Yeah, I think the thing is, in a scneario where the opponent have a very solid card to start with, no matter how good the bluff is if the oppnents card is very solid, they don't get bluffed instead, the one holding a very solid card will stand its ground and will stay firm till the end, so the skill of bluffing in this scenario won't work.  And that very solid card in hand is due to luck since cards are random, ending with a very solid card and good cards to draw is also not affected by skill but by chance of drawing better cards that fit the one in the hands.  Obviously, luck plays on this scenario.
