Yes I completely agree with you that considering someone by age and generation will never be the right decision. But yes when it comes to age, everyone makes some mistakes at a young age, it is natural. If Lamin becomes arrogant at this young age, then Lamin's downfall can definitely start from this place. Because of this arrogance, Lamin will also have a bad relationship with his teammates, as a result, everyone has a bad relationship on the field, so he will definitely not be able to do anything good. But yes we can never underestimate his current achievements.

We can’t overlook his achievements in any way, he has won what several legends has not won and has achieved what took so many legends their entire careers to achieve in his time and I need to commend him for that but I am just concerned with his relationship with people, regardless of your achievements, you need to learn how to respect your teammates and even opponents, they may not have achieved what you have achieved or you might even be more than them in many ways but being a player that everyone can look back and say something good about in years to come is such a huge accomplishment.

Well tackling your argument of newer generations being not humble then what do you feel about Ronaldo? And Ibrahimovich? Are they also New generation people. The problem is not in a specific generation but its people that have different natures, and i think that Lamine has every right to be full of attitude, like there isnt another teenager that became a self made millionaire like him so why not show bossiness. But this can hurt him for the bad so he has to get on track

They are not like the people of a new generation, they are footballers who have sweated a lot to get to where they are, the new generations on the other hand give me the impression that they get there much easier and that the path was much easier, with help and so on, they certainly didn't have to work as hard as Ronaldo or Ibrahimovich did.

The specialty of Messi's performance is that at one time when he had a lot of speed and stamina, he used it to score goals and it played a role in winning matches. But as time went by his speed decreased a bit, so he used dribbling and intelligence more to weaken the opponent. But  his performance has been consistent. The way he works as the toughest opponent player of an entire team alone, this cannot be understood without seeing his dominance in the last World Cup. The way he helped Argentina score goals with two important and successful assists in the match against England and took Argentina to the final, I have never seen a player who single handedly takes a team to the final. Messi may retire from club football while still in the best performance of his career. He is constantly scoring goals in club football. He has been maintaining this consistency for years, which is not seen in any other player.
That is why there is a limit for all the footballers and once that age elapsed it is good for them retired voluntarily and if they refuse to retire at that age, it affects their legs and waist in the old age. Messi performance in the recent concluded World Cup was not the same in the previous performance and it was a good decision for him to retire from the national team amicably though as a footballer, he can participate in lower leagues to continue his exercise.

The pressure in the club football is not high as the National Team. With Messi Inter Miami CF has became one of the high club in major League Soccer MLS in the United States...

If people make up a lot of things to badmouth others, what you say about the children is true. I think that if we have children, it's because we want to bring them into the world and we can give them everything without waiting until old age for them to try to solve our problems. What Lamine's father did is a bit sad. But I'm sure of one thing: if Lamine keeps up his current pace and has more successes with Barça, next year will be his year, because he only has serious competition left with Mbappé. Now the club has to help Lamine. Lamine has already contributed a lot to Spain. He'll be 20 years old, which is a good age to receive awards of that caliber.

Lamine yamal's father is something shameful, and afterwards I'm not surprised if discontent grows against him in Spain, they insult him not because he is Moroccan, therefore not because of racism, but because he is a truly irresponsible and truly shameful person, now lamine yamal must detach himself from his figure if he doesn't want to end up like him.

1. Ibrahimovic has always been a media person. He knew the journalists and the public loved the image he created and hence he maintained it.

2. Ronaldo has every right to be who he is and I wouldn't even say he's that bad. He sure acknowledges he's the best but he also always acknowledged the importance of his teammates for his success as well as acknowledged achievements of other footballers.

Ibrahimovic's bossiness has always been for the media attention, even though we all know his limits. He has scored some incredible goals that not only he can, but not much players in his era could either.

I remember the back-heel shot--- I think aside from Giroud, I haven't seen any player in the major Leagues that pulled it off so smooth like they both did.

