I understand that they (TOS) can be very bogus but how about reading the headings of each rules and some part of their context atleast to get a glimpse of what they're talking about,

don't people think that making their terms clear in the ANN is like exposing their thricks and driving away potential customers? They won't do that cause it's bad business strategy, they use ANNS to convince and attract potential customers not drive them away. If customers can do their own research and try reading the TOS to an extent they'll discover the tricks before making deposit.
Reading the headlines alone can't give you the in-depth knowledge of the casino and if the gambler want to read the headlines, it is better to read the mot important subjects of the ToS which might be the KYC, deposit and withdrawal, VPN id there is any and the restricted countries of the casino and glimpse all so you will have the basic understanding of the casino.

So it is good to make the important thing secret to trap gamblers to the casino? So where do you think gamblers should fine those things? Is that what you means? There is nothing to expose and writing the important thing on the announcement thread gives the casino more transparent. Can you tell us were we can discovered those tricks? The potential customers you talking about will join those casinos that are open minded and not secret minded casinos.

Yes most gamblers are very lazy to read those bogus writings about the casino and for that they missed a lot and later have problem with the casino. But the casinos in turn are not trying their best instead deceiving the gamblers in the announcement thread by saying that "No KYC". Why can't they make it clear from the announcement thread because most gamblers only read the information from the announcement thread and register in the casino and play.

Gamblers like privacy and once the see that No KYC, they are motivated to join. But within casinos will ask KYC in some extend. The forum has to address this issue clearly.

I understand that they (TOS) can be very bogus but how about reading the headings of each rules and some part of their context atleast to get a glimpse of what they're talking about, don't people think that making their terms clear in the ANN is like exposing their thricks and driving away potential customers? If customers can do their own research and try reading the TOS to an extent they'll discover the tricks before making deposit.
What you said is true. They'll never want to advertise their strict KYC requirements in an ANN thread so it's unrealistic to expect such from them when we know it'll not be profitable to their business. But since we've already learnt about this their misleading tricks, it's encouraging to use ANN threads of casinos to educate people. Most people will not take their time to read their TOS but can easily read what we're saying on the threads. Our discussions here will help to sensitize them on the need to pay attention to every detail of the terms and conditions of these casinos so they don't end up getting caught unaware when it's time for withdrawals.

Advertising KYC requirement does not make a casino not to generate profits because people are not really too afraid to perform KYC, just that they are being careful not to hand their document over to scammers.

Some of the biggest casinos in this forum require KYC to be able to use their platform and that does not reduce them. People continue to use then because they made their requirements clear from the beginning. The idea that selling the concept of no KYC makes a casino big is not correct because there are more important things that add to the reputation of the casino than KYC.

I totally understand what you're saying, and another factor to consider is how and in what manner the KYC is being introduced. Knowing from the beginning that verification might be needed and playing for several weeks only to discover that you have to submit documents for KYC only when you are about to request for withdrawal.

I personally don't really believe that KYC is enough to determine if a particular casino is legit or not legit. I would be more interested in how they deal with the entire process if there are requirements for verification. Is it whole process straightforward? Do they properly explain what documents need to be submitted? How long does a player have to wait before withdrawal can processed?

When competing like in a wager competition, if there is no restrictions to the kind of slot games you can play, I know some high RTP games you can play for hours and you are not going to be losing money. Maybe each round can be $0.2 and you could play up to 300 rounds in one hour without having a severe loss. Most time you can time to auto which can be playing on it own in as much as your device screen is not going to turn off. You can play for hours and still maintain your balance.
i know there is no limit about how much you are betting to compete this wager, but let say if you are only have $100 with $0.2 bet for every spins, and you are not hitting a big win on free spins, maybe you are only get within $500-$1000 wager. while in other side, gambler with $500 or higher can get double wager from yours. because the game for world wide users, not just forum member only. if only for forum members, i believe it will be more easier to compete, because we can see lower number participants

A casino requiring KYC is not an issue but the big issue is if the casino is reputable enough with their dealings for you to be able to trust it with your vital credentials; for example, STAKE.COM is a casino that I am free to submit my information to, as they require KYC in their operations with their customers and it's not something they started with but when the information ℹ️ was passed across, I believe thousands of their users had no issues with providing their KYC as the casino has the reputation enough that guarantees users safety with their datas.

