Newbie users with lack of experience can make mistakes with their practice on casinos and use VPN while it's not allowed, it's not accepted by casinos but if we only look at them as newbies, we can somewhat understand their practice.
Ignorance isn't an excuse, casinos are businesses to the owners, and the rules must function to protect them. A casino that allows users who use VPN to seamlessly deposit funds I don't is supposed care about their locations when it's time to hit the withdrawal button. If you're against the use of VPN when withdrawing, you should also be be quick to detect deposits coming from VPN-connected locations and not accept them.
Do you know how hard it is for a system to detect such deposits quickly? It is not as easy as you think. The best any casino would do is to refund the user their deposits, regardless of whether they play and win, it may feel unjust in a case when the gambler loses and isn't going to ask for a refund, but a violation is failure to read the rules, and it always comes with punishments.

In a case where location or country are restricted from a casino, i think the safest way to gamble is to look for a casino that allows you to gamble and not using a vpn, cuz event if u deposit a small amount to try but let suppose that u made a huge win, u wouldn’t be able to withdraw ur wins
Some gamblers do not understand that there are consequences in bypassing casino protocol by using VPN, a gambler might be using vpn without any problems, but he should know that he going against the rules of the casino which will be used against him at some point, I think some users should beware that casinos do not restrict some areas for no reason, just as you advised, when we see a casino that restrict our country from gambling in their platform, we can move to another casino, so that we do not end up looking foolish later, when we thought we were smart earlier.

They could have ignorance and made excuse later but it will not be accepted. A business has its ToS and users must obey ToS for using a service rightly. Some gamblers do not understand that there are consequences in bypassing casino protocol by using VPN, a gambler might be using vpn without any problems, but he should know that he going against the rules of the casino which will be used against him at some point
If VPN is not allowed, if any other action is not allowed by Spin.io and a user break this or that rule, the account will have issue later. It's only time for a casino to detect ToS broke activities from a user, and take proper actions including account termination and perhaps fund confiscation if needed. Depends on ToS break, the casino will give different action against that user account and fund but as a user, to be safe, read and obey ToS.

What we mean by VPN safe usage is not to bypass a country that is restricted from a casino, because that has some legal regulatory requirements which the casino has the right to block your account at any point in time their deam it fit for their service. But if your country of origin is approved to use a casino without restrictions, you don't have anything to worry about with VPN usage.

When it comes to using VPN in accessing casinos, there are always 2 instances of which this can happen; 1. Using VPN to access the casino itself and 2. Using VPN to access restricted games by providers. Depending on the casino terms, you might be able to use VPN in accessing certain games from some providers within a restricted region but, it’s always highly prohibited and can lead to forfeiture of deposit and wins while accessing a casino itself from a restricted area. Still? Having to reference the terms on how this applies is always a necessity.

Casinos have their businesses to run and there are secrets in operation and management they will never disclose publicly. You can not expect casinos to make full reports on how they collect user data, and how they detect suspicious activities, and catch accounts that cheat and abuse their platforms.
These things are to protect their businesses and are big secrets they must hide from the public community including users and cheaters.
You can read sometimes accusations from cheaters, that stress casinos to reveal more information, more details on how they caught cheating activities, but surely as said casinos refuted to do release such details.
In the event of a third party audit, do you feel the casino is obligated to release their method of arriving at a violation? You know that if such information is exclusively for the casinos, some casinos might conjure something like that and use it against some genuine users who might have gotten outstanding winning in their platform. I am just curious to know if there is a point in which the player will be satisfied that the casino actually proved that he violated their terms of service. I don't know how abuse on a casino really works but I am quite in dispute to ask why a casino will not tender a reason for accusing a user without telling the user what offense they have broken. At least when you know your offense, you will want to be extra careful next time so that you don't want to allow the small mistakes that had happened before to befall you. A user has the right to ask a casino of what offense he might have committed and the casino is in obligation to tender such reason for peace to rain.

While I totally agree with you that gamblers should stick to playing with casinos where their location is very eligible, I think there's something you're probably missing. There are countries in which casinos are not banned nationally but only in some cities. You have that in Russia, China, Azerbaijan, Nigeria and even in India. Gambling is only permitted in certain cities in these countries and anyone operating gambling outside those cities may be exposed to some sort of risk. There are also countries in which casinos are banned nationwide and operating any form of gambling in such countries carries severe punishment.
But still, casinos will detect users' locations at the country level first. Even if they gamble from a city that has legalized gambling, those rules only apply to local casinos, not to offshore ones --- so if their country bans gambling, the casino will prioritize that regulation as far as I know. So it's pretty important for users to understand the legalization of gambling in the country they're gambling from, since casinos pay close attention to that, especially when users win big.

If you are not from a very big nation like the USA, Russia, and the likes with different legislation on different states on gambling, online casinos will detect your nationality, your IP address in national IP gate first. It's most important information they will collect about you, at your account registration time, then later continue to gather your login sessions with IP addresses used. If they don't want to let people from restricted nations to register accounts, they can immediately block access to their sites, and refuse account registrations at starts. Which casinos have IP blocks in place for restricted countries?

Is it possible for offenders not to know the offense they committed or you think som3cof them does not pretend not to know just to attract sympathy when the matter is made public? I think casinos do communicate with the people who go against their rules during the period when they drag them or contact their customer support because if they do not communicate with them they can't possibly know whether they broke any rule or not. Yes offenders ought to know their offense even though I think they know before the casinos caught them.

If the softwares are very good at catching casino abusers then they should not wait until the user has successfully cheated and gotten some gains before denying him access to his account the abusers should be reported before he carries out more transactions in the site. In recent times almost all the cheaters that has been caught breaking the rules of the rules of the casinos are caught when they had already made money ready to withdraw their money the casinos should always not let them go that far to play before blocking them to avoid going into dragging and arguments with the cheaters.
This has two possibilities. Cheaters are too clever and casinos did not know about cheating and suspicious activities until they found such activities when cheaters made mistakes. From that, casinos did deeper investigations and found more solid evidence against those users, then they took action and ban abusers. Another possibility is casinos knew it since beginning, since account registrations but they ignored that, let such users to fund accounts, and bet. If they lost money, casinos did not do anything but if cheaters won or won big, a ban card will be used. Which casinos have IP blocks in place for restricted countries? Don't you think for a casino to leave a user to fund their account and started gambling and even when they loss money, they won't be exposed until they are able to make big profits and want to make a withdrawal, that is when everything will be revealed to the player that they are gambling from restricted zone on their casino. Is this not considered a trap? And why would a casino failed to take actions and wait for a user to go deep into gambling before they can caught up with their abuse?

Snip When I read the ToS, I mostly try to find restrictions on my usual actions. We can't change the ToS, and the main rules will be the same for most casinos. But there are some points that differ. For example, withdrawal rules and country restrictions. Such rules differ from casino to casino, and if I don't like them or have to break them at this casino, it would be better to find another one. When we read the terms of service of the casino it's normal not to go through all with a step by step reading but just scheming on those important areas that commonly affects us just as the withdrawal and deposit limits, geographical restrictions, VPN use, and the rest. There's bound to be a difference in how each casino operates with their terms and if a gambler decides to assume a no difference and get caught with an offence to rules then we really can't blame the casino where such matters arises.

Make no mistake about it, all part of the TOS are important and must be consumed by a player that wants to gamble without running into problems. If you fail to read the TOS, the burden is on you to shoulder whatever that comes out of it because the casinos must enforce their TOS where necessary. Therefore, it is important to go through every section of the TOS especially if the casino is considered the major place for gambling for the player.

The casino has its rules and regulations, and a gambler who has gone through them knows when they abuse the rules of a casino. A gambler who didn't go through the rules and regulations of the casino, when they act contrary to the casino's policies, will face immediate action. At this point, they will need to investigate what could be the cause and revisit the terms and conditions. Casinos don’t need to inform gamblers when they break the rules because every gambler is expected to know the rules and understand when they go against the terms and conditions of a casino.

Gamblers who refuse to give up at anything just to make sure they gain access into any casino could be seen as desperate, and this is a bad sign to continue with, because in most cases it could lead to loss of funds, account and can be flagged up mostly when KYC is attached. It preferable to avoid casino that restricts certain countries or people from there site which means you are not welcome or allowed to gable in the casino, forcing ones self by using VPN would attract a lot of repercussions that might look simple and easy to deal with at first.

As gamblers we should learn to read ToS of a casino or read the key points of a casino's TOS which you would like to know to avoid going against the rules of casino. Most gamblers will still butt in cause they just want to make money not having that thought of being able or unable to withdraw their funds.

But if your country of origin is approved to use a casino without restrictions, you don't have anything to worry about with VPN usage.
Not always true and it depends on the casino you are playing and how understanding and tolerant they are. If the usage of VPNs is prohibited on a casino then if you use one to access it, even if your country is not restricted, the you may face troubles if you get caught. It doesn’t matter if your country isn’t on the restriction list, you still violated the terms of service of the casino and they have the right to take action against you. If they let it go, it’s just because they are being tolerant.

I think they should always tell them since they always say they don't know why rhey no longer have access to their accounts in some cases they are blocked from making withdrawals. If the casinos do not inform them when the matter is made public the offender will still say they did nothing wrong some may start calling the casino scam but when they are told their offense if they decide to take it public the representative of the casino can come up with the chat between the team and the person who committed the offense and anyone who is interested in the matter will see from the information provided to know if the person has been informed about his offense. The rules is there for gamblers to follow but some desperate gamblers will not find it necessary to read they just wnat to gamble.

You are right here, some casinos are tolerant while some are not irrespective of the fact that your country is casino friendly, as long as they do not accept the use of VPN, you have violated their terms for using it. This is why it is good to read terms of usage properly before playing so one does not assume just because they are in a country that is casino friendly and they think they can do some certain things which they think isn't a thing of concern just because they reside in countries where casino and gambling is legal. Casinos do take thing's of this nature serious because they already made it clear on their ToS so why wouldn't they take advantage of such situations to get more benefits from the defaulter as it avails itself.