2. Ronaldo has every right to be who he is and I wouldn't even say he's that bad. He sure acknowledges he's the best but he also always acknowledged the importance of his teammates for his success as well as acknowledged achievements of other footballers.
Ronaldo is delusional. Don't get me wrong, prime Ronaldo was class! I loved to watch him do all that magic with his feet but, he assumes himself in a higher class where he doesn't belong to have said he's the best player on camera. That's straight up crap!

Believing in one's own superiority can also be a part of the mental strength of one's long term success. In that case, it is not wrong for someone to claim to be the best. If a player is recognized based on his hard work, discipline, consistency, goal scoring ability and a record of performing at the highest level for a long time, then his name will be on the list. However, one's own belief and impartial assessment are not the same thing. Some may consider Messi the greatest player of all time, while others may consider Maradona. So, everyone is unique in their own style and skills.

I understand where you're driving at, but that is not the point.
In every area of specialty, discipline, even life itself has a hierarchical sequence and you can't deny that fact, no matter what you think of yourself.

What do players push themselves to the extreme for? Validations, trophies correct. From who? The organizations, viewers/judges who can be very discreet when making selections for it, say the balon d'Or for example. I said he's delusional because he suddenly began to criticize the judges for not rating him for more balon d'Ors. This is someone that has 5 already, a number that sits in the second place of the most won balon d'Ors in history? Even when he lost his quality, he still thought he was worth more player trophies.

Never confuse thirst for passion, and passion for entitlement. Messi wasn't a part of this conversation btw.

I guess you are including Cristiano Ronaldo among the generation that are not humble if you really want us to have this discussion. All through Cristiano Ronaldo career he was never humble but he won many awards and trophies. Though I may not understand your own definition of what being humble means as a footballer but in my own understanding, being humble as a footballer means not being too controversial. In the case of Lamine Yamal, I think he is more of a player that likes self praise which i see nothing wrong in complimenting one's efforts, is that what you refer to as not being humble? Maybe you can enlighten me more.
Well tackling your argument of newer generations being not humble then what do you feel about Ronaldo? And Ibrahimovich? Are they also New generation people. If you guys can show me the declarations of a 19-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo telling everybody he is the best in the world and he deserves to win the Golden Ball, then I'll be able to give you an answer. As far as I know, I never saw a young Cristiano Ronaldo making such statements.
The point is that it's other people who must recognize your value, not you promoting yourself. You call it attitude, I call insecurity.

Ibrahimovic has always been very arrogant, someone could say he created his own character, but he always thought too much of himself, and this created problems in the dressing room too: it's no coincidence that Inter and Barcelona won the Champions League right after he left.

And in Yamal's case I don't even think the kid himself is the problem, his family is. I just read that the other day his father spit to a worker in the airport because she told him he couldn't leave the jacket in a certain area, and then he attacked another worker. Airport police had to interviene.
All these things you are saying here has no correlation with Yamal's personality. He can't be living his own life and also live for his family too and control them, so whatever his family are doing doesn't even need to come in this discussion.
Well, since his family is constantly talking about him, I would say it's part of the discussion too. They could simply stay quiet and enjoy the free money but no, they feel they need to talk down everybody else constantly repeating how their kid is the best in the world.

Yes, I agree with you and I don't agree with anyone who says Ronaldo is hallucinating. What Ronaldo has achieved now will be hard for other players to catch up with, just like Messi and both of them are indeed the best players for more than one decade. They both have their own unique qualities and achievements that will be difficult for other players to surpass maybe even for decades to come.

Indeed, Ronaldo hasn't won a World Cup trophy, but he has been a player who appeared in many World Cups even consecutively and he also managed to make Portugal a team to be reckoned with, which is different from Portugal before Ronaldo. If Ronaldo seems overly confident now even appearing arrogant that's completely understandable because it's a form of self motivation. And it's proven that even at an older age, he still plays football and even has the target of reaching 1k goals in his career. The point is, we should be grateful to enjoy the Messi and Ronaldo rivalry because in the next World Cup, both of these players won’t be around anymore.