Everyone need to be smart when gambling on a casino and it will not be nice to be using different casino and a user information is on several casinos. This can be very risky for anyone that wants to stay out of being hacked in the future because such information can leak to the third world were hackers can use it to start scamming others with real credentials from other people.

I'm very much aware that there are many big casinos that require KYC from the moment you want to sign in and yes they're doing well. But they're not the ones I'm referring to, I'm referring to the ones that usually put put the "NoKYC" signage on their homepages just to attract customers and then ask for compulsory verification from them after they've won and wants to make withdrawals. It's important that they all clearly state their policies so customers will be more intentional in their choices, that's the point I'm tryna make.

Actually, there's no limit to how much one plays per game, one could spin big or small amount at a time and that determines how much rewards that they get per game if they win but spinning with smaller amounts can not guarantee big wins from the game. It can only reduce the risks of losing fast and elongating the time while you have fun playing your game.
Note that you are not the only one playing just as you have said  so there are other people playing also so the win could be okay for both the players and the game provider as well depending on how it goes vice versa.

You're on point.
A casino's longevity does not guaranty high-quality security for the personal data and services of its users.
As an illustration, consider the ColdCard wallet hack that occurred a few days ago and the subsequent launch of Passport wallet, etc. That provide better security than ColdCard wallet.
What I'm trying to say is that we should concentrate on the platform's current services rather than its longevity because in the crypto space, we've seen good platforms go bad while new platforms offer the services people need.
Many exchanges existed before Binance, but Binance is currently the number one.

Allow me to welcome you to the forum. The UI looks very clean, and the games are already complete since you offer both sportsbook and casino games.

I think this is a good way for a new casino to start. Hopefully you can become one of the popular casinos here in the forum. Just keep the marketing and promotions active so more users will notice and try the platform.
Looking at the site and other features of the casino it looks very interesting. I like the way how they are going about their marketing in the forum, it is a good start but i want to say, going well about promotions is not only what determine the growth of this casino in the future but having a good concern about gamblers and solving their complaints.  Having a better interest of gamblers will build the casino and aldo build the reputation of the casino and this is what matters. Casino can be big but a bad reputation can later affect the so much work the casino have put all the years.

Being a big na casino is one thing, and acting big is another thing altogether.

I don't think that holding customers vital information is all about being big or not, it has more to do with integrity and carefulness, because it's only when a casino has integrity they will do everything in their power to keep users information private, and if they are are careful with users information, their is no way people's details will leak to the public, so your perception that because a casino is big automatically means that they will keep user information safe is wrong in my own opinion.
Its true that being big and acting big are totally two different scenarios, since actually a casino that acts big can easily trade your personal informations to online scammers than a legit, big and reputable casino will do when issued the responsibilities of handling same important task. However, being big does not only implies on how long a crypto casino might have existed In the gambling industry, but how well it is able to engage it's gamblers with entertaining games and also building long lasting trust over time that keeps people's information secure and private all times.

Big or not big, there is risk of data breaches on any platform even reasons why that happened can be different among platforms and at different security incidents. Like one exchanges, one hardware wallet manufacturers can have different hacks, data breaches in their company histories.

Consequences are nearly the same as at the end, users will have to be suffered with their personal information lost, identity documents lost, and with such sensitive information loss there will be possible further consequences in the future.

Why KYC is extremely dangerous - and useless.

Many reasons for people to like no KYC platforms but the fact is bitter, there are less choices over time.

They are open about it in the terms and conditions. That's the point I am trying to make. The problem is that people don't read the T&Cs.
I wouldn't call out anyone for failing to read the Terms of Service of any platform, i mean, it can be a very long and time-consuming read. But i think people should read the important parts of the T&C, such parts include, but not limited to, the privacy policy, limitations of liability, deposits & withdrawals, etc.

