But at the same time coaches do try their best to be careful, because you will have to pick players and that decision do matter a lot on how your whole competition will be like.
So I feel most times they are rather careful to pick players with more experience than that of the rising of new stars, their time will definitely come, if the coach see them play well, I don't think any thing will hold him back to select them to be among the international team.

I think African footballers are not behind in terms of talent, but they do not have the opportunity to properly utilize their talent in many ways, as European players do.
