The super falcons are already in camp and as expected, they already have brought up a positive energy and you can tell that they are mentally ready to give us what we have always known them for.   

I do not doubt the super falcon's ability to be able to win this competition again because our falcons are a serious team that is more solid when compared to men team. We have won the competition 10 times already and have the record of the country that has won it the most, Morocco may have the better male team, but the female team is no where near us, they cannot defeat our falcons.

Nigeria has the ability to host international matches,we have hosted international matches on many occasions. Although the Godswil international stadium is the only approved stadium by CAF to host international matches,the Abiola moshood stadium if it's renovated can also be used to host international matches.
However, these three nations you mentioned in your above post have standard stadiums too but South Africa has the best stadiums than the all three, morroco, Algeria and Egypt. So if they is one country that should be regarded as the best host for international matches then it's south Africa.

South Africa used to be the country that had the best stadiums in Africa because they hosted a World Cup, but currently Morocco has taken over considering that they are preparing to be able to cohost the World Cup coming in 2030 with Spain and Portugal. They have better and more modern facilities, you can do your research well.

I don’t see Victor osimhen leaving Galatasaray anytime soon, his receiving good amount of money in Galatasaray and they love him so much, so I don’t think his going to leave the club next year.
His from a poor home and so he will think about making money first than winning any award, his a very good player and if any club is not ready to spend huge amount of money on him then no problem they should forget about him.

In football, it is not about winning past records but about performance on the field who will have the last laugh. Despite our long tradition of success and experience in handling the pressure of big tournaments, it is not right to take our opponents lightly because Morocco is now stronger than ever and the home support as the host has strengthened their morale. Also, in recent years, large public and private investments in women's football have improved their institutions and made their teams much more organized and competitive than before through good coaching. So in my opinion, this time our Super Falcons will have to perform at their best if they are to win. Because now we should not take teams like Morocco, Egypt, South Africa and Cape Verde lightly. However, I hope that this time too, like every time, the Super Falcons will not disappoint us.

I don’t think you can stream this match on your phone I tried it with a lot of app and site but they are not showing it so just go to a viewing center if you don’t have a DSTV in your home.

Interesting, I have not watched the female version of this African cup of nations before because I don’t see it as being interesting to watch but I think I will have to try it out this time around and my support is going for my country Nigeria, and the Nigeria super falcons are always doing well in this competition and there’s hope that they can lift it again.
I’m surprised that Morocco are still the once hosting this competition, I’m sure the reason for this is because other African countries don’t have what it takes to host it, it’s a shame to countries in Africa and their leaders.

I also did not watch the women's game of the African Cup of Nations League because it was not interesting to watch but it is true that I watched every match of the AFCON men's edition. However the strongest team in the AFCON men's edition is Morocco who performed well in this 2026 FIFA World Cup as they reached the quarter-final round, so if the Moroccan women's team could have performed similarly then maybe they could have become the champions of the Women's African Cup of Nations League. Besides we did notice that Morocco defeated Kenya in the first match of the group stage of the Women's African Cup of Nations League.

Such a conclusion can never be accurate because all players would like to win the balloon d'Or someday, but I agree to the part where the OP said that Oshimen is happy at Galatasaray. Galatasaray loves oshimen as a player, and I think he feels the same way. It's not like Galatasaray is a bad team, but they just don't stand a chance in Europe compared to other top teams. Barcelona would have been a very good option at this point, but it's clearly in the hands of the player, and Barce I guess_{(only if they're interested)}. I don't think any other big clubs are currently lacking a number 9 at the moment, but as long as oshimen is happy, I don't think there's a problem.

Watched the game but more of the second half where all the four goals was produced.

Opening game for the defending Champions and they were completely lousy. Cheers to the Malawian midfielders, they won the game for them as they pinned down our super Falcons from the midfield since they're the most productive source. They were able to manage the game from the first half and turned more direct during the second half.

Apart from being lousy and unfit in my opinion, the defenders were subpar asf. They failed to read the attacking football from Malawi attacking players. Props to Chawinga who got her first hat trick in this tournament.

Relax bruv, this is just their first game. They are testing the waters. Just be patient. I believe in the girls and I know what they can do.
My only fear in their group is Egypt. They have a strong team aside them I know they would have learned from today’s game and fix their mistakes to have a better outcome in their next match.

When the first half ended 0:0, I knew that it will end dramatically and of course it was a dramatic match. I wouldn't blame the Super Falcons because they even tried to score 2 goals, I was thinking that after Malawi scored 2 goals that the Super Falcons players will be demoralised but they fought hard and got those 2 goals at stoppage time. The only problems that the Super Falcons has is there defenders, those ladies were very porous today and I can't really figure out what came over them. Anyways, it just the first match of the group stages but since the Super Falcons lost their first match they should endeavour to win the other 2 matches in the group stage so that they can advance to the next stages.
     As for the odds given to the Super Falcons to win Malawi, it is understandable because they are the defending Champions and they are stronger than Malawi but sometimes, odds don't play the match.

It was the same feeling I was having for Victor Osimhen when he was in Napoli, I was believing that they love him there, and that he has created a lot of good memories, not until the unthinkable happened, Conte came in a brought the stroke that broke the Camel's bone and went sour. Interesting, I have not watched the female version of this African cup of nations before because I don’t see it as being interesting to watch but I think I will have to try it out this time around and my support is going for my country Nigeria, and the Nigeria super falcons are always doing well in this competition and there’s hope that they can lift it again.

Oh you definitely have to try and watch their games, it’s quite interesting and entertaining especially as our girls keep making us proud. Soon their Chest badge will be filled with stars, already 10 and counting.
I think Morocco hosted the last WAFCON how are they still hosting this one. The Super Falcons are the best in the African soil but they’ve been getting strong competitions from other teams like Morocco.

I watched this game until halftime with no goals separating the two sides. I don’t watch the second half but looking up to my live scores to see that the super falcons lost to debutants Malawi was very surprising to me, I expected this match to be one of the easiest one they could win and advance further to the next round of the competition.

Nigeria need to fix their defensive errors in their upcoming game or they’ll risk losing another point. I just hope this should not be another surprising start to the WAFCON as we saw in the just concluded World Cup where smaller teams were given bigger teams tough time in the group stage of the competition. What we should know about Nigeria football federation is that, ocean one aspect start doing well, like what the supper falcons did in previous Female world cup and other competitions, and citizens plus government start appraising them, at that point it get into their head and their will start misbehaving, the falcons rapid goal conceding was is something to really worry about considering the big even ahead.