I even read on the forum sometime ago that people now use AI to summarize T&C, it is not something i have personally done, i just read the parts i consider most important. But if one can use AI to get the key points of any platform, then they should do so.

For me it is integrity which you have outlined, people are afraid to release their identity not because they have anything to hide, but because they are afraid if the casino they are giving it to can keep it safe and secret, and there reasons for that, I know that as there are non reputable casino, there are also players who are cheaters which is the reason casinos ask for Kyc sometimes.
There are tusted big casinos  in terms of keeping gamblers credentials Private, but they can not be trusted 100% because of what most of them do and that is why discussions  like this, won't stop.

But I am sure they have lost many users because of applying KYC after starting as a KYC-free casino. Being a reputed casino isn't something to conclude since the first month or first year. Today we know Stake Casino to be reputable enough to protect the database containing users' personal data. However, I agree with Odohu that there are more important things that add to the reputation of a casino than KYC applies.

You don't have to read a contract either. You can just sign it. If problems occur in the future, it's not going to help you if you claim you never read it and you didn't know what you were signing. That's your problem. Terms and Conditions are agreements. You accept everything that's written there. They are there to, first and foremost, protect the casino and its interests. That's why you should know what's written.

Yes, they can be long. But when you start, you soon understand what you can skip because it's not that important and what you should pay greater attention to.

Fast customer support and quick problem solving are the things that build a casino site's reputation and increase the players' trust. This is very important for a casino site to complete withdrawals quickly, even when facing big challenges. A player will deposit his money and gamble there, and if it takes a long time to process his winnings, then it creates a negative impression of that site. When I look at the withdrawal duration of sites that have maintained a good reputation, I am surprised that it takes the same amount of time to withdraw funds from their platform as it takes to transfer funds from a personal wallet. And these things have helped them create a good position on the gambling market.

Of course we are open to it, feel free to DM me telegram of holydarkness and can reach out there and discuss the case a bit deeper and I can explain why we reason the way we did.

I know it looks harsh, like I also told rxdtrip but there is more information that meets the eye although I dont want to share it in a public forum. Happy for a mediator to take a look and see what he/she thinks.

With the information given to us from the provider and checks we did, and the T&C that we are abiding with we are confident its the right call. People make mistakes too though, so if we did wrong here we are happy to amend but for now we stand by our decision.

I’m completely fine with @holydarkness taking a look at the case.

Everything on my side is already public in the complaint thread - bet history, deposits and emails. You can send him whatever evidence you have.

My position is the same: I just want the original $710 deposit returned.

Hopefully holydarkness can review it and we can wrap this up.

I'll take these statements as written agreement to a binding ADR attempt made on CH. Know that with this, both parties agreed that they will not seek other resolution attempt from other ADR to gain other verdict, and that my words is final and both parties has to bow to it. My words for both will be that I stake my reputation to mediate as fairly as I can, based on what I witnessed.

rxdtrip, please create a complaint on ContestHunters, my sig will bring you directly to the dispute page.
Spin.io, my TG username will be sent to you shortly after this, please guard them with proper care, I had to change username because my former was rather easy to be guessed, and I got flooded by behind-the-screen request of mediation, that I have to change to someting more obscure.

As per the binding agreement above, a case on CH has been lodged, both parties has been inquired about their side, and a verdict has been made - https://contesthunters.com/disputes/29

Like before, in my attempt to integrate CH as reliable and transparent ADR that is walking side-by-side with the forum, I am open for discussion regarding the verdict made. However, the call has been rubberstamped and can't be changed, at least not in the future that I can see of, unless an incredible circumstance happens.

To give context, for those who read the case on CH, I asked twice whether or not VPN is involved. It is not because VPN is prohibited or not, rather because evidence submitted by Spin [private details are omitted from me, so rest assured that they still honor privacy policy] showed two different countries by complainant, that its accuracy is confirmed by player as he acknowledged the use of proxy for his browsing activity.

With that confirmed, the casino's defense that the player played from restricted teritory, of which, as per a quick google search, it is also confirmed that the player violated their term [which worded very beautifully, if I may say, as it shift the burden of restricted country from their side, like usual casino does, to the players]:
