Nigeria lost their last game against Malawi, losing 3-2 whereas Zambia trounced Egypt 6-0 which is a surprising scoreline to me if I must say. The both sides will be aware that it will not be an easy game because while Zambia will be riding on the high of their last victory, they will still be wary considering this is Nigeria they are up against, and not only are up against the 10 time AFCON winners, they're also facing a teem that lost in their opening game meanwhile Nigeria will be trying to look for loopholes and also bearing in mind that their opponents might not be an easy win. Malawi have taken the lead in their first match of the Women’s African Cup of Nations League after beating defending champions Nigeria and I noticed that Malawi became more aggressive after the break and they played with a hunger to win. Nigeria had the chance to win this match but they were weak in defence after 90 minutes which allowed Malawi to score two goals but the most important contribution for Nigeria has been made by Chawinga because we saw this player in the Nigeria team scored a hat-trick in the first match of the Women’s African Cup of Nations League.

The defending champions will face Zambia in the upcoming match, so it seems to me a win in this match is very important for Nigeria if they want to reach the next round of this WAFCON.

It seems Egypt women are the weak team in group C. I know that the Falcons lose to Malawi, must awaken them to the reality that even though they are the best rated female team in Africa, they can be kicked out in the group stage so like a lot of Nigerians I'm quite happy that it wasn't in the knockout stage that they suffered that defeat. Now they don't have any choice but to wake up from their slumber and win the remaining two games so they can advance to the next stage of the competition, they know that a lose to Zambia, will deverstate their chances of going far. Although I'm not watching the game but my gut is telling me that they will defeat Zambia, despite Zambia's result against Egypt to show that they are not a team to be underated, I look forward to seeing the update of the game later on with a favorable result. I hope that our Falcons will fly very high above Zambia, and give us a reason to continue believing in them.

I am shocked by the results of the Egyptian female teams, I never expected them to be playing like this in this competition. Maybe I equated their performance with that of their men team and that is the reason I gave them so much hope. Egypt may finish at the bottom of the table or a third position depending on what their last match will be against Nigeria. The Nigeria team are already leading with a goal, I hope they’re able to finish this game with three points. Their first match loss was uncalled for, I hope they’re able to make things right in this match.

If this has been the falcon performance there is no way they could have been wining this tournament so easy, there defense has been a mess from the first match with Malawi, actually I have missed Ashleigh Plumptre on the team because it was through her the falcon defense has been so strong, I heard it was because of injury she was unable to play this Zambia match against Nigeria, although the current score of the match is falcon 1:0 Zambia, so actually is like Nigeria might qualify but only if this red will not cause problems for them, however I don't no why they brought that Lady on there jersey number 14 on the first half because she was not useful and now the falcon is on red because of her.

Nigeria and Zambia have just finished playing the first 45 minutes and Nigeria is still leading them with the one goal scored by Oshoala in the 8th minute but Nigeria has a problem which could put pressure on them and make them to drop points against Zambia in the second half. The Super Eagles was given a red card in the 40th minute, I just hope it doesn't stop our girls in getting the desired result at full time.

You don't need to be frightened i believe the super falcons of Nigeria more than the super eagles of Nigeria i have trust in our women they don't have any time playing not been serious in the pitch.

Yes Nigeria are tough in women football in Africa but this Zambian side they’re playing against today isn’t a pushover team, they won Egypt 6:0 in their first leg and Malawi won Nigeria 3:2. Today Super Falcons are winning 1:0 against a tough Zambian side even with a red card and Malawi also won Egypt today by 3:1.
This makes the group an interesting one with Malawi leading the group followed by Zambians then Nigeria at third place. Qualification will be decided at the final leg of the group stage.

The super Falcons today have proven why they're the Queen of African football. What a game. Playing with a red card from the first half and ended up winning this Zambia team. It was a beautiful ball that Demehim almost ruined. I think the coach will have to work on Demehim, after getting saved from the first red card due to offside, you still went ahead to commit another one. Well, that's what comes with marking a star player. The super falcons had chances to even score more goals. With this result, I'm more convinced that they will qualify since Egypt is not a good side.

It just went down a win. Oshoala's 8th minute goal later saved the date. The lineup today was more impressive, Oshoala brought in a different energy into the game and Okoronkwo created more fear that kept the Zambians from moving too forward in order not to concede more goals when she came in. If they keep this pace, we will be privileged to witness another Nigeria Vs Morocco game to settle the game. Congratulations to the Super falcons. Worthy of note, Bayana Bayana came from 2 goals down to draw against Ivory coast yesterday and Malawi won Egypt 3:1.

I’m just so glad they finally won, it was a tough match with a tough opponent and with a man down in just 39 minutes, it was very difficult for them but eventually they did it, that three points is very important.

They have to look forward at the last game and they have to win Egypt conveniently and possibly with a large margin, they haven’t really played like the defending and leading Champions in this tournament, maybe as the games go on their quality will improve.

I agree. Did you know that at first I was scared of the Egyptians but looking at their previous games(they are currently 4th in the group), I am confident that this would be a walkover for the Nigerian super falcons.
