ears have gotten the information, still considering the decision to sack Eric Chelle will cost much problem that the NFF can't contain. It won't be just Nigerians calling the NFF, I believe the players will not be happy with the decision, when players are unhappy, the performance will certainly hit rock bottom.
If Eric Chelle got sacked, I don’t think the NFF know what they are doing or what they wanted because they are making decisions based on their selfish interest if not what is wrong with Eric Chelle? He has done well to help the team, and since he joined he have a good winning record as the head coach of the Super Eagles, and if he started the qualifiers with Super Eagles, I think we might be playing the World Cup this year; therefore he deserve to stay unless if he wanted to leave the team.

Stanley Bobo Nwabali, the Super Eagles goalkeeper, has parted ways with his South African club, Chippa United, and he's without a club for the time being. I wish a club in the Premier League or any European league would sign him, but I don't see that happening since Stanley Bobo Nwabali is already 29 years old.

I wish a club in the Premier League or any European league would sign him, but I don't see that happening since Stanley Bobo Nwabali is already 29 years old.
I saw the news about Nwabali parting ways with his club in South Africa as he terminated his contract with the club. It's not clear his reasons were but there are rumours that he may be heading to Tangania to sign for Simba United , other team's are also on his radar as there are interest for him across top teams from Africa and even from Europe. We wish him success as he finds another team to play but any team or league that he is going to should not be lower than the south African league because Nwabali is the number one choice in the Nigerian goal post.

Nwabali should find a way and move to Europe because he is one player that has quality when it comes to the goal keeping departments, even though some people may not like him as a goal keeper but the fact is that when it comes to the goal keeping departments in the national team he is the best for now.

This particular lesson is long overdue for Nigerians to have understood at least after missing out on the last edition, we failed to invest in sports and this is the result of our ignorance and nonchalant attitude towards a sport that millions of Nigerians used as sedative against the economic crisis that they suffer in their various countries, town and villages. Nigeria's inability to qualify for this year's world cup is a very big blow for Africa, as Nigeria seem to have what it takes to advance farther in the tournament.

You went very far calling a Premier League club, can we not be sentimental and tell the truth that he isn't on the level to play in the Premier League, any other division may be considered, as i believe he will do well.

The Nigerian League is not paying well, so there would have been consideration to return home, but it would be such a downgrade if he still wants to compete at a high level with good pay.

If goalkeepers like Onana can ge given an opportunity in the Premier League, then why shouldn’t Nwabali? Or is it because he's the Super Eagles goalkeeper? Wasn't Mendy given an opportunity in the Premier League? Chelsea FC for that matter. Nwabali has done far better for Nigeria than what Onana has done for Cameroon so I don't understand what you meant by he went too far. He mustn't keep for a very big Premier League club, maybe a midtable team or even lower division teams in England. Please don't underrate Nwabali he's not a flop and can prove himself if given an opportunity.

Well I was reading the same thing that Stanley Nwabali, has indeed parted ways with Chippa United, ending his four-year stint with the South African club. He's now a free agent, and several clubs have been linked with him, including Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, and even European clubs like Hull City, and honestly speaking the guy is good and I most really say…

All the years he had been with this club I thought he'd be mature enough as a goalkeeper but yet we see so many things he does that are not suppose to be. For me I prefer for him to leave SA and focus more on any Europe clubs that are interested in him may be he'd be better than he is. If Hull City are interested in him I think that would best for him to upgrade his experience and with time who knows, top sides would come for him. He's good no doubt but there are things he does that doesn't fit his kind of person, at first I saw him as a perfect replacement for Vincent Enyeama but till date Nwabali is still acting like an  amateur.

Some publications included Raja Casablanca of Morocco as part of the club's monitoring the transfer moved of Stanley Nwabali. He made the right choice to become a free agent. This would make him become more attractive to many club's since he would now be affordable. Interested club's financial obligations would be his earnings since he is not under any club's contract. Moving to Europe would be beneficial for the Nigerian stopper because he would gain more experience, earn more money, and establish a reputation.

Very unfortunate we met our country so, and having it be so of things that won't stop anytime soon, due to the level of corruption in our sports industry not to pick and do the right thing to make our sports industry moving, where talent are groomed and nurture for future purposes, not to handpick by connection
By the time the world cup would be starting by June, Nigeria as a country will not partake because we could not qualify for this year tournament and we could not also win the AFCON. This will serve as a lesson for the Nigerian sport federation to be firm and focus next time without an atom of corrupt mindsets within them. I could remember that their is a huge amount for the winner of any of the matches during the world cup competition and we have missed that already.
The Nigerian football federation doesn't have any plans. The countries you see today that are doing well in football tournament planned 10-15 years ago, it's something they've been doing in different level of their football. There is a lot to do in the Nigerian case, and with what I'm seeing, the NFF is not ready yet. First we have to make our local League proactive, there is need to insensitize the youths especially those that play within the loyal league at different level on how lucrative football can be them, then there should be a lot of financial support to the local League, to help encourage players to stay and not move to Europe, as a matter of fact we need a total overhauling of the system, which I think will not be happening anytime soon.
