I am getting the same error on my side. I feel like the issue is either from the provider side or that they are working on it, and the backend crashed. The 503 error is a "Service unavailable" error message. It could have happened for other reasons, and only their official team can tell us the exact reason. Based on my experience, I have never been asked for KYC for either deposits or withdrawals. However, even though the casino claims to be no KYC, there's always a possibility they might ask for verification later if there's any suspicious activity that triggers it. This is normal in many casinos.

It’s called a no KYC casino, so obviously the answer should be no, otherwise that would be false marketing. But you should still read the TOS carefully, that part is very important so you understand everything before fully signing up. Based on my experience, most casinos that market themselves as no KYC or anonymous don’t really require it, at least at the start, but it’s still better to be aware of their rules just in case.

Liverpool is a good enough team but there is no guarantee that they will win against PSG. But you got good enough odds on single bet. How many times wagering requirements are given to you for the free bet you got? I have never got free bets for sports because I play casino games maximum time and I am not very serious about sports so I do not spend any time or money on sports betting. This is something many people forget. When someone sees a casino that claims "KYC-free," they immediately assume it truly is. However, the casino itself states that it can request KYC at any time if it finds something suspicious about a user's account. And the response from their users is protesting that they are required to complete KYC.

I still think with how emphasis has been placed on reading the ToS of casinos, many gamblers skip it in a hurry and are so unaware that there is a term like that in the ToS that they failed to read. At the end of the day, they end up complaining, really, when the casino decides to demand KYC.

If you read or did not read the ToS and accepted it, you have given the casino that right, and voided your right to complain when they demand it later.
