Have you tried "VEGAR7"? I think you can almost see of us wearing the Vegabet signatures have the same code in our personal text area. Just try that one because I think that one isn't expired yet or so I thought. Or you can ask Royse to have him ask it on Vega for the right bonus code you're looking for specifically, Royse replies on his inbox fast and I think you should message him to ask some help regarding this.

Yes. Currently, there might be an issue with the code that was posted in OP. I actually forgot about the other code "VEGAR7" that is literally in our personal text, my bad on this. I checked it in my account and yes, it can be use.

AFAIK, activating or claiming 2 bonuses at once while both still have pending wagering requirements is not possible. That is because it could be exploited to merge wagering progress from multiple bonuses through a single bet, which casinos usually consider bonus abuse. But, this still depends on each casino's own policy, but most only allow one active bonus at a time so they do not combine.

If that were the case then it would be a flaw in the bonus system, because anyone could activate more than one bonus and then complete the wagering requirement for just one of them and as a result he woud clear all the other bonuses and will be free to withdraw his winnings. This would make it as if the other bonuses had no wagering requirement at all.
I tried to check the bonus terms but I couldn’t find any relevant information regarding this.

If the bonus program has too many complicated terms like you said from your experience, likely there are other people who claimed the welcome bonus while they perhaps had to face with similar challenge like you got. I believe that there is no free lunch, no easy welcome bonus and no easy marketing programs because any business will need to do their works, run programs efficiently and economic saving for their business.

However if their programs are too complex, too challenging for users, it can cause side effects and rather than getting more users, keeping them to stay on the casino, they will kick new users away. Vega team will need to look at it, take the user community opinion for consideration of any changes in their marketing programs in the future.

If you have activated the bonus a long time ago, probably it is expired by now. The activation period is only valid for 7 days, and if ever you have activated the bonus, you only have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement. Maybe you got confused on how to use your winnings from the free spin. Actually, the wagering requirement also depends on how much you won from the free spins. You won't be able to claim it until you have successfully finish the wager requirement.

Thanks, viljy, you mentioned it before I did, but I really wanted to suggest checking the bonuses section to see if everything had gone through successfully. In fact, I don’t think that once you’ve claimed a bonus, if the time limit expires, you can claim it again. So, when you are claiming bonuses, make sure you fully understand how the process works; otherwise, ask here and we will reply. It’s impossible to blame Vegabet because the promo code worked for us and for other users too.
